Customer service was not friendly. Trash outside the grass everywhere. Trash cans inside the hotel stairway overflowed and no one empties them for those two days we stayed there. The sink was clogged and the carpet was very dirty. We had to keep our shoes on the whole time. The funny thing was that they still have the grand opening sign outside the building.....the purpose is to mislead people who believe it's a new hotel but apparently it's a very old and outdated hotel.

IF I COULD GIVE THIS HOTEL A NEGATIVE STAR I WOULD. I stayed in the hotel for 4 nights and at the check out I asked if I could leave only one luggage with them for 1 hour only. They said if I want to leave anything with them they will charge me $40 dollars. Where anywhere in the world a hotel that you stayed in for 4 nights charges you anything for leaving the luggage for 1 hours after check out ? I traveled all over the world and this is the only hotel that ever wanted to charge me a $40 fee. On top of that they said that they will keep my ID if I decide to leave the luggage to make sure I pay the fee after. Good luck staying here !!!!

Paid $233 My sheets had holes in them and my bathroom had chips in the tub with some mildew build up I didn’t even want to to shower bc I felt like I would be more dirty if I did and no shampoo or conditioner or other amenities. Over priced for the room you get with nothing in it. There’s not another night stand also there’s a table in the middle of the room bed was vary uncomfortable and the closest wall plug in the room was on the other side of the room by the tv only one key card was given. will definitely not be staying here ever again or any motel 6 ever again

Terrible place to stay. Spend 10 more dollars and stay somewhere nice. The Hotel staff is rude and the rooms smell like smoke. The carpet is gross even in the hallway. They will not make concessions for you. The rooms keys don't work after multiple attempts and the front desk person is not great at his job. Stay away.

If you are looking for a quiet, clean and familiar place to rest, this is a good option. I was there and although the hotel has its years, it was beautiful, beautiful!. The place was IMPECCABLE, super clean. The water pressure in the showers is ideal. With hot water. It has parking. The beds are comfortable and there are ice machines. The only thing that was a problem for us was the TV that didn't work and the breakfast they have is just coffee or tea. Then the rest was super good!

The room was ok, beds are in need of updating, and we were not a fan of the employees. I've never had issues with hotel employees anywhere on our travels, so we were due for one. We stayed here because of the no fees for our dogs but next time, we will pick another hotel with fees.

Decent hotel. Excellent rate. Clean room. One Queen bed. Laminate flooring. Clean bathroom. No smells of any kind. No noise. Coffee available at 6am ... but not ready. Good check in experience - very friendly man. $150 deposit required for damage, noise etc. Hotel is located very close to I 290. Highway noise can be heard day and night - may bother some guests. Hotel close to all amenities and good choice of restaurants.

Ok this is a great little motel with a lot of shopping very close by. The room was not the best this time around. One of the beds we felt the bed springs all night long. The shower was a little complicated flipping the shower switch. Also, my room keys were locked out before 11am check out. I went to move the car closer and could not get back in without assistance. Door to room also locked. Had to get front desk to unlock. Not a good long impression. Also tv was outdated with a Samsung 27 inch. But got channels and was able to also connect my laptop to it and play off movies. Otherwise but pricey for boackfriday at 200cdn. Please 👍 up on this review... thanks.

We checked in and went to our room which had a terrible choking perfume scent. Turned the ac on high in hopes that the smell would lessen while we were at Seneca resort for a show. When we got back to the room, the smell was still so overpowering that it was gagging us and the room was so uncomfortable and unclean that we had to leave. We immediately checked out around midnight, paid the bill without talking. The desk attendant was not concerned and so disinterested while eating that he didn't care to ask why we were leaving!

I have been staying at this location for more than 20 years. The rooms are spotless, renovated and very spacious. The gentleman who checks me in is always warm, friendly and kind. Amy who helps me check out is a real sweetheart. I will continue to stay here. Excellent value, location, very safe and clean

I had the pleasure of staying at Motel 6 and was warmly greeted by the receptionist, Amy. She made our check-in experience a breeze, going above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay. Amy's understanding and friendly nature immediately put us at ease. We were pleasantly surprised when she allowed us to check in two hours before the standard time, accommodating our early arrival. The room was clean, well-maintained, and had all the necessary amenities. I highly recommend this place to anyone seeking a delightful and stress-free accommodation experience.

The Good: Relatively Clean The Rest: Poor. No amenities at all. No hairdryer, tissues or anything else of that nature. Sparse room with not so much as a picture on the walls. Toilet plugged 3 times through no fault of our own and I had to personally plunge the toilet every time. The bathroom sink did not drain properly. Had to beg for 2 extra pillows and received them from a very surly employee. Stepped outside during the night and found 3 men, the door propped open with a garbage can, smoking pot next to the door. Overall, it was dreadful and we will not be returning.

Buyer beware. Location/price looks good but stay somewhere else. Attempted to stay during parents weekend for UB. Most hotels were booked or outrageous prices. Found this place at a good price. Checked in late around 10:30pm. Gentleman at desk was great for check in felt good vibes. Opened door and smell of cleaning products was a bit overwhelming but whatever. Room was bare bones as the pictures clearly show so we knew we got what we paid for. Bed was well worn but we were willing to work with it for the night. Until our neighbors checked in. They weren't obnoxious just talking and laughing but the noise from the adjoining room was unbearable. Gave it some time and then i walked down to office to request another room. Unfortunately there was a shift change and a new human was behind the desk. I explained my situation and requested a different room. He called the adjoining room and asked them to keep it down. I continued to tell him I just wanted to switch rooms, not bother the people next door as I could have done the same thing. I was told there were no other rooms available (despite internet booking showing rooms), if I left my room there would be no one to clean my room for the next guest (Apparently cleaning rooms was beneath this human). Gave it about another 10 minutes still noisey and searched for another hotel. Found one and returned to the office to ask for a refund after only being in room for one and a half hours. Was refused a refund but magically offered another room. Told the late night hotel worker it was too late we packed up and were leaving. Upon contacting corporate I was informed this is a independently owned motel and they would contact me and at thier discretion issue a refund. Of course they never returned my call and I was never refunded for the hour and a half I was there. Based on this experience will avoid motel 6 at all costs.

I feel unsafe with activities. Hotel staff changed my name during booking . And used my email to check in some other guest. Lady named Amy was so rude to me after I discovered this issue and Troyes to communicate with her .

Heater right beside bed blowing in your face, smell of weed throughout even though signs everywhere for non-smoking, washroom floor lifted up from water, no blankets on beds, staff only plus. There front desk needs to be commended for there curtisy and friendliness. They really try hard. Warning there is a $150 security deposit on rooms. If your a Canadian this is bad because they your credit card charges you for foreign currency conversion twice. Once for the initial charge then again again on the credit.

Hotel was in an ok location, however the clerk that checked us in (young man) was very unenthusiastic to be helping us and seemed almost off-put by my partner and I. The room was basic, looked almost like a dorm room. Shower was peeling. No microwave despite being advertised as having one. When we noticed only two small pillows, we asked a second clerk for more and the clerk who checked us in said something I couldn’t understand and then the second clerk said no to the pillows. In the morning, Amy was behind the desk and she was very nice, got us the pillows we wanted and was very attentive - thank you Amy! She checked us out the last day and was very kind, much kinder than the previous clerks.

My dad has been staying here on an extended stay for a while and he raves about the staff.. They are so polite and accommodating to his needs. The facility is always clean and quiet, plenty of parking spaces available and very close to Anchor Bar and other great restaurants. I highly recommend for affordable accommodations.

Extremely friendly staff, accommodating and pretty spacious rooms. I was allowed to book a last minute joint room with my family! Pets are allowed, which was perfect for me. Rooms and lobby were clean

This is my first time in New York and my stay is at the Motel 6, Amy behind the counter was very sweet, courteous, and helpful throughout my entire stay. The room is clean, smells nice, and plenty of cable channels to relax to. It’s a safe place to stay, places to visit in walking distance. I would recommend staying here for everyone and anyone looking to relax comfortably.

Thank you, we had a good experience from beginning to end. When we called, we were out 30 minutes and needed a room, the gentleman that answered said he would save us the room even though it was first come first serve. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. The price was reasonable. When we checked out, the woman was very pleasant to us. Her name was Amy. Thank you , Photography and Film Director - Juliano Magalhaes

This is very bare bones but the room was clean, stocked with towels, TV works, Wi-Fi worked, and water pressure was strong. The refrigerator had a freezer and worked. A clean room and I felt safe. For $100 per night, what more can you ask for? If you want luxury, you will may at least double that.

Really nice place, very close to the University. Amy over at reception is just such a delightful person with an incredibly helpful personality. Amy helping me with a nice, clean, well-scented room with all the amenities I needed after a long journey is what sold me to keep staying at Motel 6 whenever I visit Buffalo

I got a room here last minute, for a very reasonable price. The room was clean and neat. Basic but that's all I was looking for was basic and clean. Staff was very nice and helpful.

Horrible service. Im a travel agent and have been staying and booking clients at this hotel for 10 years. I asked for an extended check out of 1 hour and the front desk said yes. At 11:15am the front desk rep knocked on the door to ask when I was leaving the hotel?? I advised him that I had permission and he left. At 11:40am, he called the room and asked when I was leaving the room and said if Im not out by 12pm he would keep my deposit???He refused to give me his name. When I asked for the managers name he also refused. I asked him for my security deposit back and said I wont be leaving until I get my refund and he called the police on me???? RAre you kidding me???My three grandchildren who were with me were very upset as they couldnt figure out why the police were called. I wasnt swrearing or threatening him or doing anything for the police to be involved. The hotel is under new management and they are terrible!!
