Very delicious food and sweet kindness staff

Got a plain omelette, a cheese/zaatar man'ousheh, and a cheesecake waffle (not on the menu but on their app) The cheese probably needed an extra pinch of salt, the zaatar was fine, but all-in-all what we got was all good but not exactly mind-blowing. They were quite busy so we waited some time before someone picked up our order, but it was not an outrageously long time anyways. The price could be just slightly on the expensive side, though it's comparable to other similar places. They've recently started importing some cakes from The Cheesecake Factory ® Instagram: @HouseoFlavour (House o' Flavour)

Good place. Too pink, too pretentious. Their cakes are their trade mark, it's delicious. Aside from cakes, this place prices are surprisingly normal compared to nearby cafes and restaurants.. except the fact that they add 26% on your bill as taxes and service! Which is too much to be honest. It becomes suddenly quite expensive.. don't let menu prices trick you. Also it's wheelchair accessible with outdoor seating as well.

I went there a few days ago with my family. Nice place, polite server even tho I heard him complaining beneath his breath at one point but he's just a human. They mistakingly brought dessert before the food in confusion but they gave us a new round of the dessert order on the house so that was nice. The food was good too. The prices, however, are rather expensive in my opinion. Its a nice addition to the market as far as I'm concerned and they even have their innovative application with special offers so that's only goes to favor them. Hope they'll work harder on the prices and the offers so they can earn a 5 stars.

Friendly staff and homely atmosphere. Generous hospitality, lovely sweets and nice coffee 🙂 Samer is a polite and hospitable host, has surprised me with an amazing cup of hot milk and cookies .... You must visit the cakeshop at the University st. and enjoy yourself there...

The staff there are so friendly, polite and patient. Clean place and amazing food and service. Tried the desserts, juice, lattes and lunch even!! They never disappoint I go there with my friends and sometimes alone. I either take dine in or take away. Both ways still amazing!! Totally recommend🤍

Slow service, one person only is available to serve all customers. Some major plates were mentioned in the menu and not available!

The cake was not very fresh, it used to be top tier cake shop. I will consider different shop next time. The helium baloons die after few hours!!

Great little shop. First visit was great. But second visit Red velvet was a bit dry. Still would visit again. Nice complimentary cookies 😘 would recommend this place

I love this place , all the branches are cozy, family friendly, and most importantly smoke-free , the staff is welcoming and the food is good, prices are average. I always order our birthday cakes from there as well , they are very professional in cake decorating so the cake looks as expected and tastes really good .

I love this place, delicious food and cake. However the prices are a little bit too high and it is annoying that the menu has prices without the 26% markup. In this specific branch, the servers are nice but not great, and the atmosphere is nice generally although I do not recommend sitting outside as it is right next to a main road. Overall, I have visited this branch a total of 6 times and did enjoy my time almost every time (except one day when they had high demand due to a promotion)

Cake shops is my first choice when I visit Jordan. In my last order I have faced an issue with daughter’s birthday cake but Mr. Adnan solve the issue in a professional way. Thanks I will come again.

Good place, nice and cozy decoration, friendly staff, but services are not good!!. Some products are not tasty, like cinnamon pancake!!. I like Apple crumble, it is delicious.. There are no parking!.
