Pros. Nice food,spacious clean room. Cons. As a person worked in hotel trade i am not satisfied with the facilities which was provided for the price we paid. No toiletries provided (No soap,no shampoo,no hot water,only a hand towel was provided for two people🤣) No blanket provided. When asked for wifi i was informed wifi is not available for our room which we paid 25000/- i suggest before booking this place find another place you can get a good hotel for a better price and all facilities will be provided.

I stayed one day in your hotel 2021.11.18 first of all I would like to say the staff is really good we'll done everyone!!! Specially the manager MR.Mohan Athukorala he was really helpful and worked hard to make our stay a good one...Rooms are really clean and also the food was tasty... this is the best place to spend a day out...

Expensive food and bites. Not recommended to any who looking better service and valuable meals for what you pay. This place making money without giving better to their customers.

There are plethora of packages with low budget and we can customise those as we wish. And, good service, friendly management crew and natural beauty as well. So I mostly recommended the pool for swimming. Thank you. .

Very poor hospitality, poor quality food, uncleaned wash rooms, & above all of them Big headed so called owner's brother.......... It was very sad to experience the very unpleasant environment created by the so called Owner's brother who act as Maharaj in front of guests.... During recent wedding held at Kamaro,....Even before offering welcome drinks, promotional leaflets were distributed among guest's tables ..... showing very poor disciplinary by staff.... on inquiry, so called owner's brother madly uttered that he can do whatever he want even after renting out the banquet hall for a wedding.... badly bringing up communal different and racism. Should not even think about Kamaro for any kind of events....such poor & degusting experience had there.......Shame to hospitality industry of the country......

Very disappointed act of Mr. Hasan. Actually he was cunning manager. Bad experience with management. On 17 June, 2023 i discuses with manger Mr. Mohan that we have 20 peoples i need all 20 people should stay at roof top. He agreed my requirement. That why i booked hotel. That morning Mr. Hasan looked our rooms and counted how many peoples inside the room. That's a very unethical behavior. We never excepts such kind of bad behavior from hotel manager. After he told us you having free bed tea how many peoples inside the room. We never order any foods from you. Finally he charged extra 5, 000 from us. We never recommended that Kamaro Holiday Resorts and Banquets any one. We had 20 peoples representing different different companies in Cololmbo and Kaluthara . We normally meet twice per month. We never come your hotel and not recommned to anyone to go Kamaro Holiday Resorts and Banquets . Because of the Mr.Hasan bad act.

We went there around 9pm on a Friday to get dinner. Had to wait ages to get the dishes we ordered. The funny thing was the waiter kept bribing one dish at a time and the next dish would come after a wait of about 20 minutes. Not sure whether this was due to the gas crysis. But by the time we got all our dishes it was probably around 11.15pm 😐 The waiter I guess was was doing his best

I updated my review after getting to know about unethical bad behavior of hotel manager. He was agreed some conditions for our function and but finally he tried to take some additional chargers with telling unethical behavior. He charged additional payment as pocket money for him and act like a cheat people who is not suitable for Hotel Manager position. I am not totally recommended for everyone who expect to make family gathering or function in this hotel.

Planned to book room, but same day came to know Central Environment Authority cancel their license because of Hotel dispose excrement to lake, this is against law

It is terrible .they are asking money for every meal.it was terr terrible experience for relax time.not recommend .and they ddidnt tell exact amo amount for extra chargers.but finally they added unreasonable amount.food was fair.but service is terrible .but staff is ok.but managment is really terrible
