Totally disappointed about their service. Came to get a rapid antigen test. No queue is there. They ask us to to fill a form first, but no forms are there. When informed, they took longer time to bring it. Don’t waste your time by going here. Negative patients might also get positive because of their bloody service.

24/7 professional OPD service with good doctors even in the mid night, very reasonable price and there is inhouse pharmacy too. Really happy with the service. Accepted card payment.

Staff need to improve their PR capabilities lot. They do not know about the doctors availability etc. They are more focused on their chit chat rather than their job.

Worst place to get PCR or RAT. Not organized at all. Even very sick patients have to wait in their queues for hours still people jump queue with their contacts. Other services ok but PCR and RAT services will make people more sick while waiting in queues.

At a situation like this there is no proper organising for RAT and PCR test. Cluster of suspected covid-19 patients can be here. Don't come here for PCR or RAT test

I am appointment It was posted at 4pm.The doctor leaves at 5.30p.m .Even if it is difficult for a patient, he has to wait for about an hour.The way patients are treated is the last.

Overall I'm satisfied with the services, quality and care. Not even disappointed for anything. There are good doctors there and the environment and even the seating area are in really good condition. Worth for what is paid. One thing need improvements is the use of technology and efficient service. Some times I've been to wait long to get things. But that's all and everything else has no issues. I recommend anybody to keep a note about this place for an emergency or even for general medical needs.

Make sure that, specialist doctors in your hospital come on time to consult patients. I waited more than 2 hrs for the doctor who I was channelled. Huge time waste. Other facilities are good. Friendly staff. Nice environment..

One of the reliable medical center at panadura, offers 24hr OPD, ETU limited care(doesnt have advance care like in government hospital or as its mother branch) pharmacy and laboratory. There are no resident consultants here but consultants of all main specialities can meet here during the week. You can call and get an appointment but it will only be confirmed after payment done. Xray is from 8am to 8pm. Minor surgical cases can get done. Dental surgeries also done here, but need to male an appointment in advance. Its open 24/7 not affected by holidays, but OPD and consultation can be affected while there is a TUA going on. Only problem here is during the peak hours (4pm to 7pm) parking can be tricky because its limited.( when full all of the parking areas can accomodates 10-11 vehicles) and still the cafeteria isnt functioning.

Your security officer is very bad women . I asked where the toilet was. She scolded me and asked to find it and left it.

OPD facility is useless. I have gone to this hospital couple of times & have been treated by doctors who are highly inexperienced. The doctors tend to be more scared than the patient & advice based on worst case scenario. The place is good for laboratory services.

The reception at this hospital doesn't answer the phone when you call multiple times, which can be frustrating and make it hard to get the help you need. It's important that they improve their responsiveness to better support patients.

I have been here only to the pharmacy and to book consultations for doctors visiting the Nawaloka hospital in Colombo. The pharmacy is open till late and it is quite convenient. The reservation service for reservations for Consultants in Colombo is quite convenient. Has limited parking but seems sufficient to the amount of traffic here at any given time. Staff is very helpful.

Worst branch of Nawaloka. Today 04/05/2023, I'm waiting for Pharmacy girl to come from 8.40 a.m. now it's 8.55 a.m. she has gone to breakfast customers has to wait. No one Cares at all. This is like a government Hospital don't go ever.

The BEST pharmacy in the island. Yesterday evening I suddenly remember I couldnt send drugs to my parents who lives in Panadura. I just gave a call to the pharmacy in evening rush time. Within just very few minutes they not only arranged all the medications but also packed nicely with extra protection those drugs and was kind to contact Uber driver to deliver it. Even after that they contacted my parents to make sure that delivery took place as we expected . Thank you sooo much to those dedicated pharmacy staff at Nawaloka Panadura . They work beyond their official duty limit to make sure every ones health and to keep their brand name . I have visited so many nawaloka centres and other pharmacies. But I never ever met such an amazing dedicated hard working pharmacy staff. Not only as a regular client but also as a doctor working in government hospital , I feel much grateful for this staff. We went to take a full blood check up, they didn't know how to take blood they said it won't pain but they just carelessly did whatever they wanted, she's not even big enough to understand it she's just 3 years old, nawaloka was the last hospital near, all the other hospitals said " we can't take now " .very disappointed 🙁. Worst place ever to go for medical help. This place has no ventilation nor air conditioning yet they charge hospital charges.The staff have no idea what's going on and you are mostly "on your own..."

Located in a nice & Calm environment. Channeling fee is almost equal as other private hospitals in panadura But less crowded. Staff is really kind and Helpful compare to the other places.
