Quite expensive for similar range gyms , but I picked it simply because of location and it was air conditioned.

Used to be a nice neighbour old school gym. Now renovated to something like a gym you find in a hotel. I tried using a weighted ball for functnal training and sadly not allowed to bounce off the wall I don't get it... Then why have weighted balls. They seems to have no clear idea on a what concept they want rather have just stuff to show. Hence the ball rack is more of a ornament.

Washrooms and changing rooms needs renovating. No standard closing hours.

Out of all the gyms in the area, this is probably the best. The machines are new and the place is extremely clean. The crowd is good and it has a female friendly atmosphere. The staff is excellent as well. They have a juice bar and a refrigerator to keep your shakes.

Good gym to train hard

If u re near homagama area this is hands down the best gym due to the equipment readily available .. There could be more improvements such as a proper free squat rack/stand (its a bit cramped).. And well its upstairs just like the majority of gyms here(means U cant drop weight s when u lift heavy or deadlift..) but all in all cant complain much and recommend the gym!
