We ordered the peppery bacon burger and the chicken soho and onion soup. Everything tasted really good. The onion soup was so rich, the chicken soho was so tasty with goat cheese on top. The peppery bacon burger was good and the fries were crispy and tasty. The staff was so friendly and polite. I recommend Madisons to anyone!

You can get one of the best tasting ribs here, my experience was amazing and the waitress was very friendly.

I’ve eaten here multiple times and the food is great. But tonight, this was probably the worst service I’ve ever experienced. I reserved 1 WEEK IN ADVANCE for a party of 6 at 7:30 for my birthday. My sister got there at 7:15 and was waiting with the cake in her hands. The hostess didn’t acknowledge her waiting there until we got there at 7:32. In the mean time, they went ahead and sat others who came in. The hostess then proceeds to tell us that she will place us in two booths back to back! How do you expect us to talk amongst eachother in that configuration??? She then calls the manager and he says “oh well it’s 7:36, we overbooked. You can wait if you want to be seated in the dining room or else we can put you on a high table in the bar.” How is it my issue if you overbooked? I even specified in the booking that it’s for a birthday. Anyways, will not be returning. Good job!

Not the worst but far from good... I ordered the Madison burger... I had better, my wife ordered a salmon tartar, she was not impressive at all... Service was quick, food was tasteless, I give 2 stars to the food because it is edible. The ambience was boring, very dark decoration, maybe too modern. Price Quality ratio, way too expensive for a less than Ok food experience. I won't go back.

We come here regularly and the onion soup is one of the top 3 in the city. The service is awesome. Tanya’s service was on spot, the service is always 5 star at this specific Madison, the family that runs this store is the best, drop the mic.

I went with a buddy on 13/03/2023. We each ordered the rib steak and the loaded baked potato. Extremely impressed. The quality of the steak and cooking was 10/10. The potato was fresh and cooked perfectly. We were served by Tanya in the bar section. She was great. Her service was amicable and excellent. Overall, we had an amazing experience.

Very nice and friendly Our server was so cheerful and lovely. She has a marvelous attitude and a bright smile.

I’ve been going there with friends and family for 15 years and I can tell you it’s become one of my favourite places. Consistency is what they are good at which is not easy to do. Food is always good and fresh and service is great. Portions are generous. Never had to wait for long periods of time for orders to come out no matter how busy they are. Service at the door for seating was perfect, very polite and kind. Waiter who served us was so friendly and kind, could not have had a better waiter. Fantastic evening and food was great, will return for sure.

The food had clearly been prepared a while in advance. We ordered a salmon tartar. We were not offered any choices of intensity of spice, there was really too much sauce, the crackers were those that you buy at the grocery store, and the french fries were reheated.
