First,
the
east
door
was
locked.
I
parked
off
Buchanan,
so
I
had
to
walk
clear
around
the
building.
I
also
think
it's
a
violation
of
the
fire
code
to
lock
that
door
while
the
store
is
open.
That
was
only
the
beginning
of
this
fiasco.
The
next
problem
is
that
the
cashiers
aren't
taking
orders.
I
figure
I'm
expected
to
use
the
kiosk,
so
I
get
started.
Every
single
thing
is
on
a
whole
separate
screen.
The
touch
screen
is
so
insensitive
that
I
have
to
click
everything
repeatedly,
and
then
each
screen
took
several
seconds
to
load.
Then,
after
a
long
and
tedious
few
minutes,
my
order
was
finally
complete...
And
the
machine
told
me
to
take
a
table
tent.
I
have
no
clue
what
that
is.
I
looked
around
for
anything
to
grab,
but
there
was
nothing
around
that
wasn't
nailed
down.
I
painstakingly
canceled
my
order
at
the
kiosk
and
went
to
the
register,
only
for
the
staff
to
confirm
that,
yes,
I
could
ONLY
order
at
the
kiosk
that,
without
any
"table
tents"
(or
even
any
clue
what
they
were),
I
couldn't
order
at
either.
So
I
stormed
out
and
barely
held
my
temper
enough
to
drive
home.
McDonald's,
thou
art
fast
food.
Table
service,
you
are
not
competent
at.
Quit
trying.
And
ditch
the
stupid
computerized
order
system,
you
can't
even
keep
it
working.
100%
FAIL.
