Not everything that you order is available and there is no indication of whether products of interest are available at the time of purchase. The company will not notify you if there will be delays on delivery and if products are available unless you call them. Used them twice but not again - major delays and no proactive communication. Three stars because people when they talk to you are helpful. None is picking up the phone on Fridays.

A great one-stop-shop for baby items in Jordan. It saves you multiple visits to shops to get what you want. Expect a slow delivery sometimes, which is alright as long as your need is not urgent. All in all, I highly recommend their service and product offering.

Normally I don't write reviews, good or bad, but I'm going out of my way to write this one! On Tuesday I ordered a traditional JOrdnaian dress for my 5 years old daughter, and I wrote a note that she needs to wear it on Thursday for a school event, and asked them if it would be possible to deliver it the next day (Wednesday), taking into account that their delivery standard is within 3 days. Wednesday morning, delivery guy (thank you Haitham) calls me to check if I'm available to deliver my order in 2 hours, and he delivers it in half an hour instead. I was blown away, this is amazing service, I've been living outside Jordan for many years and came back a month ago, so much has changed in the city and I rely on online orders as I don't have a car. I am a customer for life now, thank DUMYAH, I trust you and I'm buying everything from now on through your website. Cheers.
