Actually my mom got the haircut but I was very impressed with the way Cassandra spoke with customers. The best customer service ever!! So friendly and warm!! A nice change from those that just ignore you!! Thank you Cassandra!!

I checked in on the app which I recommend. The wait time was as stated and I got a good haircut at a decent price. The staff were friendly and professional despite being very busy.

My stylist was Heidi and she did an amazing job with my layers and curtain bangs. I have curly and difficult to work with hair. I recommend going to Heidi if you need a haircut.

Asked for a mowhawk, got a weird looking fade. When I was done my son even responded with I thought u were getting a mowhawk. I replied with I thought I was also. Had to go to another barber to have it fixed. I will never get my hair cut there again. Can't even do a simple mowhawk.

3 stars because the cuts usually go very good but today when I got my haircut and she didn’t part it in the middle when she cut it, also cut my neck multiple times when she shaved the back of my head. She stabbed me with her nails multiple times and never said sorry. Then I asked for my hair to be straightened with hair straightener and I got charged an extra $25!!! That is outrageous for that! If I would’ve known the price I would’ve done it myself! Never using that lady again.

They did not honor their $7.99 haircut offer that expires today but instead charged me $14. Not much of a chance of going back there again.
