The genuine ayurveda treatments. The owner Mr.Anil, doctors, therapy staff all are professional and well aware of Panchakarma . The restaurant serves only vegetarian food which suit to the treatments. The package include all 3 meals, Ayurveda therapy, Yoga and meditation sessions. The property has an attractive swimming pool, on site shops, large garden area and one side facing to the beach. The specious bedrooms come with en-suite hot water bathrooms. Free wi-fi provided in the entire premises. Can recommend this place who intends to have a relax & genuine Ayurveda treatments.

Had a two days stay here. Ayurvedic treatments are authentic and you are under doctor's attention during your stay. All foods will be arranged based on your health and the treatments you receive. The center is situated inside aqua pearl hotel premisses so you can enjoy the hotel and its swimming pools since you get accomadation in their rooms with ayurvedic treatment. Facilities and service id say acceptable but there are loads of areas to improve.rooms are also in good condition but need more improvements. Location is really beautiful but still needs more maintenance.

The employees are very nice and friendly, like a big family. The treatments are the best ayurveda treatments we have ever had 😉 and were planned by a very competent doctor, who cared about our needs. We had several consultations where we spoke with him about the treatments. The daily treatments are done by professional therapists with many years of experience. The ayurvedic meals (buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner) are cooked by a friendly team. Most of the meals are healthy and vegan, there is no meat on the menue. The rooms are beautiful, clean and equipped with mosquito nets. The resort is a lovely place: nice pool, view to the beach, beautiful garden, … and there is Lena, a sweet squirrel which jumps from tree to tree.

Highly recommend. Good calm environment and situated inside the Aqua Pearl Resort. Friendly staff and professional service. Good ayuruvedic treatment and worth the time and money.

We did a family trip to this lovely boutique hotel and enjoyed every moment. It's a quaint hotel with lush greeneries and ayurvedic treatments located right at the beach. Massage sessions were really rejuvenating. Staff were courteous and food was delicious. All amenities were in place and not so grandeur but value for the money you pay. Thanks so very much for the real Sri Lankan hospitality and we shall return definitely soon!

Very nice place. I spent a week doing ayurveda treatments and I was satisfied with everything. The room was big and clean, food was excellent, doctor and therapist professional, the staff was a plus.

Me and my friends family enjoyed the stay at Life Ayurveda to the fullest. It was something different staying at an Ayurveda hotel and it was so amazing. Even though we have experiences in other hotel properties, this was something unique. Specially the oil treatment massage. Our kids had a lovely time sitting on the garden Hammock and the beach. With limited staff members on duty, they were very supportive and looked after us genuinely. The food were amazingly tasty and no doubt we will come back in the near future.

This hotel has Very tasty traditional foods. The staff is very friendly and kindfull. Prices are reasonable.

Food was OK but rooms are not clean and towels had oil smell. But they had best milk tea in morning.

We had a great time 24 of our ladies day outing on 18th September. The food was excellent and the staff was so helpful and made our day a great one.
