Customer service is good. Reasonable charges. A very limited parking space is available. Wheelchair accessible entrance and elevator facilities are available.

Good private hospital in Homagama area. All the hospital services are good and prices are reasonable. Information system is very strong. Lot of payment methods are available. Well maintained premises and large vehicle parking space is available. Pharmacy is also available.

Located close to homagama bus stand. Very few parking slots are available. 24hrs opd service is there. For doctor channeling you can enjoy lessor fee than the hospitals in colombo for same specialists. Lab facilities also there at lower cost than some famous laboratories. Phone also picking by operators without a hassle.

I had the worst ever experience at Healan Hospitals on today 25.04.2022. I went for an urgent appointment for my daughter and her pediatrician was available there at that time. Because of the urgency only I rushed there at last minute. When i walked to the counter, a lady said appointments were filled. I was very well knew that bcz I checked through e-channeling before I go there. I told the lady at counter that my daughter regular pediatrician is that Dr and to try to get me an urgent appointment. That particular lady was not even asked the condition of my child and said we have a another doctor and we can go for him. Very very unprofessional service level. Now Healan is not the only one private nursing home in Homagama and some other good service providers came in to the town and they will take over Healan very soon. They do not have even the basic needs. One ceiling fan available in the first floor for all patients in 1st floor. But I had better experience in some other places within the town. I will never recommend their service for anyone.

The worst front desk ever. I called maybe a 100 times to book an appointment for a consultation but the 2 times the phone actually rang the full time, no one answered but since then the other 98 times the phone was busy !!! How is that possible? Was the front desk sleeping during my 2 calls that rang the full time? Absolutely worst service ever !!!!!

Worst place to go for a doctor's appointment. Not enough seating for patients. The doctor was two hours late and they didn't have the courtesy to inform us about the delay. Parking is very limited. Would never recommend this hospital to anyone. I would give zero stars if it's possible.

I have been to Healan Hospital few times. They are providing the best service in the area.They have an easy and comfortable entrance to the hospital and a spacious vehicle parking space.Wheel chair access and emergency access also available.We can easily ask the details and can channel any consultant that available on the relevant day through a phone call. E-channel also available.The reception, cashier and the other hospital staff giving their best help to those who need. Best hospital equipments ,Good patient handling , Clean surrounding , and consultation services are better than any other places in the area. Consultation charges and other charges are reasonable.Even during this COVID period they are doing their best to keep everyone safe and following the exact safety measures.

No parking space for patients. Waiting time is long for appointments. And the health staff is very unprofessional.

I had previously done a review like this with one star. "Very bad customer service. Very bad place." But when I went back there they asked about it and apologized for what had happened and provided good customer service. I am grateful for that. 😇

Worst hospital ever. Channeled DR.Nandana dikmadugoda for my mom due to phlegm.he supposed to be arrived at 8pm but till 9pm he was not presented. Such a waste of time of people.

OPD lady doctor is rude. Doesn’t even listen to what patient has to say. Went in twice for a simple fever and still didn’t get better, only got worse. Went for a different doctor the third time and got better very next day.

I know this healan hospital long time ago but when you go to counter section staffs doesn't know how to approach the customers still, they dont care about customers they are living they are own world, doctors are not coming on time. As many have mentioned, patients need to wait for long time. This will increase parking bill and affect for all other plans. Private hospitals should look in to that matter bit seriously, finally so im gonna give only one star for them.

My first time at this private hospital was a good experience. The staff was very supportive in all possible ways, especially the manager/supervisor who was placed on the ground floor. The doctor arrived on time and was kind enough to wait for the patients who got late to make it on time. There is an in-house pharmacy and a car park available at this place.

Doctors are not good at all. They are always in a hurry to go home. Doesn't listen to the patients properly. OPD doctor is the worst. He was on the phone the whole time and he's uncertain about his own comments.

The worst place i have ever seen. Bad customer service and don't know how to talk to patients. Provide low quality services for higher prices. It's better to die than go to this worst place.

My experience at this hospital was utterly horrendous. The staff's incompetence, poor hygiene, outdated facilities, lack of communication, and absence of empathy made for an incredibly distressing encounter. Moreover, the staff's attitude towards patients was disappointing.🤮👎🏻 I urge anyone in need of medical attention to avoid this hospital at all costs. It is a place that fails to meet even the most basic standards of healthcare and falls far short of providing the care and support patients deserve during their time of need. Actually, I was left deeply dissatisfied with the entire process.👎🏻

The experience I had with Heelan Hospital today was very much disappointing. We paid thousands of rupees for channeling & for medicines. But without considering the innocent patients who paid such amounts, the new trick ( I dont know whether it is new or old) what the cashiers do is just simply say that they dont have exchange & keep our remaining money with them. That way they kept Rs.8.50 from me today by saying that. Just think nearly for 10 rupees per one and how much money they grab from those who pay on cash. Also the pharmacy, skipping our number kept us waiting for some time. With their poor facilities I have decided not to go to Heelan again & those who wish to go there also have to think twice.

The worst front desk ever. Even though this happened to me before, I didn't care too much. The phone always hangs up when I call. 10 calls are cut. After answering the call, there is no friendliness in the conversation. I have never met a front desk without such manners.🤮👎👎👎

My experience with this hospital is very good. But I think you need to have more parking space than this. And specially there is a lady at pharmacy who doesnt care about privacy and the mentality of patients. Manitaining a doctor record book for my child was really big issue for. Very dissappointed about her.

Very poor service. They didn't answer the emergency calls. Really disappointed.
