Made a mistake in my initial review. This aeon mall is not so new, but I really like the layout. Just as the location in tsukuba, the main access road is a bottleneck. Too bad. This place still has all the burger joints, but for some reason McDonald's is on the first level outside the third floor food court.

Very standard AEON mall found throughout japan. The layout is very similar to many AEON malls. This one has a disney store, 100円 store, movie theater, starbucks, pet store, and many other shops as well as the standard food court and aeon grocery store. Lots of parking and easy to go to in tsuchiura

I used the food court on the 3rd floor. Very spacious and easy to use Aeon itself is large and you can enjoy various stores. I remember when I came here a long time ago, it seemed run down, but I wonder if it has been renovated? It was a beautiful and enjoyable AEON.

Big place with so many shops. Plenty of parking space. Not far away from lake Kasumigaura.

I had been watching it since it was under construction, but this was my first time stopping by. I was surprised at how big the mall was. I stopped by Kaitsuka for baked sweet potatoes, and they were very delicious!

A cozy hub for non central Tsuchiura. Many good shops and easy bus rout from Tsuchiura station.

a very nice place to shop and to spend time with your family. kids can play in game area. you also get to feed your hunger in food court.

It’s a nice looking mall. Compare to other places I think it’s a little small. But it’s fine, they are good shops.

I visited the only ikka in Ibaraki Prefecture.

It's got pretty much anything you need: pop-up stores, a grocery store, a movie theater, the usual mall stuff (like clothing and shoes), and even a Kaldi Coffee (an import store). I especially like it since I live close to it haha. It's just a convenient mall!

Even though he was busy, he went with me wherever I wanted to go.
