This place is great, always clean and VERY personable staff. I stop by every morning and it's always a great experience. I highly encourage anyone to check out this Casey's location.

Horrible customer service. Extremely rude employees, don't waste your time with management there either. I will never buy anything from that store again.

Pizza is almost always undercooked or thrown together wrong. Ordered a taco pizza with olives and I assume they forgot to add them so they just threw them on top of the lettuce. At least they didn't forget the chips this time.

Ordered a taco pizza, came without lettuce, refried beans, cheddar cheese and taco sauce. Called to inform them and ask if anything could be done. Was told that they ran out of lettuce which is why it wasn’t on the pizza and the sauce packets were simply forgotten (along with the other ingredients) Was also told there was nothing they could do.

sheri the manager is honestly so rude and disgusting to her customers and caseys delivery partners. she needs to be fired for her lack off leadership to that store

This is consistently the worst Casey's I have ever been to. The floor is usually dirty, they run out of drinks on tap VERY often. The thing that made me decide to write a review was last week when I went in to get Diet Coke and they didn't have any medium cups available. I asked for help, I was told "You need to check in the cabinet underneath the dispenser." Customers are responsible for stocking the supplies? I have tried to order pizza online several times and have NEVER had the call answered. So, I will continue to drive to the Stange store, where I can get help, walk on a clean floor and not have to stock the supplies. It is worth the extra miles.

This caseys is filthy any time I have gone, the fresh food has been sitting out for quite a while or there is none. Tonight I went in and the lady behind the counter was sitting in the back, shoveling pizza in her mouth, without any socks or shoes on... you guys serve food, that's gross. And then she was rude during the transaction. Please make your people wear socks and shoes!!

I ordered delivery from here and didn’t see an option for taco sauce online. After placing my order, I called in and asked “I just placed a delivery order and couldn’t find an option to add taco sauce. Could you please add a couple packets to the box?” The lady was very rude and seemed to have no idea their store even did delivery. She told me the store absolutely does not do delivery so she has nothing to do with that. After some argument, she went to check for the order, it appeared and said Doordash and she ridiculed me for paying doordash fees saying things like “It says added doordash fees. I don’t know why you would pay for that.” But I ordered through the Casey’s app??? The call ended with me saying “I never had a question about the delivery. I just wanted some taco sauce.” The woman said “ok we can do that for you.” And hung up the call. The order just arrived and guess what…? No taco sauce lol. Bad morning I guess.

Had what I went in for. Was a busy day for them so there was a bit of a line to wait in when checking out. New cashier as well so it took longer than usual once it was my turn but it happens so I won't actually complain about it. All in all it was an alright stop that day.

I have never had Caseys this bad lmao. Ordered a Veggie pizza, it came with like 20 pieces of green peppers and onions and 0 black olives. I basically lived of Caseys Pizza back in Highschool so I know what to expect ( which is decent pizza). This is not decent pizza lmao, I wouldn't even wanna eat this if it's isn't because I broke my arm and it's snowing outside. This is like someone tried to do the bare minimum and didn't even reach the threshold of the"bare minimum"

The pizza was delicious as always but the lady working the pizza counter was extremely rude to me for no apparent reason.

I stopped in to grab a phone charger and as I walked in I ask how late they were open and a worker rudely turned around and stated very mean “in 25 minutes “. I then bought a charger which I ended up grabbing the wrong one due to them being mixed up after I had already paid I noticed it and went back in a grabbed the right one as the same employee that was just very rude and mean thought she get even nastier with me and couldn’t figure out 22.99-19.99. She then took off her hat and threw it and then ripped off her purse from around her neck and also threw it. And started cursing about the situation. I will never be back to this store and neither should she be allowed to work around people as I apologized when I noticed the mix up and she still was very rude and mean

Greasy food but it's quick. Over frosted and way over glazed donuts ! Poor selection of donuts and hot food items. Very disappointing this li action is no longer open 24 hours!

Since Brad McDonald has left they have slipped. Now the employees are allowed to park 2 deep where I would back in to get air for my tires. They have frequently run out of basic food items at lunch time. Still have the best pizza in town, though.

Family wanted a taco pizza. Back home Casey’s has the 2nd best taco pizza in town. Here in Ames? Not so much. Pizza was undercooked, first bite felt like raw pizza dough. We had to cook the pizza in our own oven just to make the dough crispy. If I wanted to make a taco pizza I would have, but I wanted to bypass all that. All that was needed was 10 more minutes in an oven and the dough would have been perfect. It will take a lot for me to order from this Casey’s again.
