I have to brag on the barista Hannah at the Soncy location. Today I went outside after ordering at the counter to meet someone, and was gone longer than I had expected to be, I would have come inside to get my coffee when finished but the fact that she came all the way outside and brought me my coffee was I believe beyond expected, kind & exemplary service. Thank you Hannah! I go to one of the Roasters locations multiple times a week and the coffee is consistently great.. so are the people!!

I’m new to Amarillo and wanted to try a local/small business coffee shop. I’ve been here multiple times and the coffee is consistently great. The baristas are always very friendly and do a great job. Huge fan, 10/10

Excellent coffee and tea options! Rivals any coffee house and you should give it a try. Love coming here when we visit from DFW!

☑️ Great dark roast coffee! ☑️ Delicious muffin from a local bakery. ☑️ Welcoming atmosphere. ☑️ Friendly, knowledgeable staff who told me all about their local roasting facility. ☑️ Highly recommend!

The folks I went with gave excellent remarks about your coffee. I would have given it 5 stars if they had Matcha. A friendly suggestion to elevate Roaster’s above the competition serve Matcha. 😅

EDIT: I'm so impressed with the management team. They responded to my comment so quick and did something about my complaint!! I spoke with Megan and she and her team addressed the problems and that gave me a whole new level of respect. Thank you guys for jumping on this so quickly! I'm a huge roasters fan... feel like I'm cheating on them if I go anywhere else! The soncy one is closer to where I live and a little bigger so it's more convient for studying. Been going for years and years, the baristas knew my face and were incredibly welcoming. Over the last few months I've noticed a huge amount of new hires, mostly college aged students. A lot of them are so stuck up and rude, horrible people skills and not welcoming in the slightest! Bell has the sweetest people, and from the few times I've been to Georgia they're sweet as well. I don't know what it is about soncy but the employees are rude and have definitely made the extra few miles to Bell worth it. I give this a 3 star ONLY for soncy because of the employees people skills and how they treat costumers. I understand dealing with people is difficult and there are times we have off days so i have a ton of grace, but to have the entitled rude persona everytime I've been in since the newer hires, says something.

So I don’t know how hard it must be to make a SUGARFREE vanilla latte but when you pay for it to be correct that’s what you expect. Not to be sitting in church and have your blood sugar spike to over 200 and not.

Stopped here before hitting the road. I had a caramel frappe without coffee and really enjoyed it. Mrs. Flip Out had a breve latte and really, really liked it. They offer a wide variety of drinks and pastries.

The coffee was great and the service was also great. We went in about 45 minutes before they closed but they were still nice and helpful the barista was even playing around with one of my sons. It was quite and very easy to get homework done. It was already closing time and I went up to ask for some more coffee before they closed and they gave me another cup at no charge since they were about to close. It was already past the time that they close and they told us they still had things to do and we were welcome to stay until they finished up. We will definitely go back to this location.

No matter which location you go to, you’re getting a solid cup of coffee. Roasters was one of the first local coffee shops in Amarillo - I’ve been frequenting here for over a decade - and it continues to get better and better. The staff is happy to see you and I’ve developed friendships with some of the staff at the Bell location! (love you Megan🥰) The prices are fair and over time, they’ve continued to expand their food menu. I’m always excited to drive through or come in and study for a while. some of my favorite drinks: the cult classic—an iced poor man, iced white chocolate mocha, the vermont, iced caramel macchiato, iced green tea w/ strawberry purée.. even their hot chocolate is the best.
