Our RV park has worked with Hot Tub Doctor for several years, and they have continued to impress me at every turn. I would recommend the Hot Tub Doctor to anyone who is looking to purchase a hot tub or swim spa. Steve, Jarrad, Ashley, and all of the staff are willing to assist with questions at any time. I have purchased 2 swim spas over the years with them and I love it! I also use their monthly cleaning service. It makes it easy to keep my spa sparkling clean and ready to use year round. Our summer travel plans were cancelled due to Covid-19, and my husband and I were looking for a great anniversary gift for each other. The kids had been begging for a pool, and with everything going on we couldn't find one. Finally a light went off, why don't we buy a hot tub. I started looking, and then I found out that hot tubs were also in short supply. I went to Hot Tub Doctor afraid they wouldn't have much selection, but their show room was stocked full. Jared was so very helpful in finding us the right hot tub for 2 adults and 4 kids. He was knowledgable and didn't try to sell me something that was too much for us. Ashley helped get the sale finalized, and she has been in contact with us several times over the last week to just keep us updated. She has been kind and very proactive. Yesterday Kyle and Brice came to deliver and set up our hot tub. If I hadn't already been convinced that I wanted to always do business with Hot Tub Doctors, Kyle and Brice absolutely sealed that deal. They went above and beyond to get our tub set up. They were efficient, but also very personable. Once the tub was set up, they went through maintenance. They were super knowledgeable, and I LOVED the fact that they encourage using as few chemicals as possible in the tub. Hot Tub Doctors will be our go to for hot tub supplies and service.
