Unfortunately,
and
after
being
a
keen
customer
of
this
place,
I
came
to
a
conclusion
that
service
had
deteriorated
badly.
I
usually
eat
there
with
confidence,
but
not
anymore.
I
made
an
order
via
an
app,
just
to
be
surprised
how
cold
the
order
was,
with
a
mix
of
boiled
and
grilled
items,
that
looks
old
and
not
the
usual
taste.
It
looks
like
the
someone
who
missed
up
the
order
and
sent
it,
which
caused
me
a
lot
of
embarrassment.
The
restaurant
isn’t
cheap,
and
one
would
expect
a
high
quality
products.
Unfortunately,
this
wasn’t
the
case.
The
quality
had
been
declining
in
this
branch
and
their
branch
in
Dubai
as
well.
I
wouldn’t
recommend
it
any
more
and
will
avoid
it
until
the
quality
is
regained.
Update
after
the
owner
response:
The
driver
didn't
prepare
the
order
or
messed
it,
I
can
tolerate
the
order
being
late
and
cold,
but
the
food
itself
was
of
degraded
quality,
so
blaming
the
driver
doesn't
justify
the
degraded
quality.
As
a
costumer,
seeing
a
"blame
game"
by
the
restaurant
makes
me
certain
and
confident
of
my
review.
I
hope
you
re-review
your
restaurant
standards
and
do
an
honest
investigation
of
why
did
this
happen,
and
take
necessary
corrective
action
to
assure
that
the
amount
paid
for
your
food
is
worth
it.
