The
worst
hospital
experience
ever.
Recently,
I
had
to
get
the
service
of
the
ETU
of
this
hospital
to
put
some
eye
drops
into
my
child's
eye.
We
were
unable
to
do
it
ourselves
as
it
was
only
one
day
after
the
surgery.
She
was
not
allowing
us
to
even
get
closer
to
her
eye
due
to
pain
and
fear.
I
asked
the
doctor
whether
they
can
do
this
before
bringing
the
child
into
ETU
and
she
was
ok
with
that
so
I
brought.
Then
a
male
nurse
came
and
started
bullying
me
and
my
husband
saying
"Why
can't
you
do
this
yourself
at
home
and
what's
the
need
to
bring
the
child
here
for
this
kind
of
small
matter?"
Before
that,
I
clearly
explained
the
situation
to
everyone
and
why
we
coludn't
do
it
alone.
I
even
told
them
that
the
condition
of
my
child's
eye
was
getting
worse
without
proper
eye
drop
insertion.
But
that
male
nurse
didn't
stop
bullying
us
and
even
exceeded
the
limits
by
condemning
my
child
saying
she
must
be
more
supportive
for
putting
eye
drops
as
a
four
year
child,
does
she
have
difficulties
in
her
regular
day
to
day
activities,
does
she
have
some
other
illnesses,
etc.
I
was
really
upset
and
hardly
tolerated
all
this
as
I
didn'
t
want
to
get
involved
in
a
quarell
at
that
moment.
I
came
there
to
get
their
service
for
money
and
not
for
FREE.
And
this
is
the
level
of
service
they
provide
for
the
money
you
pay.
The
male
nurse
is
acting
as
if
he
was
even
in
a
superior
position
than
the
docter
there
and
keep
harrassing
patients.
I
have
been
attending
this
hospital
for
past
five
years
and
experienced
many
cleanliness
issues
too.
But
this
is
the
first
time
I
experienced
such
inhumanity
of
Melsta
staff
members.
I
even
logged
a
complaint
about
that
male
nurse
to
the
hospital
and
their
response
was
so
cold.
I
will
never
come
this
hospital
again
in
future
and
won't
recommend
to
anyone
else
due
to
this
kind
of
misbehaviour
of
their
staff.
