diners.
I
enjoyed
stopping
in
for
comfort
food
while
traveling
on
business.
Canyon
Cafe
did
NOT
disappoint.
It
was
a
great
dining
experience!!
I
enjoyed
every
bite
of
my
oversized
3
egg
omelette
stuffed
with
the
flavorful
ingredients
of
choice.
The
pieces
of
the
omelette
stuffings/fixin’s
were
large
which
and
cooked
perfectly.
My
server
was
Michael,
one
of
the
new
owners
(along
with
his
brother
and
sister).
His
positive
attitude
reflected
his
pride
of
ownership
and
it
was
fun
hearing
him
share
the
story
of
how
and
his
siblings
became
owners
recently
of
a
50
year
old
diner.
Based
on
his
personal
touch
I’m
confident
the
siblings
will
turn
this
aged
diner
into
a
spruced-up
diner.
The
quality
of
food
was
exceptional!!
Every
part
of
my
customized
order
was
made
to
perfection.
Portions
are
more
than
generous!
Canyon
academy
was
the
perfect
stop
for
a
late
brunch
on
a
day
I
missed
breakfast.

American

the
vicinity
of
Napa,
stop
in
to
enjoy
the
great
food
and
friendly
service
of
Canyon
Cafe!!
