Mediocre taste in return for ridiculously expensive prices. Customer service is not the best as well. I ordered Chicken Avocado Sandwich ( sandwich was average, bread was too harsh,french fries were bad, you can clearly tell that the oil used is being recycled basically, their definition of green salad on the side is literallyy lettuce with oil and lemon) The meal costs 12 JDs with American Coffee. Coffee was not bad as well. Overall not impressed.

Their sweets are a bit dry! However, the food is great! Loved the vegetarian pasta! The salad was not that good comparing to its price 7.5 JDs! Overall, it was fine. A lot of things on the menu are not available.

Great service and food . I love their bread , they can sell it separately as well. They also have some nice sweets . We tried their burger recently.

I visited this with a good friend of mine 💙 We had onion soup 🥣 and a delicious cordon bleu with a sandwich of smoked not sure what 😅 Let me tell you something, I’ve never had such an amazing bread 🥯 and butter combo in my entire life 🥹 they serve this delicious hot bread for free along with some yummy butter and smashed olives which I never tasted before for real!! The serving size was great The taste was nice The soup was amazing 😻 The staff was really friendly Though there was a delay in service which made me give them 4 stars instead of 5 The waitress was really nice thank you for the amazing effort if you read this💜

One of the best breakfast/brunch spots for me in Amman especially in Abdali Mall. Of course Paul's reputation is known worldwide but they never fail to amaze us with the quality. The waiters were very hospitable and welcoming. If you are looking for a nice cozy and delicious place, Paul is the place to be.

Very good. Food, drinks, and sweets are delicious. Good location inside Abdali mall at the ground floor. Suitable at all times: BF, lunch, or dinner.

Chairs are so dirty and need maintenance. Sitting on it feels like I am sitting on a solid wood. Indoor area is full of flies and when telling the waiter his answer was: "because its hot". Food is not good at all. Although its a bakery, the bread is chewy. I also ordered omelet with vegetables salad,when served salad was only lettuce. Moreover, instead of changing the knife when changing dishes, they took it of my used plate and placed it on a napkin on the side!

You have not had poached eggs till you try them at pauls! The eggs were delicious, the yolks gooey in a good way the perfect blend of flavors. The omelet was okay delicious but nothing major. Of course their pastries are amazing the croissants are to die for. Their coffee was very good Italian coffee is always the best.

The food quality is a bit below average yet over priced.. bread basket was a joke compared to Paul in Emirates or Egypt, too much waiting time for breakfast, coffee is okay, yet the milk tastes cheap, ordered turkey and cheese croissant came with onions inside it even though in the menu it doesn’t say that and I have allergy so had to wait more time to replace it, the staff though are nice and the waiter was very friendly that’s why I give three stars.. the experience is way below any experience I had in Dubai or Cairo branches.

The salmon dish was good but it needed more spices tasted a tad pale and the mushroom soup in Egypt tasted allt better than in jordan I wonder why it tasted bland here eventhough we like Paul usually and the standard is usually higher.

Fancy deli / cheese choices as well pastures mille feuilles with fruits and chocolate and eclairs, fresh Macarons, yummí pies 🥧, coffee and more ... I personally don't eat dough and deli sandwiches 🥪 because I find it dry and hard to bite through but some toast with Brie melt can be more tender. I usually ask for details beforehand so my choices are always as expected!!

I love this place. Exquisite food, wide selection of hot and cold drinks. Their tarts and croissants are out of this world! Definitely would recommend trying it. However customer service is not the best, and its very overpriced..

One of the many old bakeries in Amman, the place is great but the tables and chairs definitely need to be renovated. We ordered the halloumi and pesto sandwich with ciabatta bread (very soft and delicious bread), chicken and avocado sandwich with ciabatta bread as well, the smoked salmon sandwich with baguette (extremely hard bread that cannot be chewed), and smoked eggplant avocado tartine which was really really tasty. Their sweet potato fries are a must on every meal.

This is the worst food I've ever tasted. The omelet is very strange, burnt and very salty. The salmon they use for sandwiches of poor quality is very salty and very cheap. The dish for 9.5 dinars is spaghetti with meat balls, it was not salty at all, it's strange tasteless pasta with the same tasteless meat balls, the meat is very dry. Only pastries, bread and croissants are delicious.

We ordered a drink and a ceaser salad at 3:55, we got our food at 4:35. Mind you the place wasn't busy at all, yet the food was so delayed even tho we ordered something very easy. They didn't even bring it, At 4:30 we told them where is our food and the Waiter went in and brought it out right away. The bread bowl of the Caeser salad was so so soggy it was not edible, that means it was sitting there for a while. Why did they not bring it out I don't know. But the waiters were very friendly and quick. Overall, do not recommend

So as usual, I ordered my favorite soup from my favorite restaurent, the mushroom soup… unfortunately this time, the mushrooms were not minced well and a bit chewy and hard to handle as the texture overwhelms the taste…. Guys please go back to origins Thanks

Food was good but overpriced. It took forever to prepare our order. Coffee was cold. There is a shortage in staff. People were smoking in the nonsmoking area and staff didn't stop them

I do not know if any one experienced this at Paul Abdali mall before, but it is not acceptable that you know about your visa machine malfunction and you bring it to the customer to test it for you, also you should inform your customers that you are not able to accept cards payment the moment they set to the table, instead of waiting till they ask for the bill, which is the alternative for something essential which is fixing the machine in the first place. Also it worth mentioning that, it takes ages to get someone from the staff to order something or request a certain service.

Staff are very polite and nice. The food is very good. We had BBQ steak and avocado salad was very nice. BBQ cheesy burger is tasty, the meat is perfectly cooked and the ingredients is compatible. Steak sandwich is nice and tasty but needs a little bit more of steak.

Paul is one of my favorite places. However, I am a bit worried regarding their hygiene standards, particularly the Abdali mall branch. Seeing as twice now, I've encountered issues with dishes I ordered from that particular branch. The manager came to the table and apologized, though, and asked us to come check the kitchen with an offer to replace the dish, we preferd to cancel since we were over the whole thing, but they didn't even bother to offer us a discount, I'm kind of disappointed and don't think I'll ever go back there again.

The restaurant is inside Al-Abdali mall it is clean nice, the staff are very kind and helpful, we tried the cake 🍰😋 and it was good, the prices are very expressive, the bottle of water is for two dollars, and then imagen how did we pay for the cake, however we enjoyed the time we spent there I would not recommend it unless they re consider there prices 🤐🤐

I love their Halloumi & Pesto sandwich and caramel cappuccino. The staff are the kindest people I have met in Amman! They always make me feel comfortable and warmly welcome me each time. I usually go for lunches here when I travel for work and enjoy the ambience and warm smiles from the staff.
