Amazing hotel! All around 5 Stars from check-in and beyond. My husband is Diamond Elite and if you will travel abroad this is the place to stay. They provide excellent service, upgrades when available and the lounge is exceptional. Dana and Mr. Hamad provided top service in lounge from entry to exit. Dana, a trainee, acknowledged my husband by name, and made sure we had everything we needed. Not to mention, but the food is delicious as if a top restaurant. One of the best places we have been too and we travel more than half the year. We know excellent service when we see it. Thank you for making us feel at home in Jordan.

Hotel sent me an email three nights before to welcoming me and to provide extra information about the hotel and services. Also, they called me one night before asking about my expected arriving time and if I need any assistance. So my expectations were so high about how my stay will look like. When I arrived I didn’t see what I hear or read on their email as I get a very cold welcome and receptionist didn’t offered me anything more than what I should to get as gold member. The room was nice and clean but you can hear every single move in the corridor and in next room. Housekeeping didn’t refill complimentary coffee and tea as you have to ask to get it refilled. WiFi is good and location is great close to many attractions and business area. gym was nice with many training equipment and good space to exercise. However, they need to replace their training pads as it is very old and dirty.

the pool, it was a stunning oasis in its own right. The crystal-clear waters sparkled under the sunlight, beckoning me to take a dip. What impressed me the most was the level of hygiene and cleanliness. The pool area was immaculate, What truly sets this spa and pool apart is the exceptional level of service. Every staff member went above and beyond to ensure that I had a memorable and indulgent experience. Their attentiveness, warmth, and professionalism made me feel like a cherished guest.

Overall great hotel with all service and facility. The food was good and I enjoyed swimming pool and sauna. I am giving one start less because the check in was not smooth. The lady in the reception initially informed that there was no booking for us. Later, she found it but she took long time, nearly 30 minutes.

Around 20 years ago, I stayed the first time at this outstanding hotel! Many new, luxury and stylish hotels have opened since then in Amman. I have tried some, but always came back to the good old InterContinental. No other hotel in this city has so much style as this grand, stylish, old (but very well maintained!) property. No need to talk about the quality of the restaurants and the huge luxury club lounge, this is what you would expect. What makes the Intercontinental really special is its management and staff. It would be unfair to mention any particular staff member, each and every woman or man is sooooo professional, efficient and friendly that you don’t even want to leave at the end of your stay! But since I always use the club lounge, I like to say a special THANK YOU to the super team which always treats me so well and makes me feel home as soon as I arrive! I’ll be back soon!

I'd say it's one of the best hotels in Amman. As you enter, the security guards welcome you with a huge that makes you feel comfortable. professionals that would do anything to make sure you enjoy your stay. The food was more than great, Services are so special, especially the room service, they take cleaning to a whole different level. The Spa was an amazing experience, I advice everyone to go there. Probably the nicest hotel I’ve stayed in with great amenities, very clean and modern rooms and multiple restaurants and shops within the grounds. Very tight security as well but everyone is so friendly, nice, and helpful. Would recommend for anybody solo traveling, if you can get it at a good rate.

Good property, but showing its age We stayed here for 2 nights and the staff was nice. The rooms are good, (smaller than usual) but don’t seem up to IHC standards - the king bed was old so had a dent on one side where most people slept. The closet door didn’t close due to misalignment , we had to call multiple times to get our laundry delivered - a number of minor issues all of which add up to less that 5 stars. On the plus side - great and attentive security staff, good breakfast spread and a great cocktail bar where you can get an excellent espresso martini.

We got excellent service in all restaurants and hotel facilities are excellent. We had best restaurant service at Mexican restaurant. Our waitress Ruba provided excellent service. She provided all information regarding our options very efficiently and professionally. She also was able to meet our specific needs very well. She also brought all our offers very fast. Great hotel. Booking a room with Intercontinental Club access was particularly great as the club lounge has an incredible view of the city, a quiet and high quality breakfast and amazing service (thank you Raouf who made sure I had the best experience every day I stayed in Amman).

This is my second stay at Amman Intercontinental and there's a reason for that. Exceptional and outstanding service. Rooms are cleaned everyday and staff are friendly and responsive. I have to point out in particular the Club lounge. I highly recommend not because they serve food, but because it's a place where you can wind down and relax after enjoying exploring Ammans. A big shout out to Ms. Dana and Mr. Rouaf who both made me feel I'm home away from home

Excellent pool to spend the day with your child. Excellent service and food is very good. One thing that not many hotels have: nice and clean changing area and nice back ground music that does not blow your ears out. Perfect ! And not too many people... paradise !

This is the best hotel in Amman. It is central, near to most restaurants and shops. There are 5 great restaurants in the hotel which in summer months serve on the large patio outside. The service is excellent, professionally, and kind. The staff are fabulous and will do anything to help. The exclusive executive club lounge is perfect. Excellent service, food, and drinks. The reception is very helpful. I completely recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a luxury comfortable stay in Amman. Brilliant!!!

One of the finest hotels in Amman; the great location & the best hospitality from the moment you arrive till you leave. The reception decoration & painting choices is really on point reflecting the beauty of Jordan & its elegance. And when it comes to cleanliness it is impeccable.

We had lunch at Indy - Indian restaurant in hotel. Excellent food- Authentic Indian. Great value. Good wine selection. Our waiter, Jamal, was awesome. Highly recommend for lunch or dinner.

Amazing stay! I cannot recommend this place enough. Stayed for 3 nights and everything was perfect. Rooms are spacious and well equipped, very good iron. Indoor pool is gorgeous and there are separate women’s and men’s jacuzzi, steam room and sauna, which are all free to use. Open from 6 to 10pm. 10 min walk to rainbow street or a cab drive for 1 JOD. Also walking distance from downtown. The breakfast has to be one of the best, everything you could think of, excellent variety and staff are very attentive. I would definitely stay here again.

What an amazing stay! The staff has been nothing short of incredible and made us feel right at home. They take your safety and comfort very seriously. They have a great variety of food at the restaurants at reasonable prices. Lounge 63 was our favourite- it’s and outdoor lounge and they have heaters and blankets if it gets a little chilly. Our server Ammar and the rest of the staff were very gracious and helpful! Would return to the Intercontinental and recommend to anyone.

Pleasant hotel, built to a more human scale than a lot of other hotels in the region. Furniture a bit shabby - my armchair and ottoman are so badly stained I would never sit on them. The carpet also a bit shabby and when I checked in it had not been properly vacuumed. Breakfast is very good, featuring a wide variety of dishes and great service. The internet is also good and fast enough if you need to use email, Zoom and Teams. The service, like almost everywhere in the Middle East, is attentive and friendly. The guy cleaning my room tried - quite delicately - to tap me for a tip, which was a bit awkward. This hotel is situated close to Al Rainbow St. I would recommend it quite warmly and I hope they will soon address the stained furniture issue - I actually mentioned that to my travel companions and my room was not the only one with this issue.

The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. We upgraded our room to have access to the club lounge on the 8th floor and it was so worth it. There was great breakfast, tea time, and happy hours with complimentary food and drink. The views from the club lounge were great too, and we reserved the meeting room to get work done during the day. I’m in a wheelchair and I appreciated the care and effort the staff took to make sure I was accommodated. Delicious food too!

Was here on a business trip, with access to the Club. The rooms are very nice and spacious, nothing wrong to say about it. Fancy restaurants on the ground floor. First time I had accessed to the Club Lounge, it is really convenient to work and organize business meetings. Special thanks to Mr Raouf who was really caring and dedicated, and made everything so that we could have a comfortable stay. Will definitely come back here on my next business trip.

The experience in this hotel was amazing. From the check-in experience to the room and the food!!! My whole experience was great. Oh and the service was excellent. Ammar the bartender was great. One thing is for sure. I will stay at this hotel again.

The hotel overall was good, the lobby, restaurants and cafes in it were offering good services. inside the hotel there are four restaurants, an Indian restaurant, Mexican restaurant, Lebanese restaurant, and a sushi bar, the Indian one was not operating tho. there are almost all the amenities you need inside the hotel, a beauty salon, spa and gym, 2 swimming pools, taxi service, gift shop, tourist company, ATM machine, a limousine service, wedding and celebration halls, shopping stores outside the building, and room services. It is wheelchair accessible and suitable for big families and groups. it’s close yo the city center and malls within reach by walking. the food comes with many options suitable for vegetarians, vegans and different diets even the gluten free diet. rooms are not up to the standards, they need to be renovated and the furniture needs to be changed.

I stayed total 6 nights (2+4) and I am very pleased overall. Generally IHG is not my first choice but this time I am glad I chose to stay here. Very good location. Hotel area is pretty large so you have plenty of options in the hotel. 4 reasturants, Japanese, Arabic, Indian, and Mexican. I tried last three and all was very good. Breakfast is good. Rooms are clean, large and comfortable. Good shower pressure. Very friendly staff. I will prefer here next time I am in Amman. Highly recommended.

The hotel is beautiful. It's conveniently located near rainbow street. The restaurants are lovely. But the best part is easily the staff. From everyone to our cleaning lady MaryLynn, who always made our room welcoming and spotless. The gentlemen and chef who work in the lounge at the "happy hour", they make the best snacks and even made a special cake to welcome me! The front desk who not only provided help when needed but even quizzed me on my Arabic! To the sweet man who delivers food to our room. Every single one of the staff is gracious, kind, and dedicated to exceptional service! I'll be back for sure!

They had a welcoming and helpful staff (Mr Ashraf). They went out of their way to make our stay a pleasant one. Very safe and secure. Clean rooms and bathrooms. The Lebanese restaurant has good food options.

Everything about this hotel is amazing. Comfortable bedroom,great customer service, a wide selection at breakfast and friendly staff. The breakfast team in the main dining area was awesome. I have to mention my hostess who provided my hot chocolate (could not find this elsewhere). All and all a lovely short-term stay. My choice of stay when i am in Amman.

Loved this hotel. The service was great and the rooms nice. There was a noise with the AC and it was fixed fast as a whip stitch. Breakfast buffet was typical with many choices and if what you want is not there they make it for you.

The hotel is good, the service at the restaurant great. Food has been better before but it was not bad. One thing that drives me crazy is that when rooms are fixed, the staff leaves a light on, which stays on during the entire day for no reason, so there is no consideration to energy consumption.

All time favorites. Our 90s memories in this hotel are relived every time I go to visit or use the pool. They managed to maintain amazing service, cleanliness and authenticity. Been to the pool for a day use and I completely enjoyed the atmosphere & food. I wish they’d give a discount for the food & drinks but still prices are a bit high and not too high like other 5 star hotels.

Intercontinental Amman like always maintain the high services standards and excellent facilities. But this time I was extremely impressed with professionalism of the club lounge staff from the check in until the check out. They treated me a very special person. They give you full attention without breaking your privacy or the work you do. I’m a frequent traveler worldwide I don’t see that honest personal service that often. The lounge at 8th floor is very specious, relaxing atmosphere and nice views for Amman mountains. I was having real five stars breakfast, and 6-8pm is much more than happy hour.

Although their lobby is beautiful, their rooms are small and not well kept. Closet space is Very limited. My family of 3 didn't have enough space for our belongings for a 16 day trip. We upgraded to their Junior Suite hoping we'd get more space. The closet was slightly bigger, but insufficient. Moreover, The bathtub wall paper was peeling off the wall. Shower floor moldy. The walls dusty. The living room furniture had food stains. We stayed 2 days, then canceled the reservation. Luckily we found The Boutique Suites just 2 blocks away. What a difference!!

INTERCONTINENTAL AMMAN JORDAN, looks amazing once you're in the building. It is luxurious. The King Suite was amazing. The fruits and treat were a nice treat in the room. The front desk was amazing. Yes they take USA credit cards without any problems. The breakfast was beyond excellent. The Sushi Bar was delicious. The Mexican restaurant was below average. I felt like the driver that was hired through the hotel was a bait and switch and I was charged more money. However, going to PETRA is a must. That's why the 3 stars for the financial confusion 😕. Make you understand the financial prices of all events.

Cannot speak of this hotel highly enough. I had two one night stays at the beginning and end of a tour. They let me check out late on my first stay and check in early on my second stay. The lobby is lovely, the rooms are beautiful, the bed is comfortable and the bathroom is great. The hotel has multiple restaurants to choose from and the breakfast is good. The staff are lovely and very helpful. Mohammad helped me to book a city tour and a transfer from Madaba to Amman. It is possible to walk from downtown from the hotel. Would definitely stay here again!

We stayed 2 nights. Positive: very friendly and attentive staff, excellent location . You have good restaurants on site. The indoor pool and gym are great. Things that could improve: Our room wasn’t cleaned 100% there was dust in the closet drawers and hair in the bathtub. They forgot to place towels , bathrobes and slippers for 3 people. The breakfast lacks freshness and variety in comparison to other intercontinental hotels.

Excellent Sushi in Amman, Jordan. Our host Eid was friendly and helpful making our first night dining experience at the Intercontinental excellent. Sushi was excellent and on par with any sushi we could get in the States. Highly recommend if you need a change of palate.
