Budget hotel. Hotel is in good location and easily accessible for few sight seeing spots. Rooms are good, but biggest minus is hot water. They only have solar heater which most of the times it comes as cold only. Food is average, especially if you are vegetarian, options are very limited.

Very nice, staffs also very kind so. only bathroom ventilator to be closed with mesh, few flies and insects come inside. I strongly recommend OK to stay

Mount Avenue is about 10km off Sultan Bathery it's a very quite and peaceful over hear, they had provided a camp fire at the night since it was December end and we all enjoyed.

Worst experience ever. The restaurant manager misbehaves with my family and said if you want to eat... Eat... Otherwise I'll call the police. Hotel industry seems to have hospitality in their services/behaviour. We wanted to have pleasent experience in Kerala and I ended up keeping my family starving in the middle of the night. This is not even any waiter or staff...but the manager of the restaurant himself portrayed like we're outsiders and kept us waiting for more than 90 mins for dinner. After complaining manager, he himself started arguing with my family about the order placed 90 mins before. We wanted to complaint to hotel manager but he (restaurant manager) told that hotel owner is my friend and you do whatever you want to do. I'll never suggest this hotel to anyone... even in worst case scenario, don't go to this hotel. I've never seen such level of pathetic service and we wasted our 1200/- and about 2 hrs of time in restaurant.

Pros: Room are clean. Hotel location is good. Comfortable beds. Cons: No soap. No toothpaste. No vegetarian option. No hot water if there are more guests. Food quality is disaster.

Rooms are very small compared to same level hotels. Beds are very old, they are not replaced. Very outskirts of Wayanad. Morning food is not good. Most of rooms taps are broken.

I had an amazing stay at Hotel Mount Avenue! The accommodations were comfortable, the food was extraordinary, and the caring staff was exceptionally polite and kind. Our team outing for 40 members was well-organized, thanks to Resort owner Prijo, who provided a thoughtful itinerary and even arranged a bus for our trip. Overall, a better experience!

Spent two days here. Very good place to stay. Has swimming pool,indoor games, attached restaurant. Around 5 tourist places are nearby to this resort. Note- restaurants black service guy will be watching like watchman while having unlimited Buffy breakfast.

Business hotel with a 10mtr pool. Ample parking. Spacious restaurant and meeting hall. Ideal for get together and meeting. Not recommended for resort seekers. Property in front of main road. Rooms with average standard. Food was nice. Staff behavior also good.

I had a stay at hotel in april 2022 .the food was very bad 4 of us got food poision and got admitted at nearby hospital. Emailed the matter to hotel authorities till now no response so for us this hotel stay was a nightmare

Service is very bad. They are not providing complimentary water also. No hot water available. Even restaurant is not gud. No proper breakfast. No dishes for lunch r dinner. Un qualified staff

We booked this hotel during the new year of Jan 2023. Rooms were neat and clean. Hotel staffs were nice to the guests. This hotel is mostly recommended for family’s.

Very bad service! We only went to the restaurant. It was empty at 2 in afternoon. While asking for menu, the manager said they have very limited options available so didnt give the menu. So we ordered a small amount of food since we were not sure of the quality, and decided to order more later. Then the restaurant started to become crowded. Once our food was served, we ordered some more. Surprisingly they denied service! The waiter just said that there were too many people and its too late for lunch! What kind of restaurant denies food ??? It was very embarrasing! By the time we finished whatever we ordered the restaurant was crowded and they were giving out menus and taking orders. Not sure what kind of biased behaviour was that. No wonder there were not a single person visible when we arrived there. Giving two star since the food taste and ambience was good.

Rooms very clean and maintained properly, and the pool is good, games area is also good.. overall it's a good resort, I recommend to book with a good view balcony rooms..

I loved the place, rooms are good too. Normal deluxe rooms are too small. But hygiene is good. Restaurant ambience is awesome. The worst part i experience here is there was no hot water. They are telling leave water for 10mins then it will come. So much of gallons of water wasted. Still no hot water. Please see through that.

Hotel location was in Ambalavayal, Wayanad. The are is very quite. We were there as a part of group in April 26th to 28th. The group was consists of 40 People. We reached the hotel around 8.45 PM on 26th April after a long drive. The check in was smooth followed by dinner. Room was big with ample guest amenities. Hotel has arranged BBq night enjoyed by all . I short the stay in the hotel was enjoyable by way of food and accomodation

Great stay near Edakkal caves! Booked directly by calling the hotel, charged Rs.850 per head on weekdays with complementary breakfast. Clean rooms, swimming pool and responsive service. We also ordered dinner from the hotel, which also tasted good. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
