Great place to stay. Nice environment surrounded with coconut trees. Had a great time with friends. Main concern is you can’t keep your things their. We had lot issues with the hospitality. We kept our foods in the kitchen fridge and most of food items are stolen by them. Top Management should look into this matter.

Very nice and calm place. Good for a short holiday getaway. The food is also very tasty the only problem was there were a lot of dogs around when you have a barbecue. Other than that, everything is perfect. The rooms are well maintained with A/C as well as the toilets. P.S. they don't have square plug point to charge the phone, So if you planning to go, take a multiplug

If you're looking for a place to go within half an hour from Colombo, this is an ideal place. The bungalow is surrounded by coconut trees with a wonderful view of a lake. A budget place with two cooks who make some delicious food. The hospitality, they showed to us was also great. One of the most calming places. Even though the management says only 8 pax can be accommodated, definitely 12 can sleep without a hassle. Bungalow is well maintained too. Highly recommended place to go with family, friends or colleagues.

What a great place to spend you holidays. Not far from the Colombo but you will definitely experience a village far from the Colombo. If you enter the highway from Kottawa it is about 30 minutes drive. The staff was so friendly. They helped us to settle down and prepared delicious food for us. You can take culinary stuff and they will prepare the food for you. The chef was amazing. He had the sense and he knows the art of cooking. The place is clean and the well maintained. The swimming pool is much elegant and you can have fun with the family. I recommend this place for your family vacation or staff outings.

Excellent location to spend. Went with our office crew on Saturday and came back on Sunday. We had the bunglow all to our selves to drink and be merry. There's a cook who is very good at cooking and did BBQ as well. You have to bring the ingredients. There's a nice pool. The rooms and bathrooms we're good as well. I suggest not to go with many vehicles. Max 3. Don't go to swim in the lake lol.

Superb place,quality is 100%, owner is very helpful.we had to postpond our visit due to some issue but he never said any word, even we said it in last minute, he gave us another date without charging anything.we do really appreciate it.calm and quality place.caretaker wasantha and the other support guy also very helpful..can recomand to anyone..we will visit again.

It's a prefect place for a weekend gateway towards calm and quietness .. Food and caretaker's hospitality is topnotch.. His food was very tasty. There are 4 AC rooms and can accommodate upto 10 on sharable basis..

Super location for day outs. Nice view and facilities. Nice Pool and a large space to walk and for all. Special Thanks should go to Mr. Wasantha (The Chef, Care taker and many more). He did his best yo serve us. Food was fantastic too. (We did took the goods and they did the cooking part)

It's a coconut estate nearby Uyanwatta lake. The view is amazing. A great to place to relax and chill. Pool is cleaned, you use it took Dawn if your are partying. Make sure to have a BBQ, the caretaker has mastered the skill of making BBQ 👌. Guests has to provide all the ingredients for cooking. Caretaker has all the spices and will inform you the amount for them. Rooms are ok, clean and comfortable but not luxurious. The washroom could have been better without ants. Overall experience is quite good
