Not recommending for anyone!! Worst experience ever!!! The room was full of ants and cockroaches.we came there for a holiday but it was like the hell! The room boy was very dirty wearing dirty clothes.Not professional at all. 🥴🥴

It's good but there are some things to improve as a villa with zero maintenance there are many insects in the room. TV is not working 😞. But very friendly.

No WiFi service . Roof is leaking . Rooms R wet. No room door handle . No morning tea . Not child friendly at all . So horrible no TV connection.

Excellent place for relax. Extremely clean and comfortable place. View from the room's is Amazing and lovely surrounding. Superb service from friendly staff. The food's was Excellent. Definitely we will back again. Highly recommended.

It is undoubtedly the epitome of luxury combined with a homely atmosphere and super friendly service by the staff who was always accommodating. They all anticipate your every need which is what makes it unique. The food and presentation was a feast both visual and taste. You could never really count on them as they do last minute cancellations even after receiving an advance and simply say that there was an issuewith the system. A day before we arrive they cancelled the booking and wanted to just refund the advance ,wasnt even sorry for what they did and wasn’t answering the call. Very poor service

We have had such a wonderful stay here in Villa 47. It is a little peace of paradise. Thank you to all the staff. it has made the holiday very relaxing for all our family. The food was so yummy. Seldom do you find such "quality care" as we experienced at this Comfort Suites. We truly made the right choice for our mini-conference. The rooms were very clean and spacious. Management and staff definitely went out of their way to make this a pleasant stay for us. And the hot breakfast was one you seldom find in hotels (even restaurants) with great variety. We loved the quiet location which was easy to get to and plenty of eating establishments in the immediate area. Looking forward to coming back to this hotel......a home away from home!!! If you are looking for a place to relax yourself amidst all the busy life, Villa 47 is the place. A place with a perfect view and a calm atmosphere. To spend some quality time or to have a private party there no better place than this in this area. Owners and the management are so helpful and friendly. Will visit again for sure!

Nice place facing a paddy field and a brook. Pool is also facing the paddy field and the brook. It has a spacious open veranda good for partying. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

This guy is a scam, i booked the villa for 1 week, after check in it is completely changed than what we thought. We booked the villa for 700 000 LKR for the entire week and paid the full payment as he asked at the check in. Following day he asked us to go when we complain about some important amenities we found. There were no locks on the doors, and water comes into the rooms, no WIFI, there was a broken kettle it is too dangers. I am not recommending this villa and Mr.Ishan Withanage who is the owner of this villa, is a scam. We had to take the decision to move because owner force us since he did not refund our money. We only did stay one night. Please do not pay advance or full payment this is a scam. Please be ware about this.

Unfortunately, we were snubbed of our planned booking date due to the oversight of the manager of the residence, which had caused a great deal of inconvenience given it was a New Year's event that was planned. The reason was due to the fact that a pre-existing booking was confirmed via Airbnb but was not realised by the onboard staff. The professionalism of the establishment leaves much to be desired.

Not recommending. We lost our money and time. Absolute scammer. Mr.Ishantha Withanage owner of this villa, he always asked you to pay money and after that trying to check out when he received the full payment. Very disappointed on this villa. We complained about this to several authorities.
