Just a matter of luck really.. if you like gambling then this is your best place to order from, sometimes really bad some times really good, sometimes the spicy is not spicy at all sometimes it’s so hot you can’t finish it, sometimes you’ll spend the next night in the toilet sometimes you’ll wake up craving more… but hey that’s the fun of it, I think.

Very disappointing experience, I will never order ever again nor my friends. Poor food quality, looked and tasted like it was cooked days ago.

it was our last day during our stay in the beloved Jordan we were hungary and we actually wanted to try kfc in Jordan to see if there is a difference between other kfc's (Egy - KSA -Malasiya) we choose the offer that containes 9 chicken pcs & 10 shrimps actually it was a plenty of food for 2 persons 🤣🤣 but it seems to be that the quality of food need to be more improved especially the chicken it was very plain and i thought it'S not fresh it was old cooked

What a dirty place to dine in. The cleanness is so poor. The service too over 24 mins. When we did get our food it was cold and had to wait again to get some hot food. No sense of urgency. The management her not bothered. It is a sign of dissatisfaction with higher management and cost cutting tactics. This place is only here because of the brand. But the reviews 🗣️ for them self.

I had KFC delivered. I wish they had the big filler clasic in the UK too. I'll only give 3 stars, because KFC is not a 5 stars overall, but I was pleased with this sandwich.

It stated open time at 10:30am but when I’m there at 11:20am, they are still not doing business! The staffs are not polite either!

The location was very great. In terms of service, they don’t look at your order number. The order number is out of order and takes too long to get your order.

Well , I made an online order for the free delivery offer 😂😂 5 minutes later the delivery driver called me saying oh sorry sir we have to add one more JD for the delivery since you live far ..... actually I live 10 minutes away from Marka branch . Always there is something they come up with . Just be honest and when you advertise for an offer stick with it .
