Lazy workers just standing there staring at me instead of asking me if I need help. One lady ended up coming and asking. She was sweet. But the others, I'm guessing the manager here intentionally hires the laziest people possible.

The customer service was not bad tonight but I paid for 4 mcdoubles and a small fry. I get home and these are not what I paid for plus they are dry as heck and hard. I don't know why but they always messing up my order!! 🤬😤🤬 so frustrated bc I just got off work and was starving

No atmosphere in drive thru. They were very quick, friendly and everything was fresh and delicious

The experience I had wasn't good. Waited a long time in the mobile app curbside. Order was messed up. Employee got a little attitude with me. Should try to hire people that can work under pressure.

This McDonald's is the bomb on there ice coffee very good service and you can take it time here to eat

Went through the drive thru. The line was probably 10 cars total but we moved very efficiently through the line. They definitely are getting it done at this location. The employees were nice and helpful and you could understand them clearly.

We were in line for almost 15 min. 10 of those after we already paid. We only ordered one item (happy meal for my kid). They did not make the burger as requested. We asked for apple slices and got 2 fries. Which is better than getting nothing, I suppose. When we FINALLY got to the window, there were about 5 employees standing around laughing and joking. They did not great me or pretty much acknowledge me. Just opened the window and handed us the food. I didn't bother complaining about the food or service because I'm sure it wouldn't have made a difference. To be clear, this was the McDonald's on East Amarillo Blvd . It was Sunday July 30th at approximately 9pm.

This is the first time I have had a freshly made sausage mcmuffin which was good. The service through the drive through was the worst. The young girl taking the money never made eye contact or said a word to me and the young girl who handed my my order just said "here" and then closed the window without giving me my drink. My wife says she has been getting the same kind of service when she gets something in the morning.

I am not from this town, but was visiting for the week. I came in just to grab a drink and use the restroom. I was surprised to see the bathrooms were locked, and I had to ask to use them. The women working politely came over to open the door for me. I ordered my drink and waited for my cup. As I was filling my soda, a man came in from the drive thru door, filled up his Styrofoam cup, and walked back out the door. I was shocked. I got the sense that this McDonald's deals a lot.

They close the inside before dark so you must go in the drive-thru. Wow can't sit and eat cause they don't want to deal with people more than 2 minutes.

First, the east door was locked. I parked off Buchanan, so I had to walk clear around the building. I also think it's a violation of the fire code to lock that door while the store is open. That was only the beginning of this fiasco. The next problem is that the cashiers aren't taking orders. I figure I'm expected to use the kiosk, so I get started. Every single thing is on a whole separate screen. The touch screen is so insensitive that I have to click everything repeatedly, and then each screen took several seconds to load. Then, after a long and tedious few minutes, my order was finally complete... And the machine told me to take a table tent. I have no clue what that is. I looked around for anything to grab, but there was nothing around that wasn't nailed down. I painstakingly canceled my order at the kiosk and went to the register, only for the staff to confirm that, yes, I could ONLY order at the kiosk that, without any "table tents" (or even any clue what they were), I couldn't order at either. So I stormed out and barely held my temper enough to drive home. McDonald's, thou art fast food. Table service, you are not competent at. Quit trying. And ditch the stupid computerized order system, you can't even keep it working. 100% FAIL.

It's not bad. The customer service is good but McDonald's is just a regular fast food.

Lots of homeless people, very sketchy atmosphere they walk around the parking lot here like zombies. I was trying to use my McDonald's app and the wifi wasn't working so I couldn't, Then I got a cinnamon roll from here it tasted gross and my egg and sausage burrito tasted old, usually this place is pretty good but it's been definitely different lately.

Food was hot and tasty. Got through the drive through in a timely manner. Missing a few items on the menu but that wasn't a big deal. Will definitely be back!

Was a little busy, however was not employees fault. People in their cars not paying attention. Once the driver moved the line moved very quickly. Friendly prompt, courteous.

Fries were cold and no salt, we got cookies for some reason instead of the 4 pies we ordered. Ended up with instead 2 pies and they were old and cold. It took forever for them to make our order. Not happy or satisfied

I cannot brag on this crew enough! 6:30AM, Saturday morning, I was greeted with a smile, fast service, "Good morning, how are you this morning?" and a hot, delicious breakfast. I will be returning for breakfast here! Well done to the team at this location!

People are always making their own second lane that blocks thru-traffic. So stupid. The owners would rather put a fence to block out the area where the homeless like to post up instead ofregulating the flow of traffic on their parking lot first/concurrently.

Had me pull forward to wait for my food sat for 30 min the ppl behind me got there food before me and there's was 3 times bigger than mine. When I finely got my food it was cold and wrong

You want a half done burger? This is the place! Thank God that I look at my burger after biting into it. It was raw! I spit it out immediately! I’ll never eat at this place again!

I'm dropping my rating because the last two times I have gone... Once for breakfast and once for supper... The food was not very warm. The hash browns in the morning are never hot...but the fries in the evening during a busy time should definitely have been hot.

2nd lane closed more than it's opened, homeless people standing everywhere even near where you place your order and its scary, specifics about your order doesn't matter when I say hold the salt on the fries and i get salt regardless ... it's a reason I say NO SALT

I came here yesterday morning to get breakfast before I went into work. I asked for a strawberry pie and they gave me apple. The apple pie would have been fine but they forget to tell me the pies were left over from last night. 🤮 I will attach a picture of what the staff thought was ok to send out. Had they just been honest and told me the pies were not good or fresh, it wouldn't be such a big deal. But the pie they gave me was as hard as a rock. I didn't even try to eat it because it looked just straight up gross. Every time my family and I come here we are missing something from our bags but this time the food they sent out was just unappealing. Just frustrated because I paid for something I didn't get to eat.

Fast, friendly, and clean they have a play area that is open. They are using the kiosk for orders for the safety of staff and customers. Unfortunately this is sketchy neighborhood so I would not advise a dine in at night. Drive through moves relatively fast luckily. The Fountain drinks for Diet Coke and Diet Dr Pepper are still down (almost a week now) .. maybe they are made of plastic parts as well??

Customer service is good, however the quality of their lunch menu is consistently subpar. Fries are old and dried out when served, sandwiches taste off. Breakfast is usually okay though. You get what you pay for, I just wish it was a little fresher.
