Really great food. Sandwich fell apart a bit but it was very tasty! Great place to just relax between stops and grab a great bite

04/02/22 - It was my first time eating here, so I ordered a sandwich that I hoped would remind me of something my German grandmother used to cook: the Horseradish Roast Beef. To be honest, I was a bit skeptical that it would even remotely taste like Gramma's cooking, so I didn't have high expectations at all. The friendly waitress brought a decently sized sandwich and set it before me. I bit into it and was pleasantly surprised: the meat was tender, juicy, and flavorful; the bread was soft and fresh; the flavor was outstanding! The horseradish was just strong enough to be noticed, but not so strong as to overpower the other flavors - a balance that is quite challenging to do with the ground root condiment. The atmosphere was enjoyable, the service was good, and the food was delicious. VERDICT: HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Enjoyed lunch at McAlister's today. It could be a little cleaner as the tables were a little sticky, which could be their cleaning solution. The food tasted great! My friends sandwich came to her falling apart on the plate, but she said it still tasted good despite it looking like a mess!

Food was great. Took a little bit to get it out, but sometimes good food takes longer.

Good quality deli sandwich shop. Fresh ingredients. Everything was hot like it was supposed to be. A bit of a slow wait but expected on a sunday after church. The loaded potato was huge and had plenty of toppings. The potato soup was nice and creamy. Had plenty of potatoes in it. Super wonderful teas. Great selections to choose from. Nice and strong and not too weak.

I picked up 2 orders of baked potatoes. The potatoes were under done; little butter, and 4 of the thinnest slivers of bacon pieces I have ever seen. Normally, McAllisters is better than this. It wasn't particularly busy. The service was great! The atmosphere was typical McAllisters.

Just got home and realized neither of the 2 caesar wraps had no caesar dressing in them at all. Bone dry. I can't drive back cause I leave too far to get it fixed.

Plenty of parking. There is a recent remodel making it more handicap friendly with lower countertops. Food was basic for the cost. Not much on portions. Decent but bland flavors. Order was delivered wrong. Tea was too sweet to drink. Semi kid friendly. Older crowd. Bright orange inside. Lots of light. Patio for outside dining. Handicap friendly. The restroom is open to the public.

This is a very good McAlister's. I had the Choose 2 with the NewYorker sandwich and the Savannah Salad. My wife had a sandwich and broccoli cheddar soup. The portions were large and the food was delicious. A special shout out for the tea. Many places are using canned tea now. It's great to have truly freshly brewed iced tea and very good.

Good place to get fresh salads and decent tasting soup. Make sure you check your online order when picking it up. Had something incorrect orders a couple times, but was quickly resolved after pointing it out. It's like playing rushing food roulette with any drive through or online ordering restaurant this day and age.

Normally everything is very fresh but not this visit. My tomatoes were mushy and no flavor. It won't stop me from going back as it's a favorite of mine.

Ordered a large order for a meeting. We were missing half the order. Called the store to tell them and they said Oh yea we forgot a few bags here. So after paying delivery WE had to drive there to go get the food. Around ten people were waiting for their food and angry at us for the restaurants mistake.

I was with a group of 15 and only ordered a CUP of chicken tortilla soup. After reminding staff of the delay of my order several times (20-30 minutes) I finally got my soup, it was a cup of soup. Very slow service

We entered the place ar 730 pm. The staff was in full close mode. We ordered without any issues but waited over 20 minutes for what other McAlisters take 5 minutes. The food was marginal. My sandwich felt like it had been under a heat lamp for a while. Her salad mix was past the fresh date. One third of the greens were discarded. All in all a less than stellar experience. We typically really trust McAlister s to provider good quality and fast service. That didn't happen at this one. Very disappointing.

The Ruben is absolutely amazing. I order food for McAllister’s at least once a month for the family and myself. I’ve had lots of things on their menu and I’ve never had anything bad! But the Ruben is my most absolute favorite!

Greeted coming in store by employees. Ordered sandwiches, fruit and soup with drinks was brought to the table. Soup was hot and generous for a cup that was enough for me to eat. Sandwich was assembled as ordered and not overpowered by dressing(a plus) as some get a little carried away condiments. Server was great on checking with us for food preparation, drink refills or if we neede 'go' container. All employees as we were leaving thanked for stopping by business. Cleaning of tables and surfaces were done by area when cudtomers left paying attention to surfaces where food was served and eaten. Mask wearing is optional and recommended for safety of all but not required. When we visited it was mid afternoon few customers plenty of sitting for social distancing.

Have you ever stood at the front counter of McAlister’s and waited on someone that was obviously fit for serving folks in a fast paced position. THIS WAS A MANAGEMENT ISSUE. We able bodied folks walk around this elderly woman intending to do her best job while she struggled. BAD LOOK MANAGEMENT, BAD LOOK MCALISTERS!!!

I had to give one star for this to post. They don’t even deserve one star. There was trash all around the patio area. When we walked in the entry way, it was filthy. The entry way needs to be swept and vacuumed. There were dead crickets on the ground. The floor was disgusting and the rug looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in who knows when. It was dirty everywhere. I can’t even imagine what it’s like back in the kitchen. My husband’s plate looked dirty like it had been used. My child’s kid meal was a frozen pizza that you could buy at Walmart. We will never go back. It’s sad because this place was nice at one time.

Broccoli chedder soup was amazing, and warm. My half of sandwhich looked amazing on menu. It in fact was nothing like that. Very little of everything for a $ 11 sandwhich, in which I ordered extra stuff on I paid for and didnt receive, it's pretty sad. It looks sloppy and made by a 1st grader, no condiments, no pickle, no lemon as ordered, couldn't fix it because I door dashed it to the hospital... I won't be ordering again

We came in about an hour before close and the place was clean and the food was fresh. The staff were very kind and all the food came out quick. Highly recommend.

Very slow service at this location. Every time I’ve ever gone here, the order always comes out wrong. The sandwiches are good when made right but you have to go through a lot just to get a good sandwich. The I-40 and western location is fast and always gets our orders correct.

I came in on a day they were unfortunately short staffed and the man in the back, attitude and behavior was completely uncalled for. The poor girl working the front looked like she wanted to cry and the elderly couple who were waiting in front of me were treated absolutely horribly. All he did, the entire wait for my food was use foul language toss items around and verbally degraded customer in front of us and Extremely loud in the back where all of us could hear. The rest of the staff was super helpful and easy to work with but that man’s behavior was unacceptable for any reason.

Dropped into this deli during a road trip and was pleasantly surprised at the quality menu and friendly service. Gluten free and veg options available and they even use real cutlery instead of polluting plastic.

This place use to be great but lately their food is just gross.. my son got a kids pizza and it was literally a frozen pizza you buy at walmart 😒. Their mac n cheese is watery with slimy noodles..ew. my sandwhich was decent but nothing great. All I know is my meal was definitely not worth $15 at ALL!! Spend your money somewhere else where its worth it.

We're getting to the age of no customer service. Mccallisters charges you $.35 for someone who doesn't work af the restaurant to take your order. So basically they are charging YOU to replace an employee taking your order from the store. Don't believe me, just call to place an order over the phone and look at your receipt at the service fee. Ask them what it's for. The only way to solve problems like this is to refuse to order from them anymore, I already mentioned this to the GM once before. Nothing changed, so I won't ever go back. It's only $.35 but $.35 per order pays for the service they are using, which they should be responsible for, instead of hiring an employee. Essentially taking an employees position and charging you for it. Lovely.
