Dont know how to respect and serve customers. Look at customers as if no care whether they buy or not ..no respect. When you make a complanit the phone is given to the respective staff...dont look into the matter or call to apologize. Dont go there anymore...order online from abroad...

They have a good collection of clothes for kids to adults. Fair price. No big parking space at front. But having a separate space nearby.

The cashier is on the basement of the building. There was a certain shortage of customers today. There are many types of fashion.

Very poor customer care. When parking the first thing we saw was a big fight, sales officer of CIB was fighting with the security officer. The way they talk to customers were terrible. None of the cashiers asked about the " apekama " card and when I told her that I a card, she seems to be annoyed.

You can find various stuffs under a same roof. But if need to have wide range of trouser materials you need to visit CIB House of tailers at Nugegoda.

Usually it is pack with people. Now a days less customers because of the current situation in the country and people only buy what is necessary. This place got materials to kids clothes to party wear to school uniforms to baby items to kids toys to presents items..

Overall experience was ok. Prices bit high for curtains and Bedsheets. Also they give free gifts if you purchase products for more than 10k.

They have a good collection of garments for all ages. In addition they have a material section with bedding curtains and accessories. They also have pirikara also. A selection of toys, kitchen equipment bathroom accessories ara also available. Parking is always an issue here so be prepared to park bit away on the roadside and walk. With the current situation in the country some of the imported items are missing. But you can always find local products that will replace those.

I went to only button and ornaments shop. It has parking facilities. There are large verities of buttons, ornaments and meny other items for clothes. But prices are high.

Just had a bad experience with name called Harsha in Maharagama branch (curtain section) Customer handling was very unpleasant. We went their to do the advanced payment and select and finalize da materials today. We avoided Harsha's bad attitude and continued finalizing things. He was not ready to answer our questions properly. After completing the payments and all when we came home he called and argued about a bill. I understood it was a misunderstanding but he didnt have the patience to understand what exactly has happened and argued. As the service providers Harsha must learn how to communicate with clients in a pleasant way and how to handle these type of situations in a professional way. Chinthana gave us a really good service. Really appreciate him. Considering allthese I rate 3 stars.
