One of the best place to have your private parties. not only do they offer a great service, even the price is somewhat reasonable. perfect for a spend the day (for couples) or even family.

One of the most versatile venues I've ever been to. Rooms are quite decent. Two of them have tubs. Been here for weddings and shoots. 100% recommend for both or just to hang out with friends

A calm and exciting villa with soothing views of the Bolgoda Lake... great for private functions and weekend getaways alike... can bring food from outside or get thw service of a cook inhouse... features a swimming pool, a pool table and multiple sitting areas...

One of my friends had his wedding ceremony here... the atmosphere is good... If you get the whole place it gives sort of a house party vibe.. Has a decent pool as well... Entrance road is in poor condition..

Situated at a peaceful surrounding. Serene place to spend a weekend or hangout. The pool surrounded by trees is shady. An amazing view seen at sunset. Clean and pleasant. Reservations in advance are possible.

They should get cleaning staff. Most dirtiest hotel room ever visited after paying everything in advance also. Bed with dirty sheets and hair left behind. The carpets are fully loaded with dust and they told that can't vacuum the room everyday Lol. Nevertheless you can find mould and green in bathroom windows with few months old used sope. After taking all the troubles they refund half of what we pay. Good business for them. Do not pay in advance for this place. Amazing location with very poor management.

Pretty sexy place with a calm environment and the ambience inside the house is nice. Just a little bit of renovation will get this place off the charts and amongst the top around Bolgoda lake 💯 Krishantha (manager on site) super easy going and helpful which made our stay more relaxed 😎

Book the place for the entire day. During the course of the day we had people in groups coming in to check the place to book it prior .they were going everywhere checking the place even the room ' which was booked by us.as it invaded our privacy and felt uncomfortable ' we brought this to attention for the lady whom i believe should be the manager .she responded saying " people come in the weekends to see the place and book it". And she made it sound like it was not a big issue.This was never mentioned when we placed the booking. They took 5 days to finalise the menu , Also the pool tiles are not properly fitted ' all of us had cuts on our legs. Never taking this place again. I dont recommended It . The manager is not prefessional at all poor service
