If you go with e-channelling , you can get the medical in less than 30 minutes without a hassle. You get the priority with the e- channelling. The people working there including the security peoples are helpful. Busy area. I could be able to park the vehicle in the parking lot at 8.30. I leaved the area with my temperory license at 11 with parking cost of Rs.150. Nice work.

Better If you can go early even though you channel it online because morning hours(7am-8am) are less crowded and you will be able to get your medical certificate within one hour. Try to cross check your name and ID number because they do make mistakes sometimes(especially if you have a long name). Officers who conduct the blood test are friendly. Doctors are bit rude and their assistants are way too rude. They are calling token numbers in Sinhala so, some non-sinhala speakers face difficulties during the process.

You can get 1st class service if you channel online. To others, looks like they think they are offering free certificate but you have to pay. (Is this controlled by the Government ?) Government hospitals are free but it has better services than this. Staff is very arrogant and doctors are the same. ( Are they hate there jobs ?) At the entrance guiding board / road map or to do list board would be very useful for the misleading staff problems.

Excellent safety measures taken for the safety of the public and everyone though still lacks proper coordination. In one hour I've seen so many crowds being rotated on wrong queues by mistake of the security guides and so many operations that can be improved. Like a lot.

This center opens at 7 am. Once you go there you should have to get an application. Usually they give 300 applications per day and it'll be finished issuing applications around 10.00am - 10.30am. If you couldn't come to this place to do the medical test before this time it's better to come on next day. Limited resources and vey uncomfortable place. You have to waist your time in lot of queues.

This is the medical center for licence renewal and other. Takes lot of time to get medical certificate. Must come before 7 am. Only few tokens are given. No enough seats. But there is another place to take medical in Nugegoda. It seems less delay compared with this place. I came around 6 am and my token number was 53 . I got medical at 11.00 am. Then need to go to the H section to take the renewed licence. Must wear suitable wear for ease of medical test. No X rays.

had an extremely unpleasant experience here. i had to get my fingerprint taken for identity verification and my hands were sweating due to a health condition that i have so it wasn’t working. the person there started yelling at me like it was something i could control and was extremely unprofessional when verifying my personal details. this is not the first time i’ve seen an employee speak to somebody disrespectfully. i would rate this place a zero if i could.
