Freundlich und Hilfsbereit mit guter Beratung. Für eine Kleinigkeit würde auch kein Geld verlangt. Würden immer wieder kommen wenn was wäre.

Had problems with Dometic refrigerator, problem was localised quickly even though we were just a drop in. They did not have the spare part in stock but we got great service!

We had issues on with our Truma heater in Germany, and needed someone to help us. Luckily we found this workshop in Bamberg. He could easily find a time for us within short notice, and fixed our old Truma heater. We had really great help - and the Mechanic (owner i guess) was very kind. If we have some issues again in Germany, we would happily drive to this workshop again
