I recently joined the Live Strong Fitness Arena. I can already see the difference in me. They have very friendly and supportive staff. Special thanks to Nipun from me. I highly appreciate the favorable reply which received from the gym. As the gym has recruited a another trainer and it has helped the gym to focus on individuals in the rush hours also. He is a friendly guy like coach Madhushanka and Harshana. And also my workouts had helped me to improve my physique and mentality and I am very happy of it. One of the best gyms I've been to, so far. Big space available for workouts. Knowledgeable and friendly instructors. Very decent crowd. They have got almost all the equipment you need for a good workout. The gym is very well maintained and kept clean. Air conditioning can sometimes be a little inconsistent. Overall, it's an awesome place to hit your workout goals!

Live strong is awesome. Lahirus’ schedules are really good. Its clean and tidy and the overall vibe is great. It has been a really good experience for me. Would definitely continue training there and have no hesitation in recommending them to my friends and fam.

Compared to other gym's its an good gym, But there is no water inside the gym, unless we have to purchase water separately, I believe Water filter is an an very important thing to be in an gym Please, : TRY TO PUT AN WATER FILTER IN THE GYM
