1. Ordered a pasta. Found several pieces of Aluminum foil in it. 2. Unprofessional and rude staff. Kept giving us attitude (Whiffing, dusting hands gesture, pointing fingers). Not sure how this restaurant stays in business with this quality & price.

My family has always visited this place, this time though was terrible. It took them forever to get us the food, the lasagna was the worst I’ve ever had. However, the staff was friendly and very polite. I wouldn’t recommend.

This restaurant is a real joke. They claim to be genuine Italian, but they serve pizza like backyard store. Firstly, they don't even offer pizza on their menu, as we got up to walk out, they tell us they do offer pizza, just not on the menu 🙄 Secondly, the waitress was so incompetent that she couldn't talk English nor have any idea how to offer service. We called the supervisor, and he could talk a little, and we asked him about the type of pizza, and he told us it's proper Italian pizza. They deceived us because when it was served, we could see it wasn't even from the clay oven and tasted nothing like a proper Italian pizza. The other meal my daughter ordered, however, was fine, but the purpose of the visit was pizza! Terrible!

To start off I usually don’t write google reviews but this is bad. First off all I ordered the Vanilla cafe cold drink and it was a big cup, I would say about only 25% was the coffee and the rest of the cup was foam. We waited for an hour and the food was cold. I usually don’t complain about food as I work at a restaurant and I understand that sometimes stuff happens. Food was disgusting with no flavor whatsoever and came out cold as no one one my table finished there plate. Super overpriced. I don’t recommended this to anyone.

Don't judge a book by its cover, food was terrible. Unwelcoming waitress. Paid almost 40 JOD and left the food as seen in pictures couldn't take another bite. Wouldn't even feed it to an animal. Bad experience.

The weekend buffet was amazing. The place was super clean. The food very tasty! Presented very well and kept fresh! Lots of choices, and the staff were prompt, friendly and very courteous. Especially our two servers, Dalia and Motei. Will definitely go again.

Had a small cup of mulled wine for 6 jds and exactly 10 pieces of chestnuts for 3 jds... Super expensive but nice in winter... Seats were missing outside though... They have seats only for their restaurant next by

We order the steak and the veal. The veal dish looked and tasted inedible. We asked for the side dishes with them like the mashed and spaghetti for things instead of them and the waiter said it’s okay, but they added them as separate orders. We asked the waiter to take back the untouched veal and they put it down on the bill. I payed 60 jd for a small steak not enough for one person and spaghetti and French fries. I didn’t feel that they even tried. Went home hungry and disappointed.

The experience of visiting Café Italia is the worst experience I’ve ever seen . We entered at 9:30 they said that the kitchen is out of service and that we can’t get order any food i was okay with that since they closed the kitchen as they said,while being on the table i saw that in the corner they had like an open area with corn,chestnuts,potatoes So i asked if i can order anything from there they said that its not possible and they didn’t even bother to tell me that i can order from out and I didn’t mind that either and decided to enjoy my time instead Until they brought everything corn,potatoes,chestnuts and TWO LARGE PIZZA at 10;44 to the next table This is the worst experience and the most unprofessional place I’ve ever visited What a shame I also took pictures for evidence

I would like to try the food in this restaurant but me and my husband were just ignored there. We were waiting someone to serve us for more then 10 mins, then stopped a waiter and asked for menu, but no one brought it to us and no one was trying to serve, so we just left the place.

Sieht von außen gut aus. Und auch innen sehr ansprechend eingerichtet. Jedoch sind die Kellner nicht sehr aufmerksam oder freundlich, obwohl das Restaurant nicht voll war. Cappuccino hat lange gedauert und nicht besonders gut. Wir hatten einen Beefburger, der ok war. Pommes schlapprig. Essen hätte bei der Wartezeit wärmer sein können.

Had a very good supper here, terrific welcoming service, food and drinks were very good for vegans and vegetarians too. A lovely way to spend an evening.

Food was awful and overpriced. Cold pasta, overcooked seafood and no flavour. Our waiter continued to get our orders wrong, took over 30mins to get some drinks and then expected a decent tip. Outrageous. I'd recommend eating somewhere else.

Very poor service, the staff were unfriendly and unwelcoming. We didn’t try any food or beverages because we waited for more than 15 minutes and no one came to us to ask what we want to order, so we left the place and they didn’t even care.

I'm not even sure where to start with this place. Keep in mind, the place is empty. There may be 3 other tables with people on them. First, they never asked us for a drink order when we sat down and never came back. Granted, there was about 10-15 staff members talking to each other or walking around.. Then I finally walk up to someone and order a drink and it comes out looking like a shot glass and was warm. Then we order the food. They come back and tell us that they didn't have the mushroom risotto my wife ordered and so we switched it. They bring the food out after over 30 minutes and they don't have my order. They said they thought I told them I didn't want it. Then they said mushroom risotto was fast and easy to make if I wanted it. I was so confused... I asked how they have it now and not when we ordered and he said they always had it. I don't know how they are still open.

Those people can’t get it together, takes forever for a simple coffee to arrive, keeps forgetting bits of the orders on the table and you need to keep reminding them more than just twice.

Very good service from Dalia, Yousef, Herallah, Motei and Majed in Cafe Italia. Manager Ramzi and Ahmad were welcoming us with a smile. Food varieties were good. Sorry for missing other people but everyone were kind and polite to address the customers. Keep up the good work team Italia.

The pasta was tasty, and the staff were friendly but a little bit slow cause the place was packed. In general, everything was great. Very good place.

Generally, food and drinks in this restaurant are either hit or miss. Their Ramadan buffets are usually good, their salads, burgers and juices are fine not their panini though. I should mention that their iced coffee is definitely the worst coffee I ever had, way too diluted and seems to be of cheap quality.

Great spot in the boulevard for italian food. Service staff are kind and ready to help though experienced some forgetfulness on their part. Salad option and mozzarella were fresh and a good start, my baby chicken was a bit dry and the cannelloni was great and creamy. Nice chilled vibe at cafe italia great for couples and groups either for small bites and drinks or good hearty meals.

If I could put no stars I would. What a terrible entrance. The door man was one of the rudest I have seen, he stepped way too close to us to take our temperature when he should be observing social distancing. He scanned my husband and also stood way too close. I felt like we had entered immigration at an airport, not needed at all. Then one of the staff members asked us to speak properly, when all we did was voice our concerns in a reasonable way, after that we decided to leave. It's the only cafe in the entire abdali boulevard that is empty, we found out the hard way, why. Never bother yourself to go here.

Service was great but the food wasn’t as expected. Their caesar salad dressing taste almost like ranch and the carbonara spaghetti was basically white cream with chopped smoked sausage. It was expensive due to the quality of food.

The waiters are very rude and impolite, the food was served very late and arrived freezing. However thanks for Shadi for trying to solve the situation when everyone else failed because they kept mocking us and joking about us when we sent the food back.

The customer service was horrible, the waiter acted as if he was forced to be there. The food was inedible and absolutely horrible we couldn’t eat any of it. The rice and the chicken were both undercooked. Would not recommend at all

The staff were really polite and provided great service. However, the food was not that great especially the chicken; it was undercooked which the Chief did not seem happy about and even showed unpleasant attitude.

Probably the worst meal in Jordan. Servers had no idea that Cabernet and Shiraz are different. The pasta was tasteless and lukewarm. Then we had to wait for Parmesan cheese to arrive.
