Absolutely irresponsible. My mom was rushed to Asia Lanka hospitals following an injury in her finger (We didn’t have a choice since it was a Sunday and no other hospital was close by) but however, the stitches weren’t done properly and she’s still suffering in pain. I don’t recommend this place at all. They charge high but there service is extremely poor. This was not our first instance….it’s just that we didn’t have an option.

Worst hospital ever. Doctors don't come on time. Channeling no is not the no they call you to come in. My no was 3. I was called to come in when i made an issue for not taking in the no order. Don't waste your time here. They dont have answers for your questions. Doctor thinks He is a god. No respect for time of other people.

Most irresponsible staff at Asia Hospital Maharagama. The creatures at the Reception need to be given a thundering slap and woken up. Useless reception staff that know nothing. They don't even answer calls made to the hospital They took my appointments over the phone and gave me a time and number. However when I arrived at the Hospital I was told that there was no such name . The staff would also not give the name of the person who was on duty inspite of me showing them the record calls I had made . If the Hospital Administration cannot employ responsible people to do a proper job then they should not have this facility of making an appointment over the phone. This is run like a bloody KADEY. I have been going to this hospital from the day it was built and opened to the public. We don't go to a hospital that is within close proximity for entertainment and the staff who are obviously not capable of doing their job need to be investigated as they make numerous mistakes. Some cannot even write a patients name properly. I will be taking this matter up with the authorities as my time has been wasted totally. ASIA HOSPITAL we are not coming there on your charity. Kindly sort out your staff. Look at all the BAD reviews on Google

Came to Asia Hospital for a Doctor Channelling. Number in the google maps not working, I called the numbers given in the web. Got the appointment. Staff was friendly. Not too crowded even on Saturday evening and pharmacy was quick and efficient. Overally experience was good.

King is customer NOT consultant doctors! doctors parking is prioritized than customers! is that worth having so much doctors rather than customers? My morning experience with this hospital is very much awful and such a bad first impression with the patients parking lot and the security guards! complain about this to the front desk but they just don’t care! They only care about money, not patients. Security guards were NOT humble to the customers and ruder than doctors , they think that consulting doctors are the ones who gives them the salary. If you needs more customers you MUST change that old security Guards and create a secure parking space to the customers! You lost another valuable customer today! Never come back again! Never ever recommending your place to a hopeless helpless patient! Word of mouth is more powerful in our country! Today I have channeled Dr. Kamal Gunathunga. I have done the payment also. But, doctor was not there. At least they didn't inform me that the doctor was not coming until I asked them at the last moment. And they refused to refund the payment telling this and that and asked me to channel for another day. They tried to justify what they did. Its okay about the absence of doctor. That can be happened, but at least they should have to inform me. Disgusting service to the patients. Not worth give at least one star.

There is a lady doctor for OPD services. She is the most incompetent doctor anyone could encounter. Charges a handsome fee though as if they did treat us.

The elevator has not been working for a while and there is no one to complain about it. My Grandfather who is 91 years old. Has complained time and time again to the cashiers but to no avail.( not really their fault but the inconvenience has been voiced). Every time he comes for a consultation, which is on the 1st floor, he has to climb up a flight of stairs..which with his age takes him about 5 minutes and considerable exertion. Not to mention the lack of a elevator in a cramped stacked up "hospital" is atrocious.

Very poor service in lab. I went to there for blood testing. They collect . Promise to give reports following day. Once i go there reports are not ready. Machine are on service askills to come on next day. How they are wasting our time. I can't go chaneling with out reports. Management plsystem pay your attention.

Recently went to the dental service. Good service. Equipments were with latest technology. Very happy with the service. Better if they can provide floor layouts and directions since we have to walk around to find the correct section. Staff was helpfull.

I went today to do the ear piercing of my baby girl.The OPD doctor pierced one ear incorrectly completly to a wrong direction.We have to pierce our baby girl's ears again. She has to bear the pain twise. worst hospital in the area with OPD doctors who are anable atleast to pierce an ear correctly which is also done by rural women.dont ever go to this hospital.

I e chanelled urologists. He took 2 hrs than apointment time. A worst hospital. This is my last visit.

Worst private hospital I’ve visited so far. They do not turn on at least their AC. You will never be able to find a channeling room or the ongoing channeling number if you ever made a Appointment on a doctor. Even the staff is not friendly. If you make any inquiry from them you will never have a complete answer on that. They will provide you a mere answer and you will have to find it by your self. Better to look for another place with better services other than this horrible place.

Elevator is not working for years, dental is on 3rd floor and have to take stairs without considering the age of the patient. Even pregnant mothers have to use stairs in critical conditions.

Went there to take a X Ray . I waited near 2 hours just to take a X Ray. They charge me 1200 per one X Ray ( for a X Ray of a one tooth )

Service Is Good

If you have an emergency just don't go here unless you don't have any other option. It's not a problem for specialist consultantaion. Emergency services are not good at all. Go to Sri Jayewardenapura Hospital or Hemas instead.

The patient's time wasted meaninglessly. Not all doctors say that. When I set the appointment time for a doctor to 5, he comes at 6:30 like don't care. I don't know if it was a doctor's fault or a mistake in this hospital. It would be better if both of them work with more people in mind. Wealthy people are not the only ones who spend money to buy medicine.

Asia Hospital is in Mahargama next to Mahargama Police station. This hospital is good for Channeling services. Nurses provide good service

The hospital is rather disorganised. The channeling rooms dont even have the doctors names posted on them. The ENT specialist I visited didn't pay enough attention and was rushing through patients (I guess that's the business model the hospital encourages, they the doctor is probably a visiting doctor). I can't say I will visit again.

Cant give at least one star.worst customer service. Don't consult specialist there specially Gynaecologists

They have all the usesless good for nothing doctors. We have to tell the symptoms and suggest what to do. They don't even know what to tell or how to respond. And security and doctors were rude to our pickme driver for parking issues.

For information of anyone who go to this hospital the OPD two doctors never observed the patients actual and female doctors stayed you have to go to a sergeant Male doctor say see a general physician but both never saw or inspected my actual situation but they are prescribing hydroseal condition from out side. The medical association should take drastic action against pavement doctors who charge money in the name of private hospital Asia hospital should be banned I will go to any extent to send these fraudulent doctors at OPD dont look at patients actual conditions but they refer to specialist. My recent experience was awful. The receptionists rarely answered the phone, were incredibly rude in person, and the overall service was chaotic. Waiting for hours due to an unmanned bill counter was frustrating. Immediate attention to staff behavior and organizational issues needed to be improved.

Very poor customer service. Had to wait more than 2 hours! Even the consultant was late for 1 hour! Funniest part is I channeled over the phone and received no. 2, but at the hospital it became no. 4. No proper system to allocate time for the patients according to their number. Just to let the management know, Even the patients’ time matters.
