Some of my nails are square like I asked some are coffin shaped they are not all evenly filed some are more pointed on one side the color is right the tips are all you shaped instead of flat squared like I asked

I went in and got a dip. First time I have had ny nails done since COVID. It looked good and I was pretty happy with it. The next time I came in it wasn't as good. After five days there was chipping and I went in for repair. On my third visit the were cutting and burning me and again I had to return for them to fix chipping. It cost $45 for the dip and it was supposed to last longer. I was not happy. After they fixed it I went home and next day it was chipping on same finger that was repaired and 4 others. My nails were weak and I had to remove it because it was getting really bad. Will not return. My nails are ruined..

The nails are beautiful and the employees were kind. The reason this does not have five stars is for the fact that my technician was a little rough with my left hand. Don't get me wrong, they were kind and gave me exactly what I wanted. Prior to this I have been doing my own nails on my left hand so my nails are pretty weak. I was just hesitant to say anything. My nails are weak, yes, but the treatment could have been a little gentler. Overall the technician was good, my nails came out how I wanted. Just don't be afraid to say what's going on with your nails, especially if you feel something hurt 😅.

They do a great job on nails and toes. I noticed they have an extensive selections of nail colors and types. Also, many real comfortable chairs to sit in while they work on you. The owners are wonderful and the staff is happy to be working there. They all are well trained and awaiting your arrival!

Tom did an excellent job on my nails. All of the nail techs here are good and do good work.

Wow. Vickie and the beautiful people here do GREAT! Been here two different times. Absolutely LOVE this place.

The person who started my nails was nice. But in the middle of doing them he got up and left. And the lady who took over didn’t even look at my reference photo. My nails look NOTHING like how I wanted them to look like. She also made me bleed. My nails aren’t even the shape I wanted them. After that they tried to charge us for 2 full sets. Instead of one. I used to like this place and the attention to detail they had. But this last experience was ridiculous. I will be finding a new salon. Update. I’ve spoken to a few friends who have also gone here, and this salon has also charged them for more services than they got. It seems like they are doing it on purpose and hoping the customer won’t notice.
