Traffic around the building is fine. The building looks aesthetically pleasing. The security is tight. Only one play area is constructed for volly ball. Gates are frustrating because there are specified gate for entry and exist. The basement parking are frustrating because they are built for midgets . Pipes and fans are hanging too low to injury your head . So watch out. Rest room are okay.. so overall it's okay...

Massive building with state of the art features, good security, lots of moving space and easy access from the road. This building would have altered the entire landscape of Ambattur. The company in tower C I had visited looks ultra modern with their interiors and secured features. Same with cafeteria, loòks clean.

Kosmo one Building is Great 👍 and nice Building, here lot of Software and international voice process companies and Edu tech companies and man power provider and call centers is available there.

YES BANK- Worst behaviour from HR team, I attended interview for the role HR on one month before, till now there will be no updates regarding my interview status, I mailed to the concern person, till now no reply. They don't think about the candidate wasting the time for the interview result. Please tell whether we passed or failed, anything is fine we accept & move on but the team didn't think about the candidates time and purpose of attending the interview. yes, we are jobless but don't think we are always uneducated.

It has a very professional, corporate ambience and since our office is based on the 8th floor we get an additional bonus of the city's best view✿ (⁠ ⁠˘⁠ ⁠³⁠˘⁠)⁠♡

During the heavy rain also they are not allowing people who come in shorts even though they have pant on bag to change it, the place they asked to change in rest room see the pic and they gave a open space to change. Very very bad experience and they did not treat me in a proper manner as well made me to wait for more than 1 hour

Good place to explore with ID card 😂 . they won’t allow to take photo in the premises, but literally allowed to do cinema shooting!! Still wondering why!! 🧐

Building looks good with the glass facade. Has a decent food court & sports centre. No gym. Parking lot is dimly lit & difficult to spot whats allocated to each corporate. Traffic around the building at evening hours is a nightmare. Such a huge building has only entry gate & one exit for occupants. There was a huge pile up of vehicles today, had to wait for 45 mins to get out of the building from parking lot.

Best place loaded with all amenities. But when compared to other campus like DLF this one is comparatively the smallest of those.

It's good infrastructure and have looking gorgeous view and everything is ok but the only concern is that they don't have Waiting hall or place for guests.. is it's provided na then it will be useful for that working employees..

Hello guys, This place is work of art. Sunset & sunrise reflection on this building is so unreal. It's Spacious & well maintained & friendly atmosphere. I work here in Tower B. Food court is my fav except the sandwich shop ( Lazy people,waste ur tym). Apart from that all the stalls are cool & affordable. I can't start my day without having Ginger tea in Chai kings. I recommend to try biryani,wraps,tandoori & coffee... You can't escape any securities. Lots of checking and without I'd card you will not be allowed with permission. So make sure to visit our lovely foodcourt.

Nice environment and peaceful place to work. Good work culture followed. Only the thing is high cost of foods and less variety of vegetarian dishes. Taste vice foods are good

Business centre and Yes Bank and many other offices available in this place. They have an excellent restaurant and amazing parking space. Also best security systems.

No proper maintenance in the campus, Additional charges for the employees if they park bike in common parking area... Lift services are pethatic.. Only outside campus looks good, in side very low maintenance..

Office building IT offices with ATM facility. Ready ambulance and good fire trained fire personals and Nepali security regiment disciplined. Everything protocol followed. Basement lack of floor grip for bike tires. Lack of vehicles entry ⛔ from back gates. Lack of snacks vending machine at each building only Block c has it. All the sports court available. Gym not available, no swimming pool. Or terrace view.access.elevators are well programmed. Building access gates are protected with turnstyles.

Great atmosphere and good and spacious area around. Neat and tidy surroundings. Security is a bit slacking, else all-around great

After home this is the place that I had to go to more often as that the work place too ;). This place has all that you need for your work. Ofcourse nice ambience well lit, diff choice of food on the food court, ample walking space too.. what more do you need for bringing the best of urself to work.

Restricted access only for employees and approved permission from respective offices, ground floor we have Chaikings, Kerala Foods serve Beef curry, parotta, Briyani and banana poricha mazham in evenings, cake shop and Frankie, arabian delight restaurant are available in ground floor and have chennai coffee shop in 1st floor, we get Tea, Coffee, and variety of evening chat item, Vazhaka, Onion Bhajji, Cutlet, Sandwich, Samosa and more items available until 6.30 pm. Badminton Court, Day care, Fitness centre etc are available for paid service.

I'm not sure Abt building details. But in the evening building facilities are totally worst, not maintaining cleanliness in the restroom. Restroom is not that spacious. Not lift options. In the peak hours u ve to wait In long que to get lift.
