09/12/22 - Although the rate of inflation has slowed a bit, and the prices have come back down slightly (just in time for an election, coincidentally), Walmart does a fairly good job of keeping their prices reasonable. As had been the case for some time, this Walmart location has been doing an excellent job in keeping the store well stocked - despite notable supply chain shortages. The personnel continue to be professional and pleasant, and for the most part the store is clean and presentable. VERDICT: CONSISTENTLY GOOD STORE WITH OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER ASSISTANCE

It's walmart, so it's what you'd expect. However I had a lady who provided excellent and timely service shortly after open. She was working in beauty and her name was either Debby or Deborah. I came in super early, shortly after open, and she not only knew exactly what I was looking for, but knew the multiple places it was located in seasonal, she quickly found what I was looking for, and had a sociable nature.

So this WalMart is much cooler and much chiller than others I have been in. Every associate is very helpful and nice to deal with. Not being from this area and needing a Wall Mart has made it nice to get in and get out. My only gripe is Lord people stop driving across the parking lot use the direction of travel lanes. Almost been nailed several times from cars hauling across lot.

The staff was so helpful and friendly in the cosmetics department. The young lady was so well mannered while she tended to me and another customer at the same time. The store was clean and friendly workers even at closing time. I had a pleasant visit for once.

This restaurant is in a very good location for truck drivers. It also has very good truck parking. And very tasty food is available here. And the staff is also friendly.

My shopping experience was great for the most part. The staff members helped me with any questions i had, and my cashier even assisted me with putting my bags in my cart. However, when i left, the person who was checking my receipt was very rude. He was a very elderly white male and rudely told me to have a nice day. I respectfully told him not to get rude with me. Aside from that, everything was okay, but the rude staff member really should consider another route of employment if he can't help but be rude to customers.

Got right in and did my shopping and the nice lady helped. She helped with our groceries and I paid and left. Good people make everything work right.

I was greeted when I walked in and also greeted by multiple employees as I walked to the back for milk and diapers. When I got to the self check-out, the lady working it walked over to me and said good morning sister let me know if you need any help or anything (it was 630am). I was very pleased with my visit to this store.

Be aware, guys! I bought a pack of Halloween Snickers chocolate on Oct 18th, 2023. I found 2 packs with fungus in it. Threw them right away. You can see in the pictures.

I’ve use their delivery since the beginning of time I’ve had a couple of problems and that’s why I called Walmart. It’s a little hard to call and talk to a real person. Idiot switched around every which way is sometimes it can be a bit irritating I would like to see that change and sometimes calling Walmart store to get someone to answer the phone and get transferred to two or three different departments is another story plant cell mom, biggest complaint is when you call in an order placed an order online for delivery wine want Walmart stores make one withdrawal and distribute that money if that’s OK go to Albert state whatever to a different person Walmart messages take out one lump sum total of your order then my Walmart deliver it they’ve got enough employees they couldn’t handle it. It’s confusing to the customers at Walmart stick to see all these different charges on their bank statements, especially to us, older people.

The store is fine but the workers seem to care more about watching the customers rather than provide them with customer service. I couldn't find a product for several minutes while employees watched me search, and when I asked for help I was told they were on break

They need to have all employees knowledgeable about everything and they should have the employees take 20 hours of customer service training and be able to pass a test before hired to work with people of all types. Plus they should also know that they are paying people to stand around and play on their phones and gossip to each other. Walmart may have everything but they have terrible employees except 1or 2

be careful because the auto center didn't repair my flat tire. I took my car in Monday, was told the flat was fixed, had to put in 10 lbs of air upon arriving home. this morning I woke up to a flat tire. took the car back to the same walmart and the mechanic said the patch was in place and no problems. I asked him to make sure the tire is fully inflated but of course it wasn't again. Discount Tire fixed it for free, they found a nail.

It was really nice worker's very nice store very clean and the had a lot of clearance. I got a lot for my money. The only thing is they need more cashiers I don't do self check out I feel that's taking jobs from people that need it. 💯

Conveniently located with the gas station right beside the store. Well organized! Good prices! Fast, friendly service. Save 10 cents a gallon on gas prices if you're a Walmart plus member!

Cashier was very nice at customer service desk! It's very sad that Walmarts around Amarillo have done away with push wheel chairs with baskets. Blind/disabled people cannot use the electric carts!🤔🙄😒🤨🤬

Not best Walmart I have been to but is well stocked. Location is not very safe with lots of unusual characters standing around the area up to possibly no good. Hope this location has lots of cameras since will be very useful.

I’ve been coming here for well over a year because of its access to I40. It’s really easy to get to. The stars should be 3- 4. It is clean and the employees and locals seem friendly enough but omg!!!!! Ive had enough. I can never seem to shop here and walk from my vehicle to the store and back without being approached by the same homeless ppl with the same lame stories asking for money. These men have no respect for boundaries and have no problem approaching women by themselves. There is no active security securing their lot and pushing these guys off. It isn’t safe. If you are a woman by yourself you need to be extremely cautious. Park as close to the front as your can. And if you find yourself having to park towards the back because the lot is full, don’t risk it. Come back when it’s less busy or find another place to buy what you where looking for

This store is filthy. Of course, it is all self check out now which has nothing to do with what I want to share. Before I could unload my basket onto the conveyor I had to call an attendant to clean it as well as the scanner. He made a genuine effort and got the scanner clean enough, but there was so much stuck on stuff some of it remained when he left. As I was standing back while he cleaned I could see under the cabinet and the racks and there was debris that didn’t just get there today. Very distasteful. Next time I will be more observant of the rest of the store.

I was stopping by from Oklahoma, and this Walmart is great as far as stocking. But if your gonna have someone checking receipts at the door, make sure they check everyone. An older lady stopped me as I was walking out but let the (as I’m not trying to be rude) white folks walk out right past me with no sense of checking their receipts. At that point I felt I was being stereotyped. Such a disappointment being a young black women and to go through those things. I kindly gave her my receipt without wanting it back in return, stated her wrongs and left.

Had to stop by this morning on my way to work. Got everything I needed and was happy about it. Until...I got to the self check out. Every self checkouts was card only! I only had cash on hand , was looking for a walmart employee and couldn't find one. Go figure. Needless to say I went in there feeling all satisfied, but I left with a different perspective of this place. Update- Since my last visit they did have one or two self check out that accept cash. 🙂
