I needed a room for the night on very short notice and decided to stop at Sleep Inn. I was greeted by a gentleman who was so welcoming at the front desk. The room was very inviting and really clean. After a great night sleep I went for breakfast. Again, I was greeted upon entering the room by a warm, friendly lady who made me feel right at home. The area was very clean, food was plentiful and really good. My experience was very positive and I look forward to staying again. I would definitely recommend Sleep Inn. Thank you!

Nice, clean & comfy stay for a good price. The room decor was newer & the little tips for better sleep were a nice touch. The pool & hot tub were great & heated. Continental breakfast was pretty standard.

Great atmosphere, friendly staff and the breakfast was better than I expected. My only slight issue is I got a room with a king-size bed and the room is small. But I will definitely stay here again.

My husband and I booked for a weekend for my husband and I in a King bed room. To say that this was the smallest hotel room I've ever stayed in would be an understatement. There is only a stand up shower that looks pre-dated to the early 00s (if not earlier). The bed had barely enough room to walk beside the bed. There was a lamp behind the door that made no sense bc it just took up more room. We literally barely had room for our luggage in the room (only 2 carry ons). The convenience of the location was the only major perk. There housekeeper does a great job cleaning as well. Will definitely pick one of the hotels in the same parking lot next time. -Yes there is a desk. Yes there is a place to hang up clothes. -The breakfast is pretty normal.

All in all, not bad for a budget hotel. Everything was in working order and no bugs of any kind. The room I had was a little cozy with not much extra space, but I had no complaints. I felt like the soundproofing wasn’t the best compared to other brands. However, it’s on par with what I expect for the brand, so I’m not complaining. The complimentary breakfast had a fair amount of selection as well. I’ve seen a lot worse over the years. Four stars for location, because while it’s right off of I-290, trying to turn onto or off of the road the hotel is on from the main road can be difficult at most hours. All of the things I point out are relatively minor and had no significant effect on my stay. As long as you don’t expect luxury from what is considered to be more of a budget friendly brand, you will be happy with this hotel. Review edited to remove repetitive grammar.

This location does not have a provide a workers/corporate rate, and will be very ignorant if asked. I’m not one for haggling but it is ridiculous to charge double the price for walkins and workers when the third party app only charges half that. Not a Blue-collar friendly hotel say goodbye to your wallet.

Great spot only about 20 mins. drive to Niagara Falls (and in a nicer area than Niagara Falls, NY). Dog friendly, which was perfect! Nice room. Everything was clean. Enjoyed the morning breakfast.

My friend and I stayed here while in town for a Buffalo Bills game. The hotel was very clean, the lobby was very welcoming, and the staff was super friendly. I was very impressed that the included breakfast had hot food like eggs, sausage, and waffles, and also a 24-hour complimentary hot chocolate stand! I didn't use the pool/jacuzzi, but they did have one. The hotel is about a half hour from the stadium, but give yourself plenty of time if you go to the game because the traffic is crazy. Overall, it was a great experience, and the price was a great deal for what you got (compared to inflated prices closer to the stadium). Definitely recommend this hotel for NFL travelers!

All of our employees have been staying there for years. I've been there for a few weeks and everything was fine. Until I found this bed bug nymph upon this week's check in. Luckily I inspect every room thoroughly before I bring my stuff in 🤢. I checked out really quick after that...

My favorite place to stay when I’m in the area. Every staff member from the General Manager to the house keeper, are wonderful, friendly, knowledgeable, and very accommodating. I stayed with my two sons and they had a great time. We shared a room and they provided us with a cot for one to sleep on. Breakfast is one of the best here. The whole hotel is very clean. It actually looks exactly like the pictures. Great location also.

The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. There are two elevators for those who might need them. They have breakfast daily. Free hot beverages are available 24/7. Free parking available There are plenty of places to eat nearby. Located approximately 15 minutes from Niagara Falls.

Had a wonderful stay here. The staff are all friendly and hard working. The rooms are clean and a good size. My only complaint is that the TVs are very old and in desperate need of an upgrade. They are so dark that I couldn't see anything I was watching. The pool and hot tub are amazing, but the hot tub broke down so we couldn't enjoy it on the last day of our stay. It should be fixed at night when it's closed, not during hours of operation. Would definitely recommend this place and will return for sure!

I had to go up for a quick little 3-day job and I didn't want to stay at some really expensive place to keep the cost down. This place was very comfortable good Wi-Fi, a decent breakfast, and there were several good places to eat nearby. So I'd say overall it was a great trip.

Spotless rooms. Excellent desk staff. Heated pool was great on a cold day. Shout out to Jackie in particular. She was a delight. Room was spotless and quiet. The pocket doors that are the defining Sleep Inn feature still stink but you know that going in to a stay there. Great hotel!

Nice hotel, a great location, and has wonderful rooms and beds and elevators. Good breakfast options, lobby, pool area. We all bought the cute stuffed Buffalo animal they offered "to remember your stay in Buffalo" at the front desk. Water pressure could be better, and getting your water temperature in the shower right could be awkward and hard. Either scalding or cold. Also, that water trickle is hard to rinse the shampoo out... but overlook this - it's a nice place with lots of parking.

Home away from home atmosphere. Clean, bed very comfortable and the service personnel very nice. Will stay there again whenever we are in the area. Good breakfast with different choices.

This was the best hotel we've been in a long time. And we stay at the best. This small clean and fun hotel. The pool and sauna fitness room and everyone were exceptional. Their system was down when we checked in and the night front desk clerk was very helpful. He checked us in and took payment later when system came back up. THANKS FOR THE GREAT HOSPITALITY. Breakfast was good too.

The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The rest of the hotel was also clean, and the location to Buffalo was awesome. The shower design is a little strange. It was a cylinder in the room. The breakfast was cold and unappetizing. There were a lot of cars in the parking lot but only a few people at breakfast. Overall, the stay was good.

Rooms are clean and not spacious, very nice shower. Nice pool and jacuzzi. Great breakfast, very friendly team in the reception. There are many places to eat nearby.. They clean even elevator every day.

Room was very clean and staff is very friendly and accommodating. I had picked up a canoe in the Adirondacks and they let me keep it overnight in the pool room so it would stay safe - definitely above and beyond! Thanks for a pleasant stay!

The room was clean and tidy up on arrival. Parking was very full due to tractor trailers taking up 5 spaces each. But did find a spot late at night in far lot. The free breakfast was very nice and staff super friendly.

The room was small but nice and clean we had everything we needed for the weekend. Great variety of food for breakfast. The gentleman that works the night shift was so very helpful to us. I will definitely stay there again!!!

We had a really great stay at the Sleep Inn. It was very clean and the staff was beyond friendly. We enjoyed using the pool and hot tub after we would go out exploring for the day. Breakfast was an added bonus as well. Overall great stay

Pros nice staff, free breakfast. Cons there are no queen size beds, even though wee reserved the queen room and or conformation email said 2 queen size beds. They have 2 double size or one king. The toilet kept running though they fixed it sort of (I finally fixed it so it would flush properly). If you get to the breakfast early it is better. I went once at 815 (they close at 9) and 3/4 of the food was empty. I don't know if they allow animals but at one point I heard a dog barking somewhere on the floor. If these things don't bother you then this is a good place to stay.

Rooms kept very clean, and room service is offered only when requested before 10 in the morning, which was soooo much better than being bothered at all times of day. Breakfast was very good as well, with lots of options for everyone, and the staff were all very kind and helpful :) Best bonus: the indoor whirlpool+pool! Very relaxing yet fun all the same! What's more, the location of the hotel is pretty much central to everything with lots of great restaurants around; plus, it's only a 30-minute drive to Niagara Falls. We'll definitely be coming back here again! :)

Was in need of a relaxing short get away. My stay here was the best!! Was allowed to check in early! Had a long soak in the hot tub followed by a dip in the pool. Was able to have the whole spa to myself(WELL NEEDED) and enjoyed every second of it! The staff here were super friendly and helpful. Had wonderful conversations with many of the other guests staying there. Woke up refreshed and went down for some breakfast. Was over excited over how my experience was I had to tell the ladies at the front desk that I cannot wait to come back!! Thank you!!! Oh...and the room was clean and well kept!! Bam!! What more could anyone ask for!!

What can I possibly say about this place ? Hmmm, let me think for a moment. WONDERFUL !!!!!😁. Me and my fiance decided to get a room at this hotel for my birthday. Our interaction with the front desk staff was as it should be, simple, quick and without any difficulties or problems. Not only do they have a pool but they have a hot tub. And I should say that me and my fiance had one hell of an experience in the hot tub . . .🤫 Me and my fiance asked for a later checkout time and was given a check out time with 2:00 in the afternoon my. The king size bed proved to withstand any impact that me and my fiance could throw at it. All in all I would recommend this place to anyone.

Stayed here for a mini stay cation. Room was great. Pool kept running out of towels. Breakfast wasn't the greatest. There were no plates, half of the toaster was broken, the coffee maker was broken. I wish the towels were a bit bigger. It was like a hair towel. Employees were nice.
