Oriana helped us organize an amazing tour including visits to Amman, Death Sea, Petra, Wadi Rum, Aqaba, Um Qais, Jerash, and Ajlun. The tour was organized perfectly providing us with the most amazing and knowledgeable tour guide called Abdel who very shortly became part of our group. We also had a very responsible and punctual driver who drove us in a minivan which was extremely comfortable with a lot of space, wifi, water, and USB charging spots. The hotels in which we stayed were amazing and we were provided with top-notch service. All the places that we have visited left us speechless and the beauty of Jordan and the hospitality of local people are priceless. I and my family will always remember and cherish this experience and I will be forever grateful for this amazing service provided by Jordan Direct Tours.

Although sadly I had to cancel my trip at the last minute due to illness, I give Jordan Direct 5 stars for their efficient organisation, honesty and flexibility. Rarely will you meet a company so willing to accommodate to individual needs and as upfront and honest with their dealings. I had no problems receiving the refund agreed to at the time of booking and I look forward to rebooking with them in the the future, when opportunity arises.

We booked a private tour package with Jordan Direct Tours for our one week visit to Jordan. During the long booking process, I did a lot of changes to our itinerary and dates, but Suha Kopti, at the agency, handled my requests with patience and she was extremely helpful and polite throughout the entire process. I truly appreciate her help so we could have the perfect visit to Jordan. Once we arrived at the airport, Jordan Direct Tours took over and performed an outstanding job and our entire tour was handled professionally and without any stress or concerns. Even when a snow storm hit the whole kingdom, Osmar made all the necessary adjustments and our tour proceeded without a glitch. Our driver Sufian was a pleasure to be around. We've had an amazing trip in Jordan! Many thanks to Suha for all the advice, suggestions, creating our trip program and incorporating all our wishes. Also, our driver Hassan was awesome, extremely knowledgable, kind and also him tailoring everything to our wishes, making suggestions and giving so many helpful tips. From the pick up at the airport until drop off all was planned and executed perfectly. We also were very grateful for the representative that met us at the airport as he immediately helped us at the luggage counter when our luggage didn't arrive from the airline as he got all sorted out and also checked with our driver for adapting the next days program to go get our luggage.
