after conducting a full tests at Yafa lab 3 of the results were suspicious and not accurate so I did again the full tests at another lab and some of the results were different , however I deeply investigate the case and it was proven that Yafa lab used expired slips for my tests . I confront the manager regarding this issue and he refused to pay me back the full amount and agreed to reimburse me 25% of the amount , I think I am entitled to the full amount since I had to pay for the tests again at bio lab .
