Hospital in the city of Homagama. Not crowded, maybe it is still newly opened. There is ample parking at the rear of the building. Friendly service. There is a pharmacy and opd service. Visioncare is on the second floor.

Having ample car parking. Best thing is 24 Hr OPD service . It having own laboratory pharmacy and X Ray capabilities. You can channel doctors and come to the hospital. Inside the place there is a vision care outlet to get spectacles.

The hospital's hygiene condition is so poor. Everywhere you get uncleaned toilet smell. Its unbearable. Please draw your attention to the cleaning job in the hospital.

I highly recommend this hospital for its excellent services. The availability of free parking, spacious facilities, cleanliness, and absence of any unpleasant odors make it a top choice. It's a relatively new addition to our city and provides a great healthcare experience.

For the first time I came for an eye clinic of doctor Dr.N Kanishka Gamage at Medi Help. I got the appointment at 07.40pm and my no 06.But the doctor still not arrived. Very disappointed about doctor's time management.He came for the clinic at 08.16pm.But Nurses are very helpful..When asked from a nurse to get a plastic cup to get water from bottle cooler,there were no cups, but she brought me a 1Ltr bottle to have it. Really appreciated her service. I said I'll buy from outside, but she said its okay to have it.

Worst Dental service ever Recently I have visited their dental. There was this lady Dr. M.K.T.S Siriwardana and her female assistant. I was in  pain due to the tooth ache and this doctor lady started to bark and yell at me saying that tooth needed to get removed. She was so rude and  started to mock and laugh at me with her assistant. I know it's needed to be reomoved thats the whole point why I visited a dentist. But they were so rude like ignorant staff in some government hospitals. One does not become a doctor just because they have 'Dr' title and this woman is an example for that. She and her assistant have zero manners and ethics about treating patients kindley. Would not recommend anyone her service at all.

The staff is really disgusting. The security person is handling the OPD queue by adding ppl. That OPD nurse also defends that by saying fake things. My father had an emergency, but they didn't even care about it and gave priority to those buggers. How ridiculous has that been? I will report this to their management as well. I have no idea how bad this place is. I will never come again!

The hospital was very clean and tidy but the management needs look into training their staff properly. Some give incorrect information to patients and other staff are disorganised. Doctor in charge of Ultra sonic scan room is really rude to patients. Hope these things will be rectified.

Services were good. The staff was very helpful and courtious. Dr. Tani was excellent too. Went out of the way in advising the patients. Unfortunately, the staff at the pharmacy was a bit rude. I guess they must have been under pressure because of the holiday where other pharmacy's were closed. Overall, a good hospital.

We went for Medihelp channeling Orthopedic Doctor S.C. Lift did not work. We asked for special care for very old patient since she was unable to wait in the queue and staff didnt even bother about her condition. There are mosquitos also inside the hospital.very dissapointed about the service and i dont reccomand this hospital

There was a female doctor at OPD who does not know her subject, No effects from her medicines, such a shame

Everything is good except the pharmacy. Only one staff member is available in the evening peak time. Too much time to get medicine.

This is my first time in yhis place and had bad experience .In consulting service staff let others to go with out number sequence. Staff is not professional .All the pations are waiting and they let someone to avoid numbers.Not recommend .

Ultrasound scans done here are not accurate. I did an ultra sound scan from a technician named Rupa Kannangara and the report was completely incorrect. Throughout the test she was rude and careless. Money wasted 👎 All the patients were advised to have a full bladder for the US test and she came an hour later. imagine the uncomfortable situation those patients had to undergo. I am never going back to this place again.

Doctor appointments and appointment cancelation by hospital not properly communicate to patients.

On the first day we were 20 minutes late for our booking, the doctor had left the hospital..but the staff was not interested in calling us or informing us about it...the booking for the second day was also not properly placed...we Even though we put the booking for patient number 1, we got number six..Staff without any responsibility for coustomers
