It was a terrible experience both the times we visited. The room that was provided to us was having non- functional AC. Upon raising the same to staff, we were said that the rooms are full so we can't do anything as of now. "Wait for 15 mins, it will work" this was said to us for 3 hours almost. Then we were made to switch room and the other room was not up to the mark. The walls had cracks, the room was not properly cleaned and was no good in comparison to the previous room which had only AC problem.

I tried the buffet for lunch and the foods were too good and taste was superb. They have given variation of goods in veg and in non veg. Ambience was very nice . Service was grt

the check in was smooth took less than 3 minutes to check us in. we got a room on third floor and the view from the window is sealed.. some white sheet is outside window so you cant see anything at all.. complimentary water bottles and tea,coffee n sugar sachets were provided to us in the room. their intercom isnt working so u need to call the reception or the in house restauant by your phone. Tv and room lights were working smoothly rooms are a little teary but clean n good.. however in the end we saw a lil cockroach near bathroom. beds are super comfy.. and this hotel has centralized ac which was pretty good.. temperature was managed pretty well. we wanted to order from their inhouse restaurant but they open after 7pm n closes around 10:15pm so we couldnt try their food. outside food is allowed which is again a big plus point. and reception n also other room service guys were pretty decent and smooth.. so we had a stay without any trouble at all.. everything went smooth. even check out was very smooth.

Rooms were clean. However, We had few problems with our room such as AC cooling, WIFI connection and washbasin got choked. We had to follow up with reception and house keeping multiple times to get it resolved. The breakfast buffet had very limited options. Overall our stay was okay. Service could be better.

I stayed for only one night. We checked in at almost 12.30 pm kitchen was almost closed n I was feeling hungry, suddenly i called for food (Dal khichdi) hotel staff made it ready n brought to my room. Taste was very authentic and nice 👍🏻 When we check out next morning n came to attend a function in same area that time I realised that I forgot my one new shirt in hotel cupboard. We informed same thing to manager & he immediately respond positively and kept at reception area so that I can collect it from der. I am very much thankful for this special efforts 🙏🥰 Rooms are next level, very hygiene and cozy. Highly recommended ♥️

Hotel is Good. Location is easily accessible. Rooms are clean. Food taste is good but bit costly. The only problem with the hotel is thier staff. They are very rude, no knowledge of hospitality for thier guests at all. Secondly, the hotel contact numbers provided on google and goibibo( i booked through goibibo) are not responsive at all. When you go to hotel and complain about this, the guys at the reception will not accept their flaw at all. Rather they will insult you saying that they are always busy attending their customers and dont have time to respond to customer. I would like to give the hotel 0 star just because of the staff behaviour. Specially the front desk staff, who are supposed to be most cooperative and polite with the customers. Adding to that, i requested the front desk guy to send specified breakfast to my uncle's room, who is a senior citizen and was staying alone at the hotel... He straight forward denied saying that its not his job to deliver breakfast to the rooms. Hearing that i was shocked and i immediately told him that i sm not asking him to go to the room to deliver the breakfast but i only wanted him to call dining and send some bread butter and a glass of milk only after their breakfast timing starts. But he dis-agreed and told me that he can only call my uncle in the room and remind him to order breakfast in the dining, i accepted that, but lastly he didnt do that too. Finally i would like to mention Goibibo who were the booking partner. Once the hotel was not reachable on provided contact numbers, i called Goibibo customer service to connect me with the hotel, but they too were not able to do so. And at last minute they told me that they will book some other hotel for my guest. I explained them thoroughly that the guest is 69 years old and will not be able to manage with this last minute changes but they didn't had any other option. I request goibibo to develop some provision to connect customer with the hotel if the customer is not able to do so. At last i wold like to advice everyone who wants to be at this hotel that, just book the hotel offline as the staff is only co-operative with those who are visiting the hotel and booking and they don't even bother to attend to the calls of customer who booked online , even if we call any number of time on their contact numbers provided.

Beautiful hotel. Food quality excellent. Staff on reception name Roshni was very helpful, polite & Professional. I am a Canadian Citizen and I enjoyed my stay in this hotel. Highly recommended.

Location is convenient for locals as well as people coming from Mumbai. Banquet hall was very nice, spacious and good interiors. Food was superb.

I have attended many social gatherings over here as it is near to my society. Mostly in my locality people book there hall for wedding reception or birthdays. It is a very good hotel. Food served is also very good.

I visited this Hotel twice both by pre booking, First time I requested for early check in @12PM, reception informed room is not available at the moment, as their check in timing is at 1PM, check in was delayed by 2 hours and I got the room @ 3PM. I thought to let it go as it might be a 1 time case. Second time again the check in was delayed and this time I didn't requested for early check in, I reached hotel @ 1PM and stil they do not have any room available as I have pre booked I have wait. It's pathetic.

It is a great place to stay when in Ambernath, located right on the pipeline road. Rooms are fabulous and food and drinks are super cool. Running hot water and prompt service are a great plus! Great going to the team there!

Visited today for lunch with family.opt for alacart . Food was tasty but very disappointed with the very slow service. Had to ask for water, so many times. Must improve

The hotel is well maintained, and despite the heavy rains outside, I was pleased to find the room's air conditioning working moderately well. The cost-effective room accommodation provided a cozy ambiance, making it suitable for a good night's sleep after a day of exploration. The room amenities were decent, though I must mention that initially, only one towel and a single glass were provided for water. However, upon requesting more, the staff promptly fulfilled my requirements. The mattress was comfortable, ensuring a restful night, and the presence of a working desk with a chair was an added convenience. One highlight of the room was the lounge sofa placed by the window sill, offering a relaxing spot to unwind and enjoy the view. The bathroom was of average size but was clean and provided 24-hour hot and cold water supply, which was much appreciated. For the price of INR 1675/- per night, the television provided was satisfactory. Considering the budget-friendly nature of the hotel, the TV served its purpose well. Though the overall experience was positive, I did find the in-room dining menu to be slightly on the higher side. I've attached the menu as an image for reference. While the food was decent, those on a strict budget might want to explore other dining options in the area. It’s a decent hotel if you are for business visit or work at Ambernath industrial area. Worth for money and the restaurant good and serves delicious food

We had our 2nd buffet here today and we are again disappointed due to cold food. Last time also we had complained abt it but our feedback doesnt seem to be taken seriously. When I complained about the cold food, the manager said no one else is complaining. I am shocked with their response, he even managed to lie again when he checked the noodles and said air its hot. I again tried the noodles and again its cold. This is pure poor managment. We like this place because it serves safe food and place is neat and clean. But they need to improve a lot on customer experience.

Worst day of my life, I chose wrong place, Food Taste & service is very pathetic. They took almost a hour to serve a water bottle at Room. Room not cleaned, AC is not working properly. I never recommend to anyone.. Please don't go.

I was here on a business trip but I had one of the most horrible experience of my life while stay. The front desk staff is most pathetic and they don’t have sense how to talk with guest. I was on business trip so I had requested for early checkin while booking but the persons handling reception were very arrogant and unprofessional. I called hotel more than 5 times and the excuse I got was if we have event, we never pick up any calls. They gave me access of room on chargeable basis . They took 1000 rs advance for checkin. The room didn’t have even soap. The only good thing about the stay was restaurant. 2* is only for food and restaurant

They have a buffet as well as à la carte menu. We tried their unlimited buffet which is available in Veg & Non-veg . It costs around Rs.500 per person. The food quality was amazing. They had limited options in Veg hope they can add a couple of options in it. Overall the experience was a wonderful one.

Food was not good at all... Restaurant is degrading its quality day by day... LAL MAAS ... which was my favorite dish now become last in the chart.

The hotel food was delicious, however it was a bit expensive. The quality of ingredients was excellent and the presentation of the dishes was beautiful. The service was also top notch, with friendly and attentive staff. Despite the high cost, I still recommend the hotel's food, but be aware of the prices.

They have rooftop live band. Good rooms. Food is good. Breakfast buffet is good and starts at 8am. Staff is good. Restaurant Sudama is also good. You can go with your family. Hotel is in the industrial area. So ideal for persons on company visit. Safe for women to stay. Parking space mainly opposite the hotel. Regular fumigation done on every floor to eliminate mosquitos.Sunday buffet is fantastic for the price and tasty worth trying.

I stayed there for 12 nights for business and I can tell you I wouldn't go there again. The reception was rude and not helpful one bit when trying to clarify details on my invoice. I got hung up twice and I gave up. The sheets were refolded, not changed. I know this because of a stain that was hidden from plain view and remained for atleast 6 days, meaning they weren't changed, just refolded and 'tidied up'. My fresh clothes from laundry stunk more than they did when they were dirty. Every evening the whole floor gets fumigated for mosquitoes and the smoke was so dense you couldn't see the lift from the room. The smoke seeped into the room and I had to sit there for a few minutes trying to hold my breath till the fumes mitigated. The WiFi was extremely slow and spotty and I couldn't get any work done with it. The Indian food was pretty good, but the international cuisine on the menu was very bad.

Had stopped over for breakfast from Mumbai to Ambernath. Location was convenient and well placed. We were greeted very warmly by Mr. Ratnakar and offered excellence service. The buffet food was fresh, good and variety was excellent. Dining area was clean and spacious. Worth another visit !

Its good location for Ambernath MIDC, rooms are so so, service is good, staff is very polite and attentive, food taste is good but varieties of sabji in main course are not maintained you have to choose amongst 5-6 only. Overall the stay was good.

It worth the money spend but needed improvement in breakfast variety and parking place. But the receptionist Ms. Mithali was quite helpful

Hall, Good, Service, interiors awesome... Non veg wedding food also good. Hall approx capacity 250 chair. Good for small sized wedding.

Decent place to stay… can be improved on housekeeping but it’s passable. Main highlight is their dinning restaurant #sudama one of the best. We tried #laalMaas and it was completely out of this world. Must try.

Quick check in and check out, spacious room, room service was a little late but manageable. Food was nice. Location easy to find. Staff was nice and co-operative. Couple friendly so you can go and have a nice time together.

I have stayed here few times. Rooms & service is nice. They have two kitchen with different names, one at ground floor & one at top floor, both have independent menu. Both kitchens are good in taste, also outside food is allowed. They have ample parking space. Two elevators, so no rush for that. You get scenic view of ambernath from elevator while going to top floors. Mostly hotel occupied with good and sober people, who are their on professional visit in MIDC. Only thing is they are very strict about check out timing, it becomes really tough to convince them for extra hour. And Most important, always book it online. Their offline charges are too much higher than online charges.

The Hotel management don't respect their customers. Without any communication with customers and their permission, hotel management bringing out the customers luggage and keeping aside near Reception down without any proper handling and safety. The worst behavior seen in hotel management till...

This hotel located in ambernath MIDC. Two restaurants are there one is roof top restaurant. Night time family can visit the roof top restaurant for a good experience. Decent food and ambience cost also affordable.

If I can give more than 5 stars i would have, the staff are extremely polite, professional and helpful. The food is delicious. Cleaning, maintenance everything is on point. One will want to come back again and again for a wonderful experience

We went for a birthday party celebration on the roof top restaurant.. the staff was really cooperative.. the Decoration was beautiful.. the whole experience was awesome.. one of the best dining place in ambernath east.. beautiful place and affordable too.. kids friendly

One of the best places I have ever visited ! You get a lot of options here and the food is great. I would totally recommend their pesto sauce pasta and their mocktails.

Went at this hotel with friends little late around 11 pm hence we were told to go at Roof top i.e at 8th floor. The ambiance was superb you can view the entire Ambernath from this roof top. Food was delicious specially murgh Angara and Thai chicken. Very good for family function. We missed the karaoke’s orchestra but soon will visit again.
