She even called another near by location for me and had my coat and boots waiting for me as they did not carry those items at this location. At one point we had called to make an appointment to have a few of my items hot stamped in Gold and upon us arriving she had a VIP area set up just for us with cappuccinos and pastries set out along with our favorite cheeses and “fizzy water”, as she called it. They never brought out the hot stamped wallets or agendas until SHE was satisfied that they were “perfect for her favorite clients“. I am sure she said that to all her clients but regardless, she always did make us feel like we were the most important. I highly recommend the Louis Vuitton at Takashimaya in Yokohama If you want to develop a more “personal” relationship with your SA. I love it when they start to learn what your style and preferences are and what they know would be a complete “no” for us. LOL. Every anniversary, every birthday and Christmas we receive the call to “come in and see what special goodies I have laid out for you” and she always has that special giggle in her voice that I love to hear, like a curious and mischievous child on Christmas morning.
