Very friendly service. They are open 24/7. Various types of tests and scans also could be done here. Medihelp does home visits to take samples for various tests. This is very helpful when you have non ambulatory persons at home.

Excellent place and location to have medicine out of Colombo with out a rush . But very poor and un efficient staff here to service . Even their don’t follow the basics which are doing in the government hospital. Try to monitor and supervise the process. Others wise you will loss the recognition. Thanks .

Good hospital in moratuwa and very clean area but there are some minor staff doesn't know how to welcome patients. But overall it is easy place with good doctors and some of good nurses.

Says reports giving 1 1/2 hour takes 2 1/2 and still not got. And allow beggars to come in side and troubling customers. Receptionist not take a response for that.

My 3 months old baby boy suffered with an illness. He was crying through out the night. We realized its cause of something extra ordinary. It was just past midnight and none of pediatricians on duty at any hospital in town . We took him to sachithra hospital in panadura and they did not want to put themselves in to risk by treating 3 months old infant. We tried to took him to the new piliphs hospital in kaluthara and respond was the same. I accidentally saw this place when I m heading to colombo to find hospital and this place were open. nobody has recommended this place to me ever before. From the moment we entered to the place with screaming baby, the lady was at the reception welcomed us nicely and took him to a young physician in a nice attire ( yes at 1 AM) . baby is treated in by the physician and two very professional manner. Baby is pooped and medical staff were so nice supported us clean him. Baby is cured and they charged very fare amount.

Simply excellent!! "Treatment first" No ones following us for money like big Hospitals in town. Top to bottom good team work, nice Christmas music. Highly recommend this Hospital and services 👍👍👍

Good place for seeing doctors Happy staff ever ready to help others

Had mix experience when visiting time to time. But overall the best medical center in Moratuwa right now. You will find all special doctors on appointment Management need to consider about parking space specially in the evening time as their small space will be packed in no time. As they would expect to be grown need to expand space as well

Recently opend this branch in moratuwa and seems much needed one. Can channel serveral types of specialits doctors from here and provids 24 h OPD service and ETU. All most all basic services such as Xray, lab tests, ultra sound scan, pharmacy etc..available in side the hospital including the branch of vision care. Friendly and supportive staffs. Can be satisfied with the interior designs of the premises too.

Poor service at the front , making a big fusk for an appointment, dont know how to serve patients. I think one lady at front having a hearing problem as well. Even after mentioning the contact number for the second time digit by digit they have entered a wrong number ,as a result the Doctor was late by 1 & half hours not communicated to us , 75 yrs patient had to go back home. Front office staff service so poor.( Dr Pathirana appointment no 3)contact Number still not corrected.

They really dont know do the PCR in correctly. I did the PCRs more than 5 time from others places, Medihelp is the worst place i ever had. 😫 so much pain. I saw other patients are got so much pain when they doing PCR. Asiri, Nawaloka are the best places for PCR. Im not recommended the Moratuwa Medihelp for PCR.

Very bad impression on Dr.Ramya Pathiraja. I've consulted many VOG's before , but consulted this one due to an emergency. Actually she is not professional and doesn't know how to talk and behave infront of a patient. She have no ethics only boss parts. She mistreated me since I asked my doubts which I need to get clarified via a VOG. She wanted me to keep quite without asking any sort of questions from her. She had forgotten that I reserved her consultancy after paying for her time and I have a right to ask whatever I feel I want to get clarfied about my condition. She answered two calls during my session of 5 minutes and wasted my time without even appologizing atleast. Not even a single sorry. Actually she behaved like in a government hospital where patients get their treatments for free. Very much disappointed and she tried to convince me for what she thinks is right. But actually I've never seen a professional VOG behaving in this manner. I know that this won't affect her career , but I needed to express my disappointment. I won't ever reccomend her to anybody. Updated Review on 20/02/2022. Operations Manager of Medihelp Moratuwa attended to my issue personaly and offered me a refund also. Um very happy about the way he managed the situation, also he told that he will talk to the doctor and he will prevent this thing happen to any patient once again. Thank you Medihelp for attending to this situation immediately than I expected.

Very poor service. Trainees are taking blood samples without proper guidance from a senior and those trainees have no idea of what they are doing. I had to request them to stop inserting the syringe too many times. There’s a way of training people. This is a joke. Felt like I’m in a government hospital.

No telephone ethics/courtesy ,( like talking to a government hospital..) Front office Staff is lazy and takes thier own time attending patients. Used to be good when they initially opened.. Now horrible customer service...

Receptionists are not good communicators and they not friendly. Prices are increasing day by day.

Today morning(6 am) I went here with my mom to nebulize for her vease. We only wanted to nebulize because our regular doctor is unavailable at morning. But medihelp crew put us to a consultant, and he didn't care about a nebulize, he said to do an ECG. We got nearly Rs.5000 bill for all the things. I don't matter money if they did their service properly. But in the evening(4pm) my mom got vease again, if they nebulize properly it usually doesn't happen. I will never go here again. Really bad doctor we got(Dr. Rashmika Peiris SLMC reg: 41826). Nowadays medical services thinking only about how to exploit money from patients, not to treat them properly.

One of the worst medical facilities ever in Sri Lanka. If you are going in for an emergency do not even think of this place as they will not even look at the patient.

Some OPD doctors are lazy BUT Clean environment

The doctors here are after money. I went here twice. The second time was to meet an orthopedic Surgeon for a knee issue and the first question the doc asked was if I had insurance from office. He kept questioning that, and then checked my knee, said it could be a major issue and prescribed me painkillers and an MRI for 20,000 bucks at another hospital he is practicing at. I didn't mention chronic pain, so I don't know why he prescribed useless painkillers. When I went to get a second opinion from a doctor recommended to me by my father, that doctor got an X Ray and concluded that its normal and for me to walk more and exercise more, which will reduce the irritation with time. The first time I went to medihelp was for a flu that my wife had. It was nothing major. But she got prescribed an antibiotic, painkillers and multiple other pills.. 5 in total. I have no clue why these people specify the brand name when they prescribe. Be careful when you go for a consultation here.

Really good place for go and meet a doctor. They have good channeling services and they keep us updated through mobiles. Front office staff is friendly and supportive, you can call even call them in the night time and ask Information. Also the staff of nurses were really helpful for me.

The receptionists are the worst. A receptionist is the front face of an establishment. Making a good impression is in their hands and they blow it every single time. Not a smile or a greeting. Most of them are always on their mobile phones having their personal conversations. Can expect a better service from a government hospital. It would be better to remind them that it's our money that clothes and feeds them. Very unprofessional.

My mum went in for an X ray of her lower spine. The space is EXTREMELY unclean. They only had one dirty gown to wear. It was not even washed. There were also 2 dirty sarong like clothes dumped there. The xray is is UNCLEAR. Very disappointed. We have to retake this from someplace else now. Extremely disappointed with the service. As a medical care providing area, cleanliness should be a priority. If you cannot atleast be hygienic, you shouldn't be functioning.

Dr. Suresh is an excellent Doctor kind effective and knowledgeable also night service is very essential 👌

They say they will inform you when reports are ready, then never do. Then say you have to pay another 3,000 just to show your reports to the doctor. Don't waste your money here, find a good family doctor.

As a medical center - it is a really good place that you can fearlessly go to meet a doctor. They have good channeling service and most the renounced doctors can be channeled here. They keep the place really clean and neat. Provide Excellent service to any patients visit to them. You can call them at anytime and ask for information. Most of doctors can be channeled via phone as well, but few can't. They open 24/ 7 and can take medical reports at anytime of the day.

Don't ever visit Doctor Batagoda from Nagoda Hospital for OPD purposes as he doesn't even look at the patient.
