For the price you pay and for the Name Brand Hilton, I guess I expected better. The desk workers are nice. I was here 5 days, no fridge or microwave in any of the rooms. So if you want cold drinks, cooler it is, and they have what seems like 1 good working ice machine out of 4 from what i could tell in my 5 day's. Floor 3 has the best machine on it. I just guess I expected something a little more cleaner and accommodating. The pool has heavy chemicals in it and it was kinda dirty too, like hair ties and paper on the bottom of it, and cloudy. But whatever man. I would have just picked a different place for the price had I known better.

Worst experience as soon as I entered in the building. Uncourteous and unprofessional staff. We were waiting to be checked in and one of us had to use the bathroom urgently. We asked one of the staff members for the washroom. He told us there is no washroom here and directed us to a near by building if we want to use the washroom. We waited and checked in. As we were making our way to the room we saw 2 washrooms on the main floor. This is ridiculous! And this is my last time staying at this hotel. Certainly don’t recommend this hotel at all. Don’t ruin your vacation or business trip.

I am currently staying here for daughters graduation. The first thing I found was a pile of bottom body hair on bathroom floor. How could you miss such a thing bathrooms are small. I had no soap no bedding for pull out couch and one towel. Was this room even maid up before we came or just a quick wipe down? I went to front desk and got sheets and towels. For the money I am paying I will never return

The staff and the service is so nice and great. The room is clean. And the location is convenient. We stayed the weekend for my son's hockey tournament, and the whole team had a nice time there. The only thing I just give 4 stars is the room size is tight for family staying.

The pandemic has become an excuse to scale down services. There is no room service and the guests have to go down to reception to even pick up bath towels. So the service has gone down from bad to worse to hopeless. Perhaps things will start being dialed back up again with poor reviews like these but then management is used to goosed up profits and rising share prices so they might not bother to change anything.

This hotel fell short of the Hilton standards. Since I was here for work, I didn't have a lot of options besides this hotel, given the Marriot next door was even worse rated. The room was adequate, but it was pretty dusty. Maybe that was a good thing as it could imply that it hasn't been occupied recently. The free cookies at the front desk were delicious, and the staff was friendly. The gym was small but adequate. There was an indoor pool and a jacuzzi, but we didn't get to partake. Plenty of parking in the lot. Not a lot of good dining options nearby.

Initial interaction at the reception was great. We were offered 2 choco walnut cookies, check in went smoothly. Our hotel room was decent. The bathroom is VERY small. The shower and toilet are in a very small contained space — if you didn’t put your towel on the floor while showering, the floor infront of the toilet would have been flooded. The shower also was not that clean… there were little hairs and dirt on the tub that could have been been discarded if it had been thoroughly cleaned. The stand up mirror was full of dry splats, again — probably not cleaned from previous use. The furnace of the room is VERY VERY loud and obnoxious, and every time it turns on, it smells like someone’s feet is covering the furnace. If you are a light sleeper like myself, it’s be best to stay at another hotel. I also had asked for more towels at 630pm. After calling, I was told to come to the front to get it myself as they had no housekeeping at the time. Great location but there’s a better one out there.

stayed there 3 days, to visit family and no microwave in any of the rooms. I expected something a little more cleaner and accommodating. The floor to our room was sticky and reported it to the front desk manager and nothing was done, The pool has heavy chemicals in it and it was dirty too, jacuzzi had heavy pool chemicals smell and lots of foam. Pool was not heated and extremally cold.

Great location. Clean roomsbut furniture is starting to show its age. Friendly staff (and yes, you get a cookie at check-in). Warning for fellow short people - you will need a running jump to get in bed but we'll worth it for the comfortable mattress and pillows.

Our suite was clean and comfortable but everything is pretty run down and in need of an update. I also was surprised that there was no continental breakfast. For the price and what’s included, I would definitely pass this place up for the Marriott next time.

The hotel upon entering is nice, front desk is friendly. The room is large, but no microwave or mini-fridge. Floors are sticky when walking in the rooms, overall cleanliness of the room is a 3.5/5. The first night wasn’t bad, but the second night was absolutely horrendous. Apparently you can be a group of teenagers with no adult present, and still get a room to stay up and be obnoxious until 3:00 in the morning. How do I know… because no adult was present with 6+ teenagers in the room. A friend that we were visiting, knew them from school (15yo’s). Multiple calls and a trip to the front desk did absolutely nothing to alleviate the issue. When I made the trip to the desk at 2:30am, I was met by two people, the manager on duty said that they had gone to the room, and there was no issue. So I played them a video from the hallway, 6 rooms down. Then they went back, and finally heard them. This is the same one that said she had been down there and heard nothing… apparently stopped short, because she never went to that room, as no one passed our door. “Oh, I thought you called about room…. No, that would be 10 doors down the hall. Management does not care about repeat clients obviously. They did absolutely nothing to address the issue, and made no apologies for the inconvenience. We stay almost exclusively at Hilton hotels. The Manager at checkout was unaware of any of the issues, which means staff working outside of her shift should be retrained at a minimum . The Manager was very nice and was working to accommodate and fix any issues or inconveniences. She is a rose among the thorns working other shifts and the only saving grace!

A little tricky to find, depending on the direction you arrive, but this location lives up to the fine reputation you come to expect from a Hilton property. Rooms are spacious and the comfortable. No real "Good views" to speak of, but that doesn't really matter. Staff is very friendly and accommodating, willing to go the extra distance to make sure you have everything you need. There is a breakfast area, bar, pool, and work-out room. There is also free parking in an open lot.

We checked in to our room and there was hair all over the shower and dirt and hair all over the floor. I told the front desk, and they were very apologetic and offered to move me to a different room or if I wanted the housekeeper to reclean our room. I took a different room down the hall which was also disgusting, but not quite as bad (the first one was truly disgusting)...went back to the desk and they again offered to either move rooms or have it recleaned. I expressed it's a little ridiculous this happened twice and asked to speak to someone about compensation at this point. There were no managers working at the time (kind of strange for a Friday at 4pm?) and was told the best they could do was give me $20 dollars off my stay.....which they never did. Our stay was way more expensive than it should have been, we could have had better quality for less at one of the surrounding hotels. The entrance to the hotel was beautiful but the rooms were horrible. I learned my lesson to check hotel reviews as it appears a lot of other guests have complained about cleanliness as well. To top it off, the housekeeping staff kept slamming the doors around our room starting at 7am- they were keeping their carts in the hallway and propping the doors open with the latch, and then let the door bang loudly everytime which was insanely inconsiderate to the guests. We couldn't wait to get out of the place.

Came to hotel with higher expectations, not at all having good quality. 1. Room was not cleaned properly 2. Floor on the room was very sticky 3. No fridge in the room 4. No micro oven in the room or at least in common area close to room. 5. Bedsheets are with dust and couldn’t sleep with dust. 6. Such a bad experience with Hilton hotels for the first time. 7. No option of changing rooms even with request

Great hotel, but was disappointed to hear there was an accident in the pool upon arrival. We got there around 6pm and they told us the pool area would need to be shut down for the rest of the evening. The hot tub was the reason I booked the hotel. I’m not sure why they couldn’t have cleaned the area, put up signage to close the pool but leave open the hot tub. Left myself and some other guests quite disappointed.

1st floor of hotel is nice but 4th floor smells and is out dated. Both my rooms on the 4th floor was not up to Hilton clean standards and their was flies and spiders in the rooms. Also, sheets were dingy and dirty

No way this can be a 3-star hotel. Check-in process was pleasant, staff were helpful. Lobby area was well maintained. Room was a different story... Shower stall in desperate need of deep cleaning and mold removal. Ceiling had black spots, peeling wallpaper. Sticky floor. Vinyl flooring curling at edges. Not the doubletree experience we expected.

1st room had a cockroach. The room also had pink stains on the wall and peeling wallpaper. The second room they moved us to had peeling wallpaper a huge spiderweb and spider. Bathroom vent had black mold. Window was cracked and the lining of window was duct tapped. Our sheets were ripped. They gave us what they call comp breakfast but it was only for $30 for 3 people which barely covers my 10 year olds yogurt and hot chocolate. Which we never ordered. Because we sat in the place with no service for so long that we just left. Went to the front desk and told them all issues with second room and ‘comp’ breakfast with zero resolution not even a follow up call.

I recently reached Gold Member status and it was not a pleasant experience. I didn’t event get a warm cookie at my arrival which I received via a notification was waiting for me. I arrived late and maybe they’re tight on staff but the welcome clerk was not as enthusiastic as I was to be polite. Once I entered my room it was filthy and it motivated me to do a bedbug check. Luckily the sheets were clean and free of bugs but I did kill a couple of cockroaches. After day one my standard of the Hilton was lowered which surprisingly made my business stay pleasant. I think it is hit or miss from what I read in the reviews. Wish me better luck on my next Hilton stay! PS. I’ll spare you the photos.

Staff was great at the Bar, front desk and housekeeping!! Rooms and bathrooms need to be updated! Cheap laminate floor in rooms. Everything worked just very worn out.
