Buyer
beware.
Location/price
looks
good
but
stay
somewhere
else.
Attempted
to
stay
during
parents
weekend
for
UB.
Most
hotels
were
booked
or
outrageous
prices.
Found
this
place
at
a
good
price.
Checked
in
late
around
10:30pm.
Gentleman
at
desk
was
great
for
check
in
felt
good
vibes.
Opened
door
and
smell
of
cleaning
products
was
a
bit
overwhelming
but
whatever.
Room
was
bare
bones
as
the
pictures
clearly
show
so
we
knew
we
got
what
we
paid
for.
Bed
was
well
worn
but
we
were
willing
to
work
with
it
for
the
night.
Until
our
neighbors
checked
in.
They
weren't
obnoxious
just
talking
and
laughing
but
the
noise
from
the
adjoining
room
was
unbearable.
Gave
it
some
time
and
then
i
walked
down
to
office
to
request
another
room.
Unfortunately
there
was
a
shift
change
and
a
new
human
was
behind
the
desk.
I
explained
my
situation
and
requested
a
different
room.
He
called
the
adjoining
room
and
asked
them
to
keep
it
down.
I
continued
to
tell
him
I
just
wanted
to
switch
rooms,
not
bother
the
people
next
door
as
I
could
have
done
the
same
thing.
I
was
told
there
were
no
other
rooms
available
(despite
internet
booking
showing
rooms),
if
I
left
my
room
there
would
be
no
one
to
clean
my
room
for
the
next
guest
(Apparently
cleaning
rooms
was
beneath
this
human).
Gave
it
about
another
10
minutes
still
noisey
and
searched
for
another
hotel.
Found
one
and
returned
to
the
office
to
ask
for
a
refund
after
only
being
in
room
for
one
and
a
half
hours.
Was
refused
a
refund
but
magically
offered
another
room.
Told
the
late
night
hotel
worker
it
was
too
late
we
packed
up
and
were
leaving.
Upon
contacting
corporate
I
was
informed
this
is
a
independently
owned
motel
and
they
would
contact
me
and
at
thier
discretion
issue
a
refund.
Of
course
they
never
returned
my
call
and
I
was
never
refunded
for
the
hour
and
a
half
I
was
there.
Based
on
this
experience
will
avoid
motel
6
at
all
costs.
