They are doing PCR and antigen test but that place is very risky. I saw some people got positive results from the test and they are roaming around here and there . No one to guide them people are spitting everywhere. Very risky

I had a visit to Medihelp Piliyandala to show my daughter to Dr Saman Gunasekara, Consultant Dermatologist. He was very arrogant and rude. Doesn't even know how to talk to a child with some care. I wanted to get a clarification in-between but he shut me off rudely. I was not there to be treated in that manner. We all pay a fee for his service. First and foremost he should be taught some medical ethics I guess. Not an acceptable behaviour from a Consultant.

Terrible experience with the customer representatives .zero customer care .no one at the que and i was with my 3year old child who have face accident they ask me to wait out side without asking why i was so hurry.Most of their receptionists bahavience is so disgusting .

Not a good experience. The doctor came late and we waited more than an hour to see the doc. Staffs weren't friendly they didn't even update us about doc arrival time This healthcare facility deserves 2 stars only for its cleanliness.

My maximum is 3*. 1) Answering phones and information provides over the phone is very poor. 2) Unlike other similar hospitals, it is impossible to know the current going appointment numbers over the phone. 3) All the aluminium or stainless steel chairs are very uncomfortable. They should immediately change these chairs, if they want customers be back. Once they take actions over my complains, I will give them more stars.

95% of the time Doctors are late. If not suddenly they cancel the appointment. Money hungry place where they do not respect patient's ( customer's) time. Their reports are not good . I do not trust their medical reports . They like to scare the patient by telling to get 5 or 6 reports just to grab the maximum amount of money. Are these doctors or businessmen ? They are only after money in the expense of scaring the patient. Go to an Ayurvedic doctor atleast they do not scam people's money and they are more ethical and humble than the doctor's at Medihelp.

Also, suggest making changes with professional support services or more educated security people about how to behave in your permice as your standards. Also, I believe that one day you will reward clients' satisfaction with special awards. Even their charges are cheapest compared with other medical services 🏥. It is a hospital on Piliyandala Main Road. It has a small car park on the premises as well as another across the main road opposite the hospital. It has a diverse range of doctors for channeling, and the staff is friendly. It has a pharmacy, and you must take a token for your turn. On the first floor, there is also a vision care office. They provide laboratory services as well.

The channeling service of this hospital is very good comparing with some of the other hospitals. And also there was an incident that took place on the 05.07.2022 where the doctor that I was supposed to meet had to leave the hospital cause channelling room 7 wasn’t available. But then the staff transferred the doctor who was already in room 7 to another. And it just took less than 10 minutes to get that job done. But the doctor whom my self and other patients were about meet got so annoyed with the staff and took a leave. Personally I spoke with the doctor and I begged him to come back saying with the crisis everyone is going through a very tough time, instead of being polite the doctor refused. I don’t think we should blame the staff. It’s the doctors responsibility to be there for the patients.

Hi. I used to visited to you place for my fathers treatment and as usual Today also i visited to the hospital for my fathers treatment and he's suffering from many diseases due to his age. I'm really happy with the service that they offered my father. specifically I want recommend a girl who's worked at the pharmacy ( I got her name as Iresha) And the way she explained about the situation, medicine was make me so comfortable and fearless. There.can be good and bad service too. But with these type of staff will be able spread good massage with the society. Thank you so much.

They send an online link to check the ongoing numbers and other details related to the booking which updates completely wrong. I made an appointment for a doctor and checked the ongoing numbers via the sent link and went there with enough time to spare for my appointment. By the time I got there the doctor has already left yet the website says session is in progress and the current no is 10 (mine was 13). No point of having fancy utilities if you don't know how to properly manage them.

Dr. N H Rajapaksha has been our family doctor since 2019. I am very pleased with his services as he always listens to his patients and help them with utmost care. He never shy away from explaining a medical condition to a patient. He would explain very well why he recommends a particular drug/treatment to a patient if the patient has questions. He is very good at diagnosing a health issues after a careful assessment of all the health complications of a patient before recommending a particular treatment. He is an expert in the area he serves and take great care of the patients who visit him. He is one of the best Physicians at Medihelp Hospital and I highly recommend his services.

Clean environment as a hospital should be. Friendly staff and helpful as well. The day I went there was not a very hectic day so everything else was cool. Nothing much notable to complain. Though I suggest if the hospital could send the client a digital copy of the report through WhatsApp or Email as well it’ll be really helpful. Recommended. ___DJ Glitch LK___

Cannot be trusted! Be careful. Happened today - I told the doctor in the OPD (Jayanath Wijesinghe) I have an allergy for Amoxicillin. He had prescribed me Clavamox - I read the ingredients because Clavamox sounded close to Amoxcillin (and I was right - 500mg Amoxicillin). To think the Doctor didn't have the common sense I did. These pills were expensive too (888lkr for doses for 3 days). Main point - Allergies can kill people, and clearly this doctor doesn't know what he's doing. Most people in SL I know for a fact don't read medicine labels and just trust what the Doctors have prescribed. Take care of your loved ones and I'd be afraid to trust any doctor after this experience honestly. @Medihelp you need to seriously vet who you hire - even the pharmacy staff member who picked the phone 1st when I phoned about this handled the situation very unprofessionally. UPDATE (6th Dec 2023) - Their head of operations got in contact with me, was very apologetic and assured that they are taking this matter very seriously + doing necessary investigations. Definitely appreciate that they seem to care about the service given to patients. Let's hope the responsible parties are held accountable & action will be taken against them.

I was at medihelp hospital to collect my reports and was divert to the opd doctor by the staff( as they said i can check my reports from opd dr.).but when i went to meet the lady doctor at opd( kawshalya) she was on a personal call for 5 minutes and then told me its not necessary to check reports from her and was vaguely checking them and not responding to any questions i asked and said you can go and show your reports to your consultants why to me? I said i just wanted to know they are normal or not.but she refused & reluctant to do so . After spending more than 10,000 on reports this is the service we got from them.

The girls who work in front desk as receptionists are useless. They don’t do their work properly. I have called them and consulted a doctor for next day then the time they given was not the doctors usual time as I know. then I called several times and confirmed the time. but when I call them on the day of appointment they told me that doctor is already finished the work and went away. I was traveling 4 hours to visit the doctor. really irresponsible service of front desk receptionists. Never trust on receptionists there.

The channeling service of this hospital is very poor. With the current situation in the country, the hospital should behave more responsibly. We went to this place yesterday (5.7.2022) to get a channeling service. We had a time of 6.30pm but the staff here had not prepared room for that doctor even by 6.45pm Doc got angry and left the place. In this time of crisis, the patients who came there with difficulty were helpless. When we asked the hospital about it, they said that they cannot take responsibility for this. With the crisis situation in this country, people channel a doctor and come to a place like this, trusting the hospital, doing irresponsible work to the people and making them helpless. There is a low level of service in this hospital.. I have to say to those who are going to go to this hospital, don't trust the channeling service of this hospital.. Very low level of service.👎👎

Service was so bad, we went with one of our neighbour for emergency and they treated us so badly. One of the nurse was talking trash about us and she was blaming the patient for no reason. Don’t recommend for emergency cases. Should increase professionalism of the staff.

I wanted to find out a pharmacy to get regular deliveries of medicines to my parents, but that's long time before the pandemic. (I must mention it.) Since I'm living out of the country I did not have any options than searching in Google. I had to call all the pharmacies around Piliyandala and Boralesgamuwa area. But didn't get any positives. Then I called MediHelp Piliyandala (I had a doubt because this is a hospital, didn't expect they do any deliveries). I explained everything and then this nice guy Manoj said "of course we can, I will arrange it". He was so polite and he still is. The way he handles and treats the clients is so professional. He is still assisting me to get medicines to few of my locations in Colombo and Panadura areas. The service is so fast and reliable. One other thing I need to mention. They have a mobile service that comes to your door step to get all your tests. I got this service for my dad once, that was so convenient to him, the medical team came to his home and did everything. I'm pretty sure that they have more wide range of services too. Thank you so much MediHelp and specially to Manoj for giving such a great service to the public. Keep up all good work ! Good Luck.

Worst front desk service .. I came from matara to my pphysiotherapy session My number was 2.. they told doctors arrival time is 5 pm .but usually doctor comes at 12 pm .so I called them day before and confirm the time and ask about time again and again . When i came to piliyandala from matara and called them they told me doctor came at 12 and already went away . How can they be such irresponsible and disgusting .. If the Management want to keep their business .. remove these untrained irresponsible front desk staff or so called receptionists what about patients time and money???please take an action to improve your service. Doctors , Cleanliness are good.. but receptionists and services are worst..

Visited the hospital a few days back. The hospital was quite crowded, however I was pleasantly surprised at how well things were organized and managed. Didn't experience any major delays, given how busy the hospital was. Would recommend!

Security guards are very rude to patients go by car. The parking slots are reserved only for the so called specialists.They are the kings and costumers are Nodakin. Don't go there for checupps. The girl/ girls in the bleedings room do not ware glouses. Even they are not much educated on basic hygiene rules. On being questioned they were arrogant. Complaints made to the management made no any change.

You can chanel exprienced doctors from government hospital 🏥 at this place. Clean and better customer service. 24 hour doctor and pharmacy available. Door 🚪 step service is also available.

Today my brother got sick ( as he got fainted) and I suddenly took him to Medihelp Piliyandala. They were refused admit him. This is how they treat patients who come with emergency situations. Do not ever admit patient to this hospital if you love yourself as well as your parents. They did not care about the situation of the patient despite charging higher hospital charges by doing nothing. We do not need this kind of worst hospital to Piliyandala if they can’t admit patients during the emergency situation.. So disappointed 👎🏻

Worst physician Dr Rajapaksha who I ever met today. He doesn't know how to talk to people in a respective way. Doesn't explain the patient issue. Other hospital doctors talk politely and explained well. Very disappointed and disgusted 😒 no point of meeting this doctor. 😕 doctor humiliated us very badly.

A bloody hopeless hospital they offer RAT they accept online appointment they issue manual bills until the test is performed no place to sit no one is allowed inside the hospital not organized with report issuing Im sure this hospital is own by a foolish doctor.

Lab service is very good.. they help to customers very much.. but some receiptionist talk to the customers very rude.. and they have their own works and chats and slowly doing their job..they should understand that the people who come to the hospital are not aware about the medical terms.. some reciptionists act like consultants and scold to the customers.. pharmacy also should enhance their efficiency. But they treat well to the customers.. chennelling service also good..OPD service and OPD medical treatments also good.. clean environment... enough space.. they have some parking issues sometimes.. but recently they have opend a new park anyway...

Very disappointed about your service.. my doctor channeling time was at 5.08 p.m and even the doctor arrived at after 6.30 p.m.. Is this how your management goes in a situation like this in the country.. We’ve waited one and a half hours waiting for the doctor.

Visited Medihelp on Sunday to get treatment for my mother and came across a very unpleasant and unfortunate experience. One lady doctor was shouting at the nurses and I figured that she must be one of the owners since she was mentioning something about building up the place for the last 2 decades. Then again while I was at the pharmacy, I noticed another gent shouting at the Pharmacy staff and using very derogatory language and how the staff should obey his orders. I found out later that both of them are doctors and a couple. If this is how Medihelp officials conduct their business and treats their stuff, I will not be coming back. It's disgraceful that all this shouting happened in front of the patients.

Very poor service in piliyandala branch. One time i got opd treatment for leg pain. He have given medicine for plantar wart and ask me to oparate the leg next day bt when i get treatment from anither doc i got to know my leg bitten by dangerous animal. Very recently i got medicine for fever and cough never check how is my fever level and just given few simple medicines like c vitamin and zetrazine .. really unhappy
