Went on a Wednesday night and yet it was filled up and luckily we got seats. Service, my god service is great. The person who takes order during night time is a woman and she does a great job, she's polite and knows how to handle the line. I asked her for a coffee preference and she was kind enough to suggest me a good one from Mccafe. Now McDonald's has started this trend where they will serve the food on your table itself, that's a great trick for people to come back just to experience this. About the food, we used the McDonald's app for discounts, multiple times on a single visit and we got pretty good deals. However acc to me, Pizza Puff is not that great👀 Also McDonald's acc to me is safer than any of it's competing brands. They have a water dispenser, which is NOT usual and I liked it.

Today on 28th Dec, 2022, myself and my wife visited Mc Donald outlet at GNB Galaxy, Ambarnath. We ordered Gourmet Meal for 2 consisting of 1 veg burger, 1 chicken burger, 1 French fries and 2 coke. When the order came, one burger which was supposed to be veg burger was served to my wife, who is a pure vegeterian. The staff who served food to us confirmed that the said burger is vegetarian. However after having couple of bytes, my wife felt that something is wrong with the burger and she asked me to taste it. To our surprise both the burgers served to us were Chicken Burgers. When this issue was brought to the notice of outlet staff, their approach was very casual aa if its just a small mistake. The manager(so called) said that the person who served us is new hence he was not aware. Very casually he also said that 'No Problem, we will give you veg burger'. We were shocked by such casual approach of the store staff and when I told them to call their incharge, I was told that he is on leave. They were even not ready to mention the bill/order no on the refund slip which was given to me when I insisted for it. My wife who is a pure vegetarian is still upset with the whole incident as its about her beliefs, values and sentiments. We never expected such unprofessional, casual and laid back approach from Mc Donald staff.

Open till 11 pm,, later Take away available from online order like zomato and Swiggy. Currently free 2 wheeler parking and paid 4 wheelers parking available. Ambience is good 👍🏻 Staffs are polite and helpful.

Had Burgers and Cold drink here... Food is good. The service is also good. It was a bit hot inside maybe the air conditioner was not working properly.They have separate place for birthday parties which is good.

I visited this outlet first time and I am quite impressed by the layout. It's open and the seating arrangement makes sense. The strong point is the layout in itself. The charging points on table are working. The staff is good and even though they were busy with their opening schedule they politely asked us to sit down for few minutes and we're ready to serve us. Impressive work over there McDonald's , appreciate the training for treating the customers well. The washroom and other facilites are working. The display for order queue is visible from everywhere. Overall good work with layout and logical placement of tables. Staff is helpful and polite. I would advice to visit it around 11 am onwards as they have to prepare and setup the counters and kitchen. Parking is available but subject to the time of the day when you visit it.

Finally a McDonald's in Ambernath.The people of Ambernath were eagerly waiting for it to open. I finally got the opportunity to visit this outlet yesterday and I would say it's really top class. The staff is very courteous and polite. Kudus to the management for prompt delivery and service despite the crowding. Sunday evenings are mostly jam-packed . The food as usual is Good.! ❤️

Visited for Quick Brunch, good and clean place, drinking water also available. Ordered many things like burgers, fries, floats, puffs, drinks, etc. Seating areas are good, the birthday celebration zone is also present, service is slow, as it takes some time to get served, hot food and great taste. Parking is in the basement of the complex or you have to park it on the streets. Recommending everyone who has to kill some time, a peaceful place and safest to kids.

I have visited many MCD store but this was quite silent and staff was also good As a brand all stuff was of same quality and price but the main difference is silence and peace of mind One can come with loved one and spend quality of good time as few visit and polite staff with great ambiance Those who argee with my point do like my comment Rating Ambiance 10/10 Staff behaviour 10/10 Other 10/10

The devices on which we are supposed to order 2 of them were not connected with their payment machines and we had to place our order for the 3 times.But rest of the things were just perfect loved it ❤️

This outlet is not operating smoothly. I visited Friday late evening around 8.30 pm, it was well crowded. Staff is calling each other loudly to prepare order, deliver it and I could see lot of confusion among them. I got desert after half an hour after checking many times at the counter. Staff were responding it takes time for preparation. I wonder why they can’t keep it ready for orders.

On 09/10/2023, I placed an order for a meal consisting of a burger, fries, and coke, along with an additional frappe and waited at the table which was with the leftover of previous customer. After repeating couple of times a guy came and cleaned it. However, when I received my order, it was without coke. When I raised this issue with Mr. Ansari at the counter, he explained that the additional frappe was provided in place of the coke. Hows that possible?? I paid for both the coke and the extra frappe, so it's confusing and frustrating to receive a different item than what you expected, especially without proper communication or consent regarding the substitution. Mr. Ansari's explanation seems inaccurate and unreasonable, suggesting a lack of professionalism and customer service. The way Mr. Ansari communicated with me, using a tapori style and being careless, was unacceptable and disrespectful. It's important for McDonald's to address this kind of behavior, as it reflects poorly on the company and can greatly impact customer satisfaction. I feel that this situation may be indicative of a scam, given the discrepancy in your order and the unprofessional behavior you encountered. It's crucial for McDonald's to investigate and rectify this issue to ensure that their customers are treated with respect and provided with the service they deserve. The staff at the restaurant is very slow and this is not just once or twice I have been here nearly 8 to 10 times now but every time the experience is same.. half of the order does not reach the table.. we ordered for around 1500 bucks but felt lyk waste of time and money.. The staff is very slow with taking orders as well as serving them.. half of the time they are busy chit chatting among their selves..

Awesome place for quick bite with fast service. It's also have great atmosphere and the most important part they're staff behaviour is very polite and ver helpful. Problem is only for parking as they have Street parking where you see No parking board on the street So be careful while parking your bike or car.

The worst experience ever.been here since 2 hours. Power went off twice. Bill Print paper wasn't put in the device. The food was awful,the patties were soo thin.

The outlet here was very nice and I would recommend everyone to go here. As this was the best McDonald’s I’ve ever visited. The manager and the staff was friendly and it was built on an amazing location. The ambiance was pretty nice and the food was also good. I would definitely recommend you to go here.

This Outlet is Situated in GNP Galaxy on Kalyan Badlapur Road. This place Always remains crowded and on Weekends there is a huge waiting time. Ambience - Very good. They have made different Sitting arrangements so you can sit on any place you like. (As already said you will be lucky if you get a place to sit at your favourite place as it is always crowded) Food - Tried different Burger meals here and it tastes good. Softy was not upto the mark. They had some issues in Machine. They Also have a Place where you can celebrate Birthday parties and there is a fix charge for per Meal. Which you can negotiate with the manager and also depends on the number of guests. Always try to Order using the Mcdonald app as you get very good Offers and the price is less compared to ordering directly in the store. For Getting Multiple Offer benefits separate bills are required for each offer.

It's so good to have it. Property is well connected with the residence of localites. The only problem is sitting arrangements. It's always too crowded, especially on weekends. So, plan your hang out days accordingly.

Lazy people...for 15 mins ride they literally took 2.5 hrs to give a single order. That too with few items missing. You rather order from different branch than here.

Overall It Was Pretty Great Experience But In Terms of Serving the Time Is Quite More Taken By Stuff But Remember There are Some Parking Issues On Going So You have to Park Your Vehicle In Basement 😅

First of all ik talking about the grilled chicken burger, the burger was so bad in taste and the cheese they put in their burger it was also a perish cheese and their is no taste of chicken in thier chicken burger dont buy any chicken item from here And i like the hospitality of Jyoti👩 she is very polite to the customers she is one of the staff of Mc Donals.

Good management. The staff are extremely polite & professional. Every day the crowd footfall is good and it is well managed. Payment systems are also good and they deliver food to your table. Can add ventilation/ac to make it more ambient for customers.

Branch is at a great spot and has plenty of seating. Also has self ordering kiosks. Staff is very friendly 😄

Very slow service, there is always server problem, no coke refill service there,its very boring 🙂
