Very bad service, very bad and rude management, made a reservation and confirmed it, only to arrive and find out there wasn’t one, and the manager was extremely rude, the worst place out there, I should’ve listened to people when they told me this place is the worst regarding service and management, once star is even more than it deserves. All that and they let miners (under age) walk in , this place should be reported.

Horrible experience. The worst customer service and very rude management. we booked a table and after waiting for around 10-15 mins without anyone assisting us we were told there were no tables available. We went back outside to go someplace else and the valet couldn’t find our car keys for maybe 30 mins…. wasted my whole evening!

Let me tell you about one of the worst places possibly on earth. At 9:30 I ordered a drink, and at 10:00 the waiter came back and asked us about our order. It took them an hour to get our drinks after I had to go to the bar and the people there served people before me. At 10:45 we ordered food, 11:45 and there was nothing, all we ordered was a platter and some dip. A platter should take 15 minutes... Everyone is cramped in the same place and you can't even walk out of the exit. Worst experience ever at a lounge or whatever you want to call it.

If I can give zero stars it would be that low . Unprofessional stuff and bartenders . Asking us to move tables more than once even though we had reservations and kept asking if we had any!!! We ended up leaving

Bad service. Horrible DJ. Tables never clean. Vomit everywhere because none of the workers are doing their job. Definitely not recommended.

Terrible toilets, the management accused me of being too sensitive of having an opinion about the hygiene and service of the place. Owners of restaurants in downtown have better service and hygiene than this place. After approaching them twice and telling them my feedback, the staff accused me of being sensetive. The place is bad.

The ultimate WORST pool with the WORST service i’ve ever had! It looks like it’s never been cleaned before there’s literally dust everywhere. i made a reservation only to go find ONLY 5 sun-beds all taken yet the funniest part is the girl who works there with the attitude of a 5 star hotel owner😂 told her im here on a reservation she said “theres no such thing” & there’s literally no place to sit she said you can chill anywhere even on the beanbags that look like a rat lives in! an utter joke of a place and they have the audacity to charge 20-25 entry fees, oh please😂

The place is super nice with lovely views of Amman. Great staff !! .. special thanks to Mary for her amazing hospitality !! Also to Yasin, Amer , Hussein , the bartenders. Service quick & friendly ❤️! I definitely recommend this place !

Not organized ,lack of staff , uncomfortable chairs

Unfortunately last time we went there the pool was green. I asked the staff if it was cleaned they said it was because of the oil people use to Tan But the degree of green I didn’t see before tbh. I would not advise

ALWAYS make sure to check your bill carefully. I've noticed that every time things we didn't order were added, the staff are unprofessional and then there were some misunderstandings when we tried to sort it out with the manager. The manager plays stupid when someone faces him with the bill. This happened not only to me but also to my brother, friends and the table next to us Yesterday. It would be great if they could fix this issue to avoid any more frustration.

Very bad experience. The waiter consistently gave us the wrong bill – we had to correct him FIVE times, and each time he added items we never ordered. This kept going on for 1.5 hours. It wasn't just a one-time mistake; as he kept repeating it. when confronted with the wrong bill, his attitude was extremely rude. To make matters worse, many of my friends have faced the same issue. I strongly advise against visiting this place. Highly NOT recommended as me and my friends personally had a bad experience.

I’m surprised this place has a rating of 2.5 because it deserves -5. It has the worst service I’ve ever seen in my life!!! The bouncer is so rude. I will never go there again, and if you have self-respect you shouldn’t go either. How is such a place even open? It will probably get closed down soon

Please think twice before visiting this place it has to be a prank for how bad it is. Wish i could rate it minus! we went for a pool day & filthy is an understatement for how dirty it is. Insanely rude staff from the phone operator to the girl hostess and whoever is managing it.

1 star is way too high. OVERRATED for no apparent reason, the place is filthy, extremely unprofessional & rude staff acting like you owe them something for being there. oh & not to mention the reception downstairs where they search your bags with their own hands and throw everything around. we left immediately. i cant even believe people willingly come here & pay for it.
