We were seated quickly. Our waitress was very kind and patient as we had a table of 8. The food was really good and fulling. I ordered the tour of Italy, which is a classic and highly recommended! It has 3 dishes in one! My brother got spaghetti and meatballs, which the meatballs are big and flavorful. We also ordered the fried mozzarella as an appetizer, which were very good.

Fantastic Food and Awesome Service. Hannah F. Was outstanding as my server... I have been to this location 4 times in 2023 and it never disappoints. Just keeps getting better.

It is a great atmosphere, The waitresses were very polite and nice they come to check up on you to make sure everything is good bring u drink's before ur done with ur dink. We loved it and plan on going back. Our waitress name was Teresa and she was awesome.

Our table was poorly, poorly cleaned. We ourselves had to remove a cloth napkin and used knife that was left behind. Our server was kind and sweet but her fingernails were disgustingly dirty and filthy. These were her natural nails that hadn’t been washed and cleaned properly. I cringed every time she placed an item on the table. The food was good and prepared hot and speedy. However, I wonder what the kitchen looks like if the dining area and employees both lacked sanitation and proper hygiene.

I've only been to Olive Garden twice in my life and both times have been at this location. Once around 2009 and again just the other day. We waited no more than ten minutes for a table for 5. The food was good. Nothing to get overly excited about but it was definitely good. The bread sticks were the best thing about the whole meal. Warm bread is the best. Prices seemed decent, service was good, and the restaurant was clean. Would come back sometime in the future. Knowing me it'll probably be another ten or twelve years.

After driving all day, my husband and I ate here on a Friday evening. The hostess was very friendly and seated us immediately. Our waitress greeted us promptly and brought drinks. Our food was flavorful and was out within 20 minutes , but the best part of our meal was our waitress. She was super! Pleasant, professional, prompt. EXCELLENT service and staff!

Normally when I go to Olive Garden here in Amarillo the service food and atmosphere is great and that is why I go so often. However today I waited about 15 min to be seated and the server was very nice and all the food came out and then it ended. A large group of 6 adults and 4 children was seated in her section at which point she had no time to get me refills or additional breadsticks, soup or salad. I waited patiently for about 12+ minutes for her to come and at least get me a refill. After this I had to help myself over to the bar for the refill since my throat was so parched. I finally get a refill a few minutes later to come back to a guy taking all my stuff off of the table. At this point I just start paying to leave. A manager was directed to my table due to me obviously being upset that all my stuff was taken. I expressed my dissatisfaction in the service and refused to have anything remade for me or brought out. The food was amazing though guys. Service was great until she forgot about me. Then the atmosphere of being forgotten about and seemingly disregarded sucked. It gets busy guys and I have been here multiple plus times but never forgotten about and then all my food taken because I needed a refill.

Service was great. She was very attentive and on top of our needs. Each person got something different but it was all delicious. The only complaint I had was...they did change it (since last time we had been there, which has been a while) where you basically get a premixed and dressed table salad (only one kind) instead of individual salads so there is no choice of regular or Caesar salad or different types of dressings. Which bummed me out due to my liking of salads but not so much now the way it comes. But overall it was a nice meal with our family.

We had a great time. Everything we ordered was delicious. I totally recommend this restaurant.

Mushroom creamy soup was delicious...also the pasta with fried chicken

Food wise everything was good except the bread sticks were hard. Usually they are always so fresh fresh but this time they just weren't a hit. My waitress amazing. Super nice and friendly. The atmosphere was mellow but feels like it needs an update. Overall I do this place and service.

My wife my son my daughter-in-law in myself enjoy the delicious after church meal at this all of Garden. Me being wheelchair bound we were taking straight into our table which was spaces and in a very nicely lit area of the restaurant or the waitress I believe her name was Kira was more than gracious very helpful and polite and friendly. My family and I enjoyed it delicious meal in a restaurant with a nice atmosphere and an excellent waitress. I highly recommend this restaurant for families and for those two require wheelchair ♿️ 👍🏽

I was there this morning and Reality was my server and she was so sweet and so amazing!!!!! Best server I’d ever had and I will say I will be back and I better have her as my waitress!!! She really made my experience so amazing and I couldn’t have asked for a better person to make me feel welcomed!!!! She deserves everything and y’all’s food is amazing so thank you Reality for giving me the best Olive Garden experience

When we got here the staff opened the door for us. They helped get my dad's wheelchair in. Everyone was super nice from the get go. Then our waitress Ieasha was spectacular. She made our dining experience a happy one. Altogether a great time. We'll be back.

Just unfortunate. Server was nice gal but never refilled our drinks till we were literally almost done and that raspberry lemonade was more like raspberry tap water. They also forgot my fiance's soup with his meal. And the Calamari was super chewy that he ordered for appetizers. I felt so terrible for him. Classic Lasagna, though way over priced was good. Probably will not be dining in again. Price for experience was def lacking

While waiting for our table we saw a waitress drop some napkins with silverware on the floor and proceeded to add them in basket, my partner's food was lukewarm and asked to reheat it came back with too much sauce couldn't find pasta or chicken! The lady's restroom was horrible. We were told we would see the manager but never came by. Don't understand what was going on. Other times we have been here it's been really great. Oh our waitress was awesome though!

My friend and I had been on the road going home had traveled over 1000 miles and we were so hungry for a good meal, instead of fast food. We are so Glad that we choose Olive Garden out of all the restaurants we had to choose from we feel that we made the best decision when we chose you guys. Our meal was absolutely FABULOUS, service was FABULOUS, the entire experience we rate 11 out of 10. Don't pass this place up ya'll, it is a must stop and enjoy!!! Thank you too all the staff that served us.

We was tired and hunger after many road miles. We found this Restaurant and was ready to eat. The food is good and we decided to eat at the bar. The service was outstanding and food quality was on point. When a restaurant has a wait time the food is good. Remember a empty parking lot says the food at that place is lacking or overly expensive.

The food and service was what is expected at any Olive Garden. They were busy but did a great job at taking care of our group. Missing things from their larger menu, but I understand with supply chain issues. We all had a great te and enjoyed the visit.

Went for the endless salad and soup. Of course, only had one helping of the soup, it was delicious. But most of all, our waiter was so attentive and he checked on us to make sure we were satisfied. Really enjoyed the waiter. He was a very nice man. Will be going back for the endless soup, salad and bread sticks. And to finish off we ordered their new creamy strawberry cake. It was outstanding. Great experience at this Olive Garden ....what made this a great experience was the waiter. He gets a 10+.

The food was decent, but over priced. The bread was too salty. The service was EXCELLENT. The salad was big. I had the build your own pasta with mushroom sauce, meatballs, and chicken frita. Mine was delicious, except for the meatballs. My companion had the chicken scampi. It didn't come with enough sauce. She said the chicken was o.k. and she liked the peppers. We had the spinach artichoke dip for an appetizer. We both agreed that we could have each gotten one of those instead of our meals. We ordered a spaghetti and meatballs to go for my husband. He was underwhelmed.
