My
stay
was
okay.
I
stayed
for
a
total
of
5
days
and
the
hotel
has
potential.
The
check
in
process
was
easy
and
the
gentleman
was
very
friendly.
He
provided
my
keys
but
did
not
explain
anything
about
breakfast
or
wifi.
There
is
a
sign
about
breakfast
when
you
get
to
the
elevator
so
that
is
the
only
reason
why
I
knew
and
the
wifi
I
figured
out
on
my
own.
Next,
the
look
of
the
hotel
is
nice.
The
common
areas
were
clean.
Next
up...the
room,
this
is
where
for
a
newer
looking
hotel
they
need
improvement.
I
was
in
a
king
executive
suite
and
hopefully
I
can
attach
pictures
but
the
room
was
okay.
Bed
was
made
and
appeared
to
be
clean.
Emphasis
on
appeared.
The
sofa
is
in
need
of
a
deep
cleaning
so
I
did
not
let
my
son
sit
on
it.
It
was
also
showing
signs
of
wear
as
the
cushion
is
unraveling
and
very
noticeable
stains
on
the
sofa
and
carpet.
The
bathroom
was
clean
but
the
sink
was
draining
slow
which
is
a
sign
of
clogging
and
the
pipes
smell
when
you
first
turn
on
the
bathroom
sink,
not
the
shower.
The
refrigerator
was
clean
and
worked
properly.
I
don't
drink
coffee
so
I
am
unsure
if
the
coffee
machine
worked.
I
also
did
not
use
the
microwave
but
looked
inside
and
someone
burned
something
in
it
because
there
was
a
black
spot.
The
bed
was
nice,
clean,
and
comfortable.
The
office
desk
was
clean
but
the
office
chair
had
leaves
in
it.
Cleaning
crew
should
pay
attention
to
all
areas.
I
did
wipe
down
the
desk
and
chair
with
a
wipe.
It
is
spacious
and
has
plenty
of
room
though.
Overall
the
experience
was
okay.
I
would
ask
for
another
room
next
time
though.
The
breakfast
was
basic
but
I
did
not
see
any
sausage
or
bacon.
Another
reviewer
said
you
had
to
request
it
but
like
I
stated
before
I
was
not
explained
about
breakfast
when
I
checked
in.
Also,
typically
most
rooms
have
a
book
with
that
information
this
one
did
not.
My
other
issue
is
when
not
only
myself
but
my
sister
who
stopped
by
to
bring
me
something
told
the
staff
about
the
issues,
I
was
never
contacted
about
them.
Also,
in
all
fairness
I
do
not
think
the
gentleman
I
informed
even
knew
what
was
talking
about.
Maybe
there
was
a
language
barrier
but
I
am
not
sure.
He
did
not
write
anything
down
or
make
note.
The
area
was
safe.
Would
I
stay
again?
Maybe
if
they
had
a
bit
of
TLC
with
cleaning
rooms
yes.
Training
is
needed
for
staff
in
customer
service
(branding)
and
what
to
do
when
customers
report
issues.
