I’ve
been
going
here
for
my
arthritis
since
2019.
As
a
minor
at
that
time,
I
would
bring
my
mom
to
all
my
appointments
and
she
was
the
primary
contact
person
in
charge
of
all
my
records.
I
love
the
doctors
and
nurses
that
I
see
here
and
they
always
give
me
the
best
care
that
I
need.
These
doctors
are
the
reason
why
my
arthritis
is
so
well
controlled
and
managed.
However,
the
good
service
ends
there.
Ever
since
I
turned
18
I
have
been
having
numerous
issues
regarding
appointments,
mostly.
Even
though
I
updated
all
the
information
I
needed
to,
more
than
once
I
have
had
appointments
scheduled,
canceled,
or
pushed
back
without
notifying
me
at
all.
I
moved
to
Colorado
for
school
but
still
am
able
to
visit
every
3-4
months
for
my
appointments
but
when
appointments
get
changed
(oftentimes
last
minute!)
without
my
knowledge
or
consent,
I
am
not
able
to
make
it
in
person
when
the
care
is
much
more
needed
that
way.
A
televisit
can
only
get
you
so
much
help.
Additionally,
my
mom
is
also
a
patient
here
and
she
and
I
have
the
same
name
(however
the
first
name
spelling
is
a
little
different
and
we
have
completely
different
last
names).
We
have
had
multiple
mix
ups
regarding
medications
and
appointments
because
of
this,
even
though
with
quick
verification
on
the
office’s
side,
this
would
not
be
an
issue
at
all.
Most
recently,
the
front
desk
called
my
step
father,
who
is
my
emergency
contact
and
nothing
else
in
my
records,
to
approve
a
drastic
appointment
change
for
me.
However,
he
thought
he
was
approving
that
change
for
my
mom
since
he
is
actually
authorized
to
do
that
on
her
account.
So
not
only
am
I
having
many
problems
that
interfere
with
getting
proper
care,
but
so
is
my
mom.
When
the
mixup
was
brought
to
the
front
desk’s
attention,
we
got
no
apologies
for
their
mistake
and
no
explanation
as
to
why
he
was
being
contacted
to
begin
with
instead
of
me.
I
had
already
asked
for
days
off
at
work
for
that
appointment
and
found
out
a
week
beforehand
that
it
wasn’t
happening
after
all.
And
it’s
not
like
traveling
7
hours
to
make
it
is
an
easy
task
that
can
be
altered
at
any
given
moment.
I
don’t
know
if
it’s
the
lack
of
communication
between
departments,
new
systems,
or
possibly
new
management/staff
but
it
used
to
not
be
like
this.
I
stayed
with
Allergy
Arts
because
I
loved
the
care
and
practices
but
now
I
am
fully
reconsidering
finding
a
new
doctor
here
in
Colorado.
Drastic
changes
need
to
be
made
in
order
to
adhere
to
all
of
their
patients’
needs
properly
and
safely.
