I look for two things in any kind of health care professional. Are they competent and am I going to feel comfortable with them? Dr. Burr doesn't disappoint in any of these two areas. He is very knowledgeable and experienced and knows how to best help each individual in their own situation. Apart from being competent he is just an all around great guy and will make you feel comfortable. I would recommend him to anyone.

I don’t know the best way to explain but things just felt off with everything at their office and wouldn’t recommend. He was nice but not my cup of tea I guess. Odd comments were made during the root canal that made me feel he wasn’t focused and he wasn’t very gentle. My mouth was quite sore after and there was some throbbing pain for a week and a half following. Tolerable but just sucked. Family told me their root canals done elsewhere didn’t feel that way. A few weeks after the root canal I had a cute little bubble on my gums and the infection was still there. I spoke to Dr. Burr and he suggested a apicoectomy or pulling the tooth. I decided to get a second opinion and chose to get a retreatment by another endodontist. It was NIGHT and DAY. The endodontist I went to for the retreatment was very gentle, was focused and talked me through the whole thing, and I felt way better following. No problems with my tooth since.

My girlfriend left the office feeling completely uncomfortable. Daniel asked/told her to open her mouth in a inappropriate manner multiple times. He also tried to give her his personal number “if her tooth was hurting after office hours” and ask multiple non work related questions during the procedure.

For the past three months, I have shadowed Dr. Burr at his office. It has been such a great experience! He is always willing to let me come in and answer any questions that I have. As a pre-dental student it is important to have a good mentor and Dr. Burr does a great job of that.

I saw Dr Burr today and was so impressed with both him, and his entire staff! I needed a root canal redone and Dr Burr explained everything in detail and made sure I was well informed of my options for treatment. I decided to have the root canal retreated and the experience was extremely pleasant and pain free. I would highly recommend Dr Burr to anyone in need of an endodontist!

I’ve had my fair share of root canals and Dr. Burr has been one of the best doctors to have work done by. Everything was very well explained and options given before starting. He wanted you to understand not only the procedure but the potential risks. He came across as very honest and upfront. Once we got started it took a bit to get the nerve deadened but he made it a point that his first priority was to make sure I wasn’t in pain before continuing to work. He made the visit personal asking about my personal life and kept a fun and sometimes entertaining conversation with myself and the assistant during the whole visit. I didn’t feel like just a patient lining the pockets of an office. Rather I felt, and continue to feel, as if I can visit or call Dr. Burr with any potential issues from the procedure and he will do all he can to ensure I’m taken care of. If you want to take a bit so fun procedure and end up having an enjoyable procedure given the circumstances Dr. Burr’s office is the place to go. I hope to not have any more needs to visit his office, but if I do I won’t hesitate and look any further. Thanks Dr. Burr and staff!
